This is we’re I have bought my two cars and it was a great purchase experience although the service department is always packed and not so efficient… I expect a better service if you own a BMW.

Couldn’t get anyone from the service department on the phone for two days. Finally called and requested that I wasn’t just transferred to a voicemail and made an appointment for three days later. Arrived 15 min early to my appointment (after driving 30 min to the location) just to be told I didn’t have an appointment. Was accommodated, but waited 30 min to sit down with an advisor who then told me there was a recall on my seatbelt (just bought the car from them 8 months prior) and they would need to keep my car for two weeks to get the part! Then waited over AN HOUR to get a rental car. They have the rentals on site. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Zero urgency or regard for their customers time. This is the second car I have leased through them and I will NEVER get another one from them again.

Don’t want to make the experience I had about the people but mostly about the experience. But here it is. Took the vehicle in at 7:30 in the morning since the next day I was flying out of the country wanted to get things done with the car so I took it for an oil change and a some BMW inspection that I found out I needed to do before the light and beeping goes off. In the meantime I requested a quote for in cabin filter and engine filter was recommended. There was no pricing available for those last two since the server was down so I ask for a quote when possible during the day.At almost 5 I get pricing for those 2 quotes, so considering it was king of late to ask me if I wanted to get those done considering they close at 7 i asked if they can get it done fast I will do so, if not just deliver me the car that I can gladly bring it another day. a had given the heads up that I was going to be out of the country the next day and had things to do that night as well.Got a text saying oil change completed and inspection around 5:10 so Then I thank for the service and proceeded to ask the same question, if the micro filter and engine filter can not be done now I can always do it next time. Then given them heads up that was going to pick up my vehicle since supposedly oil and inspection was completed. I get there pay for the oil and inspection and then proceeded to wait for my vehicle about 20 minutes in which a very nice gentleman that works there ask me if I can help him spot car since he can’t find it. Now on about 45 minutes we found my car on the lift with the hood open. There is where I find out none of the services were perform to my car, now it’s 7:30pm That night a bunch of promises were made to try not continue to anger me but I was very disappointed.Took a loaner to the place I had to be that night which I was very late because of the experience at the BMW Braman service center. Then a week after when I came back to the country to pick the vehicle they pass me the bill for the two left items I had quote for.So they proceeded to give me a 10 percent off from the bill and that’s because I told the service guy I was not please with the whole experience. Is not about the money is about the principal and customer satisfaction. At the end they took off the engine filter change from the bill and that’s only because I say something.It was my first and last time going into this place.Like I say my experience was not that goodDidn’t get my car on time and they lie saying a service was performed when it was not.I don’t recommend this place at all.Changing my rating 1 to 3 after I had to come back for in-cabin smell after a few days from the in cabin filter change. The gentleman is been very helpful

The staff was very professional. But, I went here to get my rotors, sensors and brakes changed. It took them 6 days to get the job done but I was given a rental at least. They are very expensive. My bill was over $1400.

First time and my Best experience.Randi helped turn 20 hr long Day into easy service visit. I was tired and moody but that hot coffee and fast service, made my day.So relaxed almost fell asleep on my Free (shh. No 4 letter F words) Uber ride.Yes I tipped him. Did not have a good experience when I took my vehicle for oil change. Dropped my car early in the morning 8am, Service advisor was not friendly at all, got me waiting for almost an hour just to complete paperwork. Did not offer courtesy vehicle or other means of transportation. I had to ask and then he offered Uber ride. Was told that service procedure was going to take about one to two hours tops, never heard back from service adviser until I called in at 2pm and was told vehicle was not ready. Advisor called back about 5pm to notify car was ready but again, did not offer any means of transportation. Horrible service and experience, ruined my entire day.

What an amazing company! Recently, we had a misunderstanding. I cannot begin to describe the way this team of professionals went above and beyond to resolve the issue. When Braman says that they’re a different level of customer service, they mean it. Francisco is very helpful and made the experience a breeze. I’ve bought two cars from Braman and I would never go anywhere else.

Everytime I take my car for a routine maintenance something else goes wrong when I get it back. Last time, it was spark plugs for $3800 with only 50,000 miles. Rip off.

I had an excellent experience working with Isreal Morales . Very communicative with all the repairs, stayed in contact the entire time the car was in for warranty service. Ive never had such good customer service at a foreign dealer yet! He took care of me with a loaner and helped with the whole process. Will be back for basic maintenance soon!

Was assured that theyd take my height and knee surgery in consideration when providing a loaner and ended up offering me a 330?? My request was disregarded and my time wasted as I had to leave without handling a recall on my 7 series. Additionally, very dismissive attitude from the service representative I had. I get that she couldnt do much at the time but not apologetic at all.

I waited an hour just for them to find my car and then they had to find my keys. Seriously? My service advisor Damian seems to think he is the only person that can authorize anything. Everyone there is very condescending. I switched to Mercedes months ago, just had to get this recall done before I sell my BMW, very happy to be done with them now.

This review is solely based on customer service and repair department - the worst customer service I have received. Delayed response on issues, rip off on repair warranty and not accommodating - will never purchase another BMW just because of this issue alone. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Took car in for an airbag recall, wipers ( whose switch is behind air bag) did not work properly after that, they wanted to charge to diagnose the problem, coincidence? I work on cars I know better

Stay away from this place! They quote $2,000 for a radiator replacement on a brand new leased 2017 M240i. They falsely claim that is due to a foreign impact and as such it is not covered in the warranty. Guess what happened after 2 months? The leak is back after paying $2,000. So, with that service center, it cost $1,000/month plus the monthly lease to drive an 2017 M240i. Not even a lawyer charges $350/hour in labor. If you value your money and time, go to another BMW dealer and stay the heck away from this one.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Excessive pricing in the service department that has bullies for salespeople. Since BMW opened a new store just south Braman in WPB has become desperate and rather then upgrade its customer service its charging excessive prices.

I was there yesterday for service since 11:30 till 3:30 pm, worst service ever i got home and the car started to ask me for all type of service again so i really don’t know what kind of service they did on my car, im really disappointed!!!!!!

Horrible service department. It takes way too long to drop off and pick up a car. My current estimate has over $800 in labor to replace a $45 part which snaps in and out.
