Fast service. Friendly staff. Very professional.

I was moving, and was getting a u haul trailer on a Friday, loading it on Saturday, was planning to leave on Sunday. When I went to pick it up, the lights wouldn’t work on my truck, and it was after 6 by the time I left. I googled auto shops open on Saturday, and Walpole was open until noon. So I called them Saturday morning and explained my situation and asked if they could look at my truck to see if a fuse was out. They told me to come on in and they would look at it. When I got there, they were very busy, yet they still pulled someone to check out my truck. He found that my wiring had been chewed up by something, and also I needed a new bulb in my taillight. He took my truck right away and got to work on it. It didn’t take long, and he came in the waiting area and told me it was ready to go. I got up to pay, and the cashier asked Jeff if there was a sales ticket. And he said no, there was no charge! I was in tears! Moving is stressful enough, and having problems with the moving trailer made it even more so. What a wonderful blessing! It’s so rare to find service like this- on a Saturday no less, when they were already so busy! And then to not charge me! I was so full of emotion, Friday had been such a stressful day. I’m so thankful for the people at Walpole Tire! Thanks to them I was able to get my trailer loaded and get on the road Sunday! I wanted to brag on this business! They went above and beyond to help me! My heartfelt thanks to you all at Walpole Tire! You rock!!

3rd time Ive been, second car, and I still love them. I needed a tires replaced and the man, I struggle to remember names but I think it was Mark maybe, behind the counter really went out of his way to look for a good deal for me considering what I needed. It was great, and I guarantee the next time I have any tire related problem, thisll be the first pace I think of. (Also super convenient location in the middle of West Monroe) 👍👍

They broke the center cap on my car and wouldnt replace it. Tires installed seems to be holding up pretty good. On the bright side they did tell me they broke the center cap.

Every time I have been to this store I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.Steve always makes sure that whatever needs to be done gets done.They may be very busy but, thats understandable because they get a lot of business.Good people. Good prices. Good products.

I love going to this place Ryan and Steven always get me taken care of and I like being able to leave my car and know it is good to go when I pick it up. I Have also had the pleasure of meeting with some of the guys that do the work and was able to get some real sound advice about some issues I was having with my car, they also are a cool group of guys. All in all its a good place to to get your car serviced.

I have used this place frequently and it is always a good experience. Oil changes, tire rotation and tire patches all done fast and efficient. Nice group of people friendly and they wont pressure you into unnecessary repairs.

While on vacation we stopped in Monroe for lunch and I noticed that one of the tires looked a little low. A quick google search found Walpole and I was impressed with the reviews. When we arrived, all the bays were full and I thought it would be a couple hours before they could get to my car, especially on a Friday afternoon. But about an hour later they had fixed the tire. I am very pleased with the service, the friendly staff, and the price.

Dont get anything done besides a set of tires and watch like a hawk.. STEVE the manager is a BOLD face LAIR. Cant wait to tell Mr. Walpole when i see him in Church next week and no im not a disgruntled employee. I am a paying customer with a receipt!

This us my absolute go to place for car repairs. They have always been straight forward with me and gave me the actual price before starting work. Never had any problem with anything they have fixed for me no matter what the make or model. Been using them for 10 years and will continue to be my mechanic shop.

Several weeks ago I made a weekend trip from the DFW area to W. Monroe. On the way there, one of the brackets holding the left brake caliper broke but all I knew was there was a horrible noise coming from my car. Arriving late Friday, had to wait until Saturday morning to take it to Walpole. Even though they only have 1 mechanic working on a Saturday & close at noon, they were able to get it fixed for me so I could leave on Sunday, as scheduled. Very, very kind, considerate gentlemen that I cant speak more highly of!!

They dont have qualified people in the tire shop, or the front counter... I needed a tire fixed, and have them rotated... They called me up, said its ready to go... I got there they did not rotate the tires, while I waited anther 30 minutes, went out to the truck to find that they did not put the lug key back where it belongs, threw it in the glove compartment... I guess spending 1300$ on a set of tires doesnt mean you get quality service...

They couldnt fix my tire even though the nail was clearly in the tread. After this news, they proceeded to tell me that I needed two NEW tires because my tires were bald. (My tires were clearly NOT bald) I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I ended up going to another tire shop and I got my tire repaired without a problem.

I needed to replace 1 tire on my Lexus GX460. I went to this location and they had to order the tire. Buddy told me it would be about $200.00 or a little more. I returned the next day when they received the tire. They put it on and when I went to check out the price of the tire was double what he told me. $365.00 plus tax. I disputed the amount and shared what he had told me the day before. He said thats what he thought it would be, but wasnt sure. I questioned as to why he would tell me that. He had no answer other than, thats what he thought. Please verify the price before they install anything. Once they do the work, you cannot drive off because they will not accept the product back. Very Very disappointed in walpole Tire. i have done business with them for many years, and this is how I was treated.
