I agree with Mary Ann Trueloves previous comment. My wheel was perfectly fine before, when I get it back it has 2 places chipped(very noticeable) and another place that goes around the wheel which is from removing the tire from the rim. When confronted, the lady said to bring a before pic of the wheel to show the difference and when that was available she stated, how do I know thats the actual before pic. Nothing on the Facebook page or website states they are not responsible for damages even though the lady said it is.

I brought my own oil and filter because I prefer using Extended life high mileage oil. They charged me again for oil and filter they did not provide. Needless to say I will go back to the location I was using.

I have taken my vehicles in for repair several times. Service is spotty. They have done repair work on my trucks A/C which cost over $2000 and it is still not working. Will not take it back again and they had it for over a month. Minor repairs such as batteries, tires, and repairing my cruise control were satisfactory.I have since spoken to the personnel at Two Brothers and found circumstances of which I was unaware when I wrote the above review. They did things for my situation that were above and beyond and I appreciate it very much. For that reason I will attempt to work with them on a resolution. I appreciate that they reached out to me for resolution. I apologize for any misunderstanding.

Wife of Chase. No one told us to bring anything back and we didnt ask anyone to look at anything. We chose to clean the dirt and filth ourselves. We simply have a review of our experience. So in case youre thinking about getting your tires done- dont take them to 2 brothers at 4 way in West Monroe! They nearly caused me and my family to lose our back left tire on Thanksgiving when they improperly installed my husbands brand new tires. We could have easily flipped and been seriously injured! They also created big gouges in the rims when putting the tires on and didnt even mention that until after they were completely done and we had paid! They lied about a lot of what was agreed to when we took it back there for them to fix, and they still didnt make it right! They lied about the availability of the tires we bought and who would have been able to put them on correctly, stating that they were the only ones in the area who would have been willing to do it. They withheld information about the spacers that could have made driving much safer claiming that they dont like to tell people how to set up their vehicles whole knowing we knew nothing about them. His wife was INCREDIBLY rude, copped an attitude and felt the need to degrade us while we were trying to work out a peaceful solution as to what could be done after returning back to them. You can clearly see where three of the posts that the lug nuts attached to broke clean off. I even set it down on the rim and took pictures with the lug nut still attached to the post to prove it. My husband has driven this truck for over 90 thousand miles with the exact same brand tires and had no issues. The first day we drive it after taking it to them, the tire almost completely falls off while in motion! Please- for yours and yours familys safety- DO NOT take your vehicle there for new tires!
