This is the most unresponsive service department I have ever seen. 5 voicemail messages and still no return call. First Brian recommended a body shop for repairs to our car. The car did not get repaired. Then I am told bring it in we will stand behind it. But...now the insurance wont pay because the body shop they recommended said the work is done. The car still wont drive straight. But they tell me just pay more and we will fix it this time. Please
I was interested in purchasing a car long distance. I spoke to Kurt a month ago about a car on their lot. While claiming they do long distance sales, Kurt couldn’t produce more than 6 photos of the CPO vehicle I was interested in. I offered a sizable deposit for them to hold the car for 3 days so I could fly down. They don’t do deposits. Kurt said “you can fly down if you want to, but I can’t promise the car will still be here.” He can’t get me more photos. He doesn’t offer to follow-up. I step away because that’s just terrible customer service all around ... Fast forward a month. The car is still on the lot. More photos are available online. I decide to give them another call. This was a mistake. I negotiate a price. It’s the end of the quarter, and now Kurt, and his manager Steve, are interested in selling the car so they can meet their quota (that’s what I am told). However, they don’t do paperwork electronically, and they’d like me to fly down within 24 hours so I can physically sign paperwork — so they can make their quota (the cost of the trip and the time required for such an endeavor are unreasonable for the negotiated price). They withdraw the offer, and Kurt tells me “if we don’t sell the car to someone else, I’ll give you a call.” The quarter ended. No one called me back. The car is still on their lot, now for sale for less than the price we negotiated a few days ago. I am astounded. I can’t figure out if they are incompetent, or they are sexist. Regardless, buyer beware. Also, Joseph, who is the social media relations person and wanted to ‘make things right’ (see below) received my contact information days ago, but has not reached out. Phenomenal ghosting all around.
Incredible customer service and great dealership. First let me say that usually great and dealership dont go together but at Braman PB it does. No sales people that fight over you or are aggressive. This was an amazing experience from the get go. I stated my budget walking in and walked out exactly at my number. I got the wheel package - a necessary thing in South Florida. Sometimes you dont know if youre being over sold but I was convinced by KP and the loan manager.KP our sales representative was very attentive to our needs, but not pushy at all. As a woman sometimes I feel that I dont get the same treatment but KP was very professional and to the point. Seriously, go to Braman. And when you get there ask for him.My daughter loves her new Mini!
The stuff was nice. And thats it.The place is small - only 4 cars inside. Nothing else. Garage atmosphere. No Mini signature salons style, no coffee, no waiting area, no service. Trashy and broke place. If they really want to sell Mini Coopers they definitely have to think about their target auditory. This place could be great to sell used old Mitsubishis, but not Minis. Cant imagine to buy car there and return to this place for service... Nightmare.Maybe Im to spoiled by Northern and European Mini salons, but this place really has nothing with real Mini spirit and service experience.
BRAMAN MOTORS IS FABULOUS NO MATTER WHO YOU SPEAK WITH, THEY ARE MORE THAN HELPFUL. GARY ROCKOFFS MIDDLE NAME IS SERVICE SO DOWN TO EARTH AND HONEST AND ALWAYS WORKING TO MAKE YOU A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! THX GARY
Tre Wilder is who you need to ask for! My girlfriend and I stopped by to test drive some cars and Tre made the experience delightful. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. When we are red to buy he will be getting our business!
A really disappointing and frustrating experience. We went in to inquire about an advertised lease special for a Mini - which linked to the Braman website. We drove to the dealership (a significant distance) and when we arrived and inquired about leasing a Mini were told that no cars were available either under that or another advertised lease special. We noted that if was the case they should not be advertising the special. The sales representative was dismissive and rude (did not get his name) he said that was handled by another party and was not their problem. We also called another dealership in Fort Lauderdale and were told that no cars were available under the special there either. The significant difference was that the dealership salesperson in Fort Lauderdale was cordial and at least tried to be helpful. We have leased two other cars from Braman in the past year (a Volvo and a Subaru) and had a much different and more positive experience. Nonetheless, I will think twice about approaching Braman or looking at a Mini after this experience. Their advertising is deceptive, perhaps fraudulent and it is virtually impossible to get through to Miniusa to get clarification or lodge a complaint and Braman staff was unprofessional and rude.
Extremely greedy!!! Stay away from those crooks thieves! $450 a month for a left over mini with 3k dwn. Such scumbags.Although the African American kid that helped me was extremely nice and polite. Its the jerkoff managers that are greedy.
I just enjoy the treatment people gives to me and my mini everytime I visit them.
Fastest purchase I ever made! I love my new mini Cooper!!!
Chelsea was our service rep, and my wife and I were completely amazed and impressed. We have had 18 cars together from Jags to a Cadillac, Toyotas, etc and this was probably the best out of any service department weve been to. Only one other GM dept in Washington had this type of service. Yes, the mechanics were great, courtesy wash/cleaning were amazing (and Im picky), but Chelsea made us feel like we were the only customer they had. Guess that could be true, but doubt it. She sent us texts with updates on time, without any prompting, called for questions, and was probably the nicest person weve met since we moved to Florida. Were betting Mini Corporate steals her some day. She really knew her stuff when it came to Mini and customer service. The gentleman that helped us with our rental loaner was also outstanding, and quickly corrected a tire issue on the loaner for us. I didnt catch his name though. This service dept is well worth the 5 hour drive from Key West for an oil change and minor warranty repair.
The worst service!!! What happen to Braman, WPB having the best service and customer care??? I had an 8:30 appointment. waited 1 1/2 hours to find out they did not know anything from the technician. I had to take a loaner and by 3pm still did not know what was going on with my car, my service advisor said he did not get an update from the technician as of 3pm. Only their time is valuable. Why give me an appointment if they are going to waste my time and not be able to work on my car the day of the appointment or at least tell me what is wrong with it? Had to call back server also times because I was connected to a recording, the wrong extensions, the wrong car service, when I was very explicit that I wanted the Mini service desk.
Fiorella has great customer service and very helpful!2nd car I buy here without any issues!
The service at Braman has gone way downhill not what is was at al!!!and it’s not due to Covid. Worst service.
Very professional and accommodating.Fast service. Fixed the problem. A little pricey.
I like to put a shout to Peggy a Super Service Representative. She got me into the service department today (Saturday) to have a special part replaced on my Phantom Rolls Royce.Great Service. Thanks Peggy.Dr. Dwight Reynolds
Great service and staff
I walked into dealership to buy Mini Cooper for my husband Bill Barbosa. Tom the sales person was they upmost gentleman. He was professional well spoken with amazing knowledge of the vehicle. As we walked the Mini lot of beautiful cars I fell in love myself with a convertible Mini Cooper. Tom new what our budget was and never made us feel uncomfortable. By far the most incredible sales person. Bill & I felt comfortable and loved how he fought for our price and at the same time we enjoyed our mutual company. Thank you Tom. You won us over. Thank you. Audi Barbosa
We actually went to the BMW service section. Customer service was excellent. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Scott was our adviser, we had some issues with an outside warranty company because we bought the car elsewhere but everyone at Braman was very helpful including Scott and the management there all the way to enterprise car rental. Next time we will buy the car here and the warranty.
I had a painless and hassle-free experience with Tom Rice and the rest of the folks at Braman Mini in WPB. Since adopting a large dog from Big Dog Ranch Rescue (they deserve a mention too), I realized I needed a 4-door Mini and I found just what I needed at Braman. I’m so glad I stopped in. They handled all the paperwork down to printing out new insurance cards for me. I’m sure I’ll be back often for the free car washes! I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my family’s car needs in the future.
From the moment you pull into the driveway, you are greeted with very cordial staff who know what they are doing and have getting you in and out for service down to a science. And I absolutely LOVE the fact that a courtesy car is provided if it looks like its going to be a long wait. :) Love my MINI and LOVE Braman!
Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere, we brought my daughters used 2015 Mini Cooper in (purchased certified used from another mini dealership) to have a code checked. They were immediately dismissive and acted like we were imposing on the service department. They had us wait around for two hours before a tech came out and informed us that there would be a 250.00 diagnostic fee (even though we had a warranty purchased from the certified preowned dealer) the car had not left the que we had parked in so we left. Worst treatment I’ve ever received from a car dealership. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Steven is a great salesman
Purchasing my mini Cooper from Braman mini of Palm Beach was the best car purchasing experience Ive ever had. I was very impressed by how coordinated the Internet and on site sales teams are and how knowledgeable the sales associates are about their products. Seriously, dont buy a mini Cooper with out stopping by Braman mini of palm beach. Go in with questions and ideas, learn from the sales people, then make your decision. You wont regret the time spent.
We had our Mini serviced. Lawrence was personable, as well as professional. He treated us as if we had brought in a Rolls Royce. We were in and out in two hours, as promised. It would have been perfect if only we didnt have to pay. It was really a nice experience with great service for our Mini. Thanks Lawrence, thanks Braman.
I was there to work on the air conditioning but the dealership is very polished and high class. Even in the back where the mechanics work you could probably eat off the floor it is so clean and neat.
Trust me the service is not what the 5 star says. The worst service I have seen. If there is another dealer, even if its a little further go.
I have been shopping around for a new MINI, and I checked in with the team at Braman. After recently buying a BMW from Braman, I had high expectations for the team. Though I didnt end up buying a car from them this time, Kurt and the team were very helpful and gave me all of the information I was looking for to help make a decision. Between the great service I got on my BMW purchase and the help from Kurt, I highly recommend these guys.
I would like to start out by thanking Lee, and Steven, for making a car buying experience so friendly and honest that we will certainly be back as well as recommend to friends/family. Lee was nice, professional, and upbeat which was refreshing as we had been to many car lots that day. We knew what we wanted, but the lot simply did not have the color/options combination we wanted. Lee and Steven searched their computers to find our exact match at the port and got it in transit ASAP. Once that was found, they offered a deal to us that surpassed our expectations and were really honest and upfront about the pricing. I recommend anyone in the market for a MINI come here first and save yourself the hassle of other pretentious MINI dealerships where it feels like youre bothering them (Ft. Lauderdale) or the sales staff is flat out rude (Vista). Thanks again to Lee and Steven for making us very happy with our vehicle buying experience.
Horrible dealer and horrible customer service with high turnover in the maintenance department. I have purchased and owned two Mini Coopers and One BMW form Braman. My first sale was a disaster and the sales manager appeared to be on some sort of stimulant. My second purchase was fabulous due to my sales rep. Santiago, who is no longer at the Mini Cooper dealership. The service department however, is absolutely horrible. They are deceitful over the phone and lie straight to your face. I’ve had nails in my tire with 500 miles on the car, and told I would need to buy a brand new tire. Luckily I am not ignorant, and called the tire manufacturer who replaced it themselves under warranty. With my second Mini Cooper, at around 12,000 miles my flat tire warning would continuously come on and my right passenger tire would loose air and go flat (run flats!) I took my car there on 3 separate occasions and they said they could find nothing wrong with the tire and that I would need a new one. This went on for 6 months after which they finally “found the leak”. If you call and make an appointment and request a loaner car they will promise you one, and you will arrive to find you need to rent an “enterprise car.” Communication is horrible, staff is rude and the turnover in the service department is extremely high leaving customers with no continuity that their car will be cared for. I will never, ever purchase a car through Braman ever, again.
Very good experience at Braman Mini of Palm Beach. Traded in my car and got a new Mini in less than an hour. The folks there were super nice and knowledgeable. This was definitely no pressure too. Best car buying experience Ive have in over 20 years.
Not what it used to be when Ralph was there. Poor customer service 😕I had asked to check oils in my Mini as l am traveling in two days. Tech looked at panel inside car..said your motor oil is fine. I suggested he look under hood and check. Turned out l need it topped off. So l say okay, go ahead and add some. He responded youll need to go buy it, then he or someone will add some (!?!?)I then asked if he would check any other oils, reminding him l would be traveling. He said, no!In addition, another service l always get is a car wash..nope, machine broken😲😲😲
Typical of Braman service, breeze in, breeze out! Courteous and professional staff. Comfortable waiting area and quite the assortment of refreshments. To tell you the truth, I would have been happy sitting and reading my book a little longer!
I love my new Volcanic Orange Mini Cooper S! Everyone was wonderful at the dealership. Santiago and Lee were the 2 associates we dealt with and they were very accommodating. Love, love MINI!
Dropped my car off to be repaired. When I came back to pick it up I waited over 45 minutes after asking several people including the front desk - where is my car? They kept telling me, they are bringing it right now. When they finally brought my car. The guy told me they had the wrong number printed on the card and that’s why they couldn’t find it. I understand that people make mistakes. But it was VERY unprofessional that someone didn’t explain this to me and I had to keep asking. I ended up being late for work. Hopefully I won’t ever have go back there. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone after that.
A guy w seriously broken glasses told me a should get a Fiat all because I didnt agree with him that minis are the best! Well thanks I love my Fiat from Carmax! People there are wonderful! Way better deal than mini.
Love the Mini Cooper as a matter of fact if I ever decide to buy him Ill go right to Bremen have an outstanding so much people very friendly and accommodating
I’ve never bought a car at Braman before. It was an excellent experience. Based on Gary in Sales who was wonderful....I assume the service will be just as good.
I bought a great Mini last night all thanks to Tom! He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable
Tom Rice I would work/deal with you any day of the week! Thanks for your professionalism, respect and kind attitude. Nikki N (but I hope you send me a Mini hat when you have smaller in stock ;)
If I didnt have to go to Braman I wouldnt. Unfortunately Orlando Mini is just too far away to go for an under warranty oil change. I always feel belittled when I come to this dealer. The last two times I drove away and had to come back with my car for them to fix something else. I got charged to have a Chevy rental for the day which I was fine with until the same customer service representative gave the next guy a brand new mini to drive around for the day, for free. One person I do like at Braman and would recommend is Tom Rice hes the one whom, when I came back to the dealer helped me with putting back all the electronics they way I like them. Hes definitely a Mini Genius.
So far not impressed. Had car towed for service on Sunday. I had to call twice to find out if they ever got the car. Was told it would get diagnosed this afternoon and I would be contacted. Called a third time to check on car still no response?? Quick update. Left message again with specific call back number and what do they do. Call the number we spoke about and said not to call. My estimate was made out in another persons name. They appear not to care. I have owned a car for 40 years, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.
Love my Mini! Victor got me in to the car of my dreams. A great experience all around
I had a great experience at mini. Everyone was professional and attentive. I got exactly want I wanted and for a reasonable price. Thank you Ryan, Alex, Satiago, and Jamie.
The dealer is not the problem but Mini /BMW USA is. Dangerous and Life Threatening Condition.2016 Mini CooperThis could happen to anyone who owns any vehicle manufactured byBMW.Our 2016 Mini Cooper is less than 1 year old and has about 13,000 Miles on it. The front right wheel Assembly fell off the car while backing up. We were fortunate that this didnt occur on the highway where it could have resulted in a rollover accident or a fatality. Our local Mini dealer submitted a warranty claim Mini for the repairs. After about 2 weeks we were told that BMW / Mini USA warranty repair division denied the claim despite all efforts by the dealer to have the warranty cover the $2400+ estimated cost for the repairs. Our dealer reported that BMW/Mini said they couldnt determine what caused the problem as it could have been caused by someone tampering with the vehicle. They said the failure could not be determined to have been caused by a defect in workmanship or materials and therefore would not be repaired under the Mini/BMW 4 year 50,000 mile warranty. The dealers mechanic reported that a nut came off a bolt that held the front end suspension assembly together. The bolt worked its way out and allowed the front end assembly to come off the car. Since the bolt was not found and is not available for examination, and all they have to examine is the nut and the vehicle, Mini / BMW claimed they can not determine why the nut backed off.Based on that scenario BMW / Mini has refused to cover the repairs under the OEM warranty. Based on opinions from an insurance adjuster, and independent mechanics, I believe that the nut wasnt properly torqued at the factory, or that it worked loose due to improper application of the tie downs used in shipping the vehicle. These explanations seem to be much more believable than believing that someone tampered with the car. Who would crawl under a car to loosen the front end assembly when all they had to do was loosen a few lug nuts.Whats your opinion? Please chime in!Were you ever denied warranty repairs by BMW or Mini? I would love to hear your story.Perhaps we have a class action suit here if BMW has a pattern of denying warranty claims. If you are an attorney interested in pursuing this avenue I would love to hear from you!Dont let big business push us around. Please like and share this post. Enjoyed our first mini 4-door so much we upgraded to the convertible JCW Works, Gary is fun to work with and super knowledgeable when it comes to custom ordering!
My previous experiences in car buying really made me feel manipulated and pushed around. I had to suffer all sorts of underhand tactics it really made the whole car buying experience unpleasant. This was best buying experience ever! The team at Braman Mini were not pushy and helped me order exactly the car I was looking for within my budget. Robert Sengelmann was superb and I got my custom mini early! It was a pleasure dealing with the team.
A little disappointed, I booked my car in for an oil change and when I was talking on the phone to the gentleman, I asked about a courtesy car. He said that was possible, I should bring my iD and proof of insurance as this was my first time here. Where, low and behold, when I get here this morning I can’t have a courtesy car as it should only take an hour for the change. Let’s see.
Francisco helped us get our 2 Minis serviced. He made it a great experience and his attention to detail/thoughtfulness was beyond what was expected.
Went to go look at a possible replacement for my car. Proceeded to have the worst service of my life. I was not approached by a single sales representative or receptionist while in the main building, and I wandered the lot for 25 minutes before giving up and leaving. Guess they dont want my money.
I recently leased a Mini Countryman as a 49th wedding anniversary gift for my wife. It was a very pleasant experience for us. I want to extend high praise on Tom Rice, Sean, and the rest of your staff. They all were extremely courteous and at the same time, very professional. Thank you all once again, Mike and Mary Ann Ferretti
Best Team ever, thanks for this amazing experience!Lee Grossman is the best I will buy from them again for sure !Happy new year
Horrible place to deal with as far as parts are concerned. ordered a rim on Monday was told it would be here on Wednesday before thanksgiving. I called Wednesday afternoon then was told it would be here Friday. I then called Friday afternoon as was told it wouldnt be here till Monday because they didnt have enough drivers. try to get ahold of anybody in management is a joke phone gets bounced around. This place sucks for parts.
The best ever!!! Their customer service is on a whole different level.
Great, Tom and everyone at your Mini store were great. Little things made out time at our store a pleasure
Wow I read all the reviews and it seems to me that There is a whole new staff because the old reviews are OUTSTANDING and the new one seem to be so disappointing and I need service for my mini S and I am in search of service I dont want to be mis treated
Love my 2nd Mini Cooper. Tom Rice was extremely helpful in the sales department.
Charged $169 to replace a component of the air conditioning system that was due to be replaced.Turns out that component was the cabin air filter and I was charged labor was .5 hours to replace it.Didnt help that they put me in a 15hp courtesy vehicle with a driveline issue.
Everyone at Braman Motors in W. Palm Beach, FL. especially Gary Rockoff, who is the top Mini salesperson and Alex Barrios the accounts manager are incredibly knowledgable, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed the first time I bought a Mini from Gary, but I continue to be happily overwhelmed by such a positive experience. And the car itself is also a WOW! Incredible new technology. I chose every feature and it arrived on time and perfect, thanks to Gary Rockoffs genuine expertise.
Dont take your car here people, when i got my mini back my car was falling apart. I had my turn signal on the side fall out, scratches, chips, etc. Ive worked for dealerships and the way they treated my car would be very unacceptable as an employee and technician.
Sleek, modern dealer with great selection and service.
The Mini clinic was fast and easy and Braman gave me Mini goodies. A hat, umbrella and tumbler! Thanks Braman
Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable help in a great environment. My 2nd Mini from Braman, my 2nd great experience.
Went in for an oil change. $190. If I were to wait, 2 hrs, ended up leaving the car, 5 hrs. I did not think I needed to take my quarters out of the cup holder, they went missing.
Danny and the guys at Mini WPB are great. It is a pleasure to work with him and the entire team.
Helpful staff, good selection of cars, open to negotiate in good faith for a price that works for both parties, and operates a service department that is top notch.
Amazing service with great options on all Minis
Ralph Conti is an excellent service writer.
Always a pleasure to buy any Brand from Braman !
Amazing and honest service from Laurence!!!
Very good service.
Awful...cannot get anyone on the phone to answer my question and they do not return calls!
Tom Rice is the best!!
Was just ok
