Took a 911 Porsche with less than 5k miles in to be serviced and inspected for trade in value. My client had already called in and gave me all the proper authorization, but I was stone walled the entire time. They put the car in a drive in car wash putting swirls in the finish, and yet the car was still dirty. Not sure how it got dirty in the first place. It was pristine when I brought it in. They appraised the car at $95k Trade in value. They knew the car was still worth a good amount. They really need to improve the way they handle these cars. 10k to 150k they all should be handled like a gem. You dont put a $95K vehicle in an automated car wash. There was no swirls in the finish when I took it in and now there is. It looked like a black mirror until then. I hope the next time they make my job easier and treat the car correctly.

Last week I purchased a 2018 Panamera from Braman. I called and spoke to Benny about the car. Since I was inquiring about the car remotely, he took his time and sent me a long video to capture all the details. Then I flew-in to south Florida to see the car. Everything was as perfect as it was described on the phone and shown on the video. Benny was super friendly and genuine and he worked with Mo to make the deal happen. Terrible customer service, and policies that discourage the proper care and future maintenance of your Pre-Owned Porsche. I called several times to obtain my vehicles service history, and they refused to give me the information based on the premise that the vehicle was serviced under the previous owners name. That particular policy would be completely understandable if I were asking for personal information about the previous owner.However, I only requested historical service information about the vehicle I now own, so that I might properly maintain my car and continue to get the maximum performance and durability that has become synonymous with the Porsche brand. As an authorized Porsche dealership, one would hope that proper and timely maintenance of your car would be encouraged by Porsche of West Palm Beach.Unfortunately, as illustrated by their refusal to give me service records pertaining to a vehicle that I now own, the proper and accurate maintenance of your car is actually discouraged. Instead they prefer to keep the information for themselves so that they can have you bring the vehicle in and re-charge you for services that have already been performed.I have left messages with Edward Klaus in the service department, and I havent heard anything back as of yet. I also spoke with Megan Wall and she stated some nonsensical policy about how service records can only be forwarded to the vehicless owner. News flash: I am the current owner. Why not account for the fact that used Porsches are sold and traded every day. And as the current owner, I should be entitled to information about my car. I have been the owner of Porsche vehicles for well over 10 years, and this is totally out of line with the 5 star quality and service that I have come to expect.

Bought a 2017 CPO Carrera S about 2.5 yrs ago with about 2000 miles on it. Found out very soon after that the brakes and rotors needed complete replacement even though their CPO ppwk stated there was 70% brake life left. Turns out the car was tracked. The cost to replace was $4500 needless to say I was enraged, shouldve done a PPI but I trusted the cpo paperwork. Short of the long I went and back and forth with the service and sales department and was able to have them pay for the replacement and the work was done by my local dealership. Very stressful situation especially when they denied any wrongdoing initially. Rating 2 stars because they rectified the situation although begrudgingly.

He most professionally guided us through their inventory, a very courteous and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador. And we decided to buy a Panamera. After final detailing we picked up our Panamera two days later, being serviced by Mr. Jon Rivera, just excellent service and knowhow about the Porsches. My wife called today to schedule a 50,000 mile service on her 2018 Macan S, she was given an appt on 2/25 and she asked how long it would take, someone called her back and told her it would take 3 to 4 days!!!To do an oil change and basic inspection.After finally getting through to the service department it was explained to me that is was because they were probably busy in the Service Dept.If you are that busy why are you scheduling appointments.We will drive further and take our business elsewhere.If our vehicle broke down in front of this dealership I would have it towed somewhere else.

Called service to request availability to change out my head unit (CDR23) Audio CD Player out of my Porsche 911 2003 as my original unit is not functioning and require the dealer software to link a new unit to my Porsche.I called and was told to leave a message with a service advisor to call me back and received no return phone call.The following day I contacted again and was informed that my information would be sent to an advisor and the service manager to ensure I would receive a call back right away. Two days later still no return phone call.I then called 9 Auto Motion Independent Porsche Specialists in Riviera Beach and they informed me to contact the location in Pompano Beach as they also recommend their customers use the Pompano Beach Porsche due to poor customer service.Overall, very disappointed that as a Porsche owner I cant even get my local dealer to call back regarding service and support. Even after escalated to management still yet to receive any response.Porsche dealer is fortunate to have proprietary software with Germany as if customer service was solely their only differential between competitors they would be out of business.First time Porsche owner and have taken my Porsche an extra 20 min out of my way to get the service I require.

I recently bought my first Porsche at this dealership and the over all experience was okay. LG was the point of contact from Sales and a great guy to work with. Disappointment was with Service team & technician.Overall, It was a disappointing experience. There was this clunking noise while braking for a couple of days and the sound went really loud and scary this afternoon. Upon a check at the local Porsche dealership in California, Technician noticed that all of the bolts for the front right wheel were loose and not set to proper torque which was weird & surprising since this vehicle was a Certified Pre Owned. Also the Front head lights were not mounted properly and they set loose and damaged the little area near the headlight.Not setting the front wheel torque was not only disappointing and was also potentially dangerous for someone driving at 70mph on freeway.

Don’t service your car at this dealership!!!! I never leave negative reviews but I’m still so upset about the Braman service negligence. I purchased a “Porsche vehicle brand for the assured quality, prestige and service. For the past year, I have been proven wrong. Basically, I had nail in tire which was replaced by Braman Porsche. Thereafter, I contacted service provider at Braman that tire sensor warning alert is on, brought in my car for inspection MULTIPLE times and was told sensor was reset, I guess without inspection of my tires????I was in Ocala and brought my car to Porsche of Ocala for service – and was told that the rear tire and wheel was rotated to front which caused all my tire issues. Porche tires are staggered and should never have been rotated.Braman never owned up to the issue, although I have all the documentations. Their negligence have put me and others in danger on the road. In short I’m warning others NOT to use Porche Braman for service! Incapable of diagnosing or treating your vehicles. If it wasn’t for huge financial loss, I would have sold my vehicle.

Tried buying a car from this place by phone. Spoke to 2 sales managers and a sales guy. Got to a price that was ok but when I called back and left voicemails and texts nobody answered. Still waiting and just saw the car showing as sold on the website 4 days later. Outstanding Porsche customer service from this dealer.In response to the dealer comments. They are simply not true. I called on Thursday and spoke to the sales manager and got to a place that sounded ok. He did say he would be available that evening but I said I was still at work and about 100 miles away and leaving town the next day so I would not be available until the following week. He said he could not hold it but I never declined any offer. Which by the way I purchased a vehicle in another state and they held it for a week and a half for me until I could fly out and get it. Anyway, as I was driving up to Orlando early the next day I decided to reach out and see if there was a way to buy it over the phone. I texted the sales guy... no response... I never told him not to call me. So I called and asked to speak with the same sales manager and it went to voicemail and I left a message that I wanted to start the process to buy it. No response. So I called back and asked to speak to any sales manager and was sent to a different voicemail. Left a message and guess what... no response. I kept watching the vehicle while on vacation and 4 days later saw it post as sold. Not the next day. That day it sold I get a call from the sales manager saying lets try to make a deal. I informed him the vehicle was sold and that I had left multiple voicemails and texts to the team. Honestly, even before the weekend we could have come to a deal. I had initially spoken to Chris and told him I was going out of town end of week and lets get a deal together quickly. Well he got my info on my trade and did not even bother to get back to me until the next day which was not professional. 1.5 days gone. Then the numbers he came back with were not good ... off by thousands. I had better offers from Carvana and other online dealers for my trade so it left me with a bad experience with him. That is why I decided to reach back out to the manager to see what could be done. Nowhere in the process did I feel anyone cared to sell me this car. I guess I was bumped by a more important deal or something. Anyway, the experience was far from what I would expect from Porsche. I have had better experience with just about any other dealer. I buy at least 1 car per year so I know. The car I am selling now I have only had 9 months. As I said this was just plain bad service and not because I am an impossible client as they tried to depict me in their response.

Horrible experience, it is so obvious that they tried to play us. I was so excited to get my new Porsche, they led us on, clearly praying on our emotions, at the last second trying to get thousands more from us. They should be ashamed. I think the salesman was a decent guy, but the manager clearly was devious and intended to shake us down from the beginning. If they weren’t going to honor the deal we agreed on, they could have told us before we came to pick it up and sign papers, this was a hustle, plain and simple.

In short this was a VERY un-Porsche-like service experience..I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a 2015 Cayenne Diesel an emissions compliant program update and a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor..The Service Techhad estimated it would take 2-3 hours...In making this apptmt,I specifically said I rqd a loaner and was told I would have that loaner...Well there was no loaner except after considerable pointed discusson about assurances and apologies that did little for @ 45mins,...To the dealerships defense,they eventually got a Dodge Charger fr Enterprise....Then told me the work could not be done today ..So I drove 75 miles UP to Fort Pierce and then 75 miles BACK to West Palm for the car to be ready at 3 PM....They did wash the car and vacuumed to inside but failed to get that black brake residue from the wheels and left one tire without a cap

Generation 1 turbo s, Generation 2 turbo s and now, Ive just purchased The most beautiful Cayenne turbo Ive ever seen,... from Braman Porsche.In sum, for me, THIS was AS GOOD AS IT GETS based upon my previous experiences with any dealer.Walk in the door and you will find many exclusive vehicles, amongst a vast inventory to choose from. I was looking for unique and different and found it sitting, waiting for me just arrived. 2 hours later it was in my driveway.Braman does it all in 21st century fashion.They have Great People, who function as a team, and great systems to expedite all the paperwork, they even transferred my registration right then and there.Lastly, most importantly .....Since I have been using Braman for servicing for the past 4 yrs. The most unethical car sales people i’ve ever dealt with. Don’t trust them, they will change the price on you when you are picking up the car. After spending an afternoon there, we agreed on a car and a price, had already added the car to my insurance, I came back in the day to pick up the car and they pulled the old trick of bringing the manager in to break to news to me that they “made a mistake”, blamed it on their computer team for not updating the prices, and tried to get an extra $3900 from me. BUYER BEWARE!

I live 4 hours away and he sent me a narrated video of the Panamera, answered all my questions, got me the price I requested, and when I went to Braman/West Palm Beach to pick up the car, it was completely pristine/mint condition as described. This dealership is top notch and the experience was just fantastic. Love the car...

Website says this business opens at 7:30am. I have been calling there phone number for the last 30 minutes without success in getting anyone to answer. I tried a second number I have for this business without luck. What lousy way to run a business!!! If you don’t want customer business just say so on your website and save us the trouble of calling!

Absolute terrible place. We were a walkup cash purchaser for a new porsche as we had just sold our other posche and we were here for 40 minutes walking around and looking no one even acknowledged our presence or asked if we needed help let alone just a hello. Not the way to do business for a top end product and clientele.

Ive bought 3 Porsches at different dealerships this past year and they all had something in common. They all responded to my internet inquiries. Apparently business is so good at Porsche West Palm Beach that they are an exception to the rule and do not feel they need to respond to potential costumers. I have never had anyone ignore me when wanting to fork over 6 figures for a car. This is the first. If I was ownership and my business was ran like this, Id be concerned on how much income I am losing out on.

Great customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kashif Shaukat before and after the purchase of my Cayenne. He was attentive and professional. I had left a personal item in my trade-in after picking up my Cayenne and called Kashif to inform him I would come down in the next day or two to pickup (I live in Jupiter). He instead offered to Fedex the item to my home. Wow. I highly recommend Kashif Shaukat and Braman Porsche.

For a place selling LUXURY vehicles, the customer service is just absolutely terrible! I went in today to look at the Macan S. As we were approaching the moment to test drive the vehicle the sales associate took my drivers license, standard protocol. Once we finished driving the vehicle I asked for my drivers license back and it turns out another associate grabbed it from the copier (I guess that is where it was last placed by my sales associate) and he took it and placed it in his pocket. Why, I dont know. Now, my sales associate tells me that I have to go to Lantana to pick up my drivers license from this other sales associate that took it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I am now inconvenienced because of the lack of attention to their work. I am extremely disappointed in the amount of effort that was put into resolving this. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again.

This is my fifth purchase from Braman Porsche over the past 9 years. This purchase, like all of the others, was efficient, professional and stress free.The dealership is very well managed and user friendly.I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in this line of automobile.

Worst experience ever. Was trying to purchase a CPO 2017 Panamera. I spoke to a salesman, Jon and the sales manager Tommy Justice this morning and told them I wanted the car and would be willing to put a nonrefundable deposit as we worked through the deal. Submitted my credit card info for deposit at 2:47pm and was told it was mine while we worked through finance process, I get a call from Jon at 5pm that there were errors on the buyers order I noticed and that he would correct it, basically we had a deal congrats etc. and to submit my credit app online. I go to submit my credit app and I get a call from Jon that the car was sold, somebody walked in and bought the car and he couldnt do anything about it. Their excuse was that I did not submit my app in time, this is two hours later from when I submitted my deposit info. The salesman said he would have the sales manager, Tommy, call to explain. I get a call from Tommy whom I had previously talked to that morning that I wanted the car, to have Jon send pics or a vid as they had just gotten the car in. He tells me that Jon knew they had a rule that in order to secure a car they must have a deposit along with a credit app (never heard of this rule at any other high-end dealership before) at the same otherwise they cant hold the car, that it was his fault for not telling me this and that I was basically screwed and there is nothing they can do because the car is sold to this walk in customer. A total BS excuse, bc Tommy could have easily mentioned this to me when I first spoke to him this morning to submit the credit app with deposit and I would have done so. Very frustrated, as this was the car specd how I wanted. Not the treatment I expected from a dealership or brand like this,

The worst dealership I’ve ever come across.After I purchased my Porsche at the end of a lease term in 2016, Porsche Financial sent title to an old address.Porsche did nothing-passed the buck to Porsche Financial. Porsche Financial charged $93.25 for a “replacement title”. 3& years later still have not received title.Caveat emptor

Outstanding experience from the beginning to the end... from reviewing options to arriving at configuration/price to thru delivery and even after delivery service. Its amazing that a dealership doing these kinds of volumes can make you feel like you are the most important client ever. My wife and I spoke with Jack Stang this past Sunday while we looked at 718s and 911s. He was extrememly nice and very helpful. I cant wait to go back and finally buy that 718...unless my wife goes for the new cabriolet. 6/5

My experience with Braman Porsche was very positive. My story is that a few months ago I purchased a used 911Carrera from Braman. Loved the car. But when I saw the new 911CarreraS, I knew that I wanted to update. My concern was that I would be killed with my trade in value, I understand that Braman is in business to make money. I approached my original salesman Jack Stang and discussed my concerns with him. He then called in General Sales manager Mo Reza into our conversation, and after working out a deal that was appealing to me I purchased the car. Since taking delivery of the car that they had shipped in from another dealer in Alabama my feelings are that they are very helpful to my needs about learning about the new car which is very advanced with electronics. They actually have a tech manager coming to my home to help me set up the car.I would highly recommend Braman to anyone interested in purchasing a Porsche

Online buyer beware! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership long-distance, assured that the sales person would be my eyes on the ground. He assured me that there was no cosmetic damage to this like new, 1 year old Land Rover. He also assured me that the transport company was responsible for insuring the vehicle in transport should there be any issues upon arrival. It showed up with damage to the all-black wheel and punctures/scrapes to the tires. These wheels and low profile tires are VERY expensive, and despite noting the damage on the BOL and contacting both companies multiple times, Ive gotten no contact back and been left to make repairs myself. It is hard to say if the vehicle left the dealership this way, or if it happened in transport, but either way, they wont help you once the car shows up.
