If zero stars was an option I would choose that.Truly, shop anywhere else. I dont think Ive ever given a one star review before...but if ever there was a facility that did NOT deserve your patronage...this is the place.We set an appointment with David Banner to trade in our existing Wraith and place a special order for a new black badge Wraith. From the moment we walked in we were holistically ignored, despite the fact there was only a single other customer in the massive building. After maybe 10min we were briefly greeted and told that theyd help us shortly, but while 15+ salespeople stood around ordering lunch and doing nothing we sat and sat. About 20 minutes further, Michael Visocky was polite enough to offer us water, but neither the salesperson wed booked with or anyone else offered any help. About 45 minutes after arrival we decided to take our business to the Fort Lauderdale dealer.I cant be certain whether the complete disrespect and lack of service was just total incompetence or latent homophobia (though I suspect the latter), but in the end it doesnt matter. It is also worth noting that before we left the dealership, I went into Mr. Visockys office, thanked him for being the sole employee that had shown any courtesy and explained why we were leaving. He was vaguely apologetic, but made zero effort to correct the issue or ask any questions about our experience. We also received no follow up call from anyone at the dealer despite them obviously having our contact information since wed set up an appointment. So its quite clear that the Braman team does not care if they mistreat or offend existing customers.Any retailer who is too busy, biased or disinterested to accommodate my spending a half a million dollars is not someone I wish to do business with.I will be loudly, and frequently telling everyone I know (or meet) to avoid Braman at every cost.
I just purchased my 2019 Rolls Royce Dawn Black Badge Adamas and am extremely pleased with the treatment that I received at Braman. My salesman Nico Scattino is the best along with David Banner who knows more about Rollers than anyone could ever imagine. The transaction was smooth as silk and I would highly recommend these individuals and this retailer for any high end vehicle purchase. Nico will even dance with you and that’s why they call him the “car dance guy”. What a beauty he is. You have to meet him and you will never have a sales experience like that again!, I love the vehicle. It is a special Adamas collector edition and Rolls Royce only made 30 of them for the world and there is only 11 in North America. Only special dealers like Braman were able to get one and sell it to me.Thank You.
Regarding Rolls-Royce service, I have recently received my 2004 Phantom back from being serviced. I found the whole experience beyond reproach. Shary Moore is professional, friendly and extremely proficient. I had concerns and she willingly introduced me to Michael Martin, the technician who performed the service. Michael is extremely competent as well as thorough, and careful. The requested services were performed exactly as-requested, and ahead of my expected completion time.I am in the automotive industry and have occasion to be in dealerships almost daily. Granted, one would expect exemplary service at a Rolls-Royce dealership. Braman Rolls-Royce Service sets the standard against which others should be measured. As an aside, their newly-renovated location is brilliant, rather spectacular.
Adam is great and helped me out with my purchase of 15 Ghost. I highly recommend him as salesman, if you are shopping here.
My salesperson Gary Rockoff was fantastic! he made my entire car purchasing experience a piece of cake, I would highly recommend him if you are planning on purchasing any vehicle from Braman. Also Annabelle in the finance department was wonderful as well. Braman has earned a new client in me.

Thank God for a new president my wife and I were able to afford a new Rolls Royce and Bentley that we share we needed the Bentley serviced and we met Peggy and she is absolutely wonderful and made sure everything went great again

SINCE 2012 I HAVE PURCHASED A GHOST,A WRAITH, 2 DAWNS, A MULSANNE, AND A CONTINENTAL GTC...UNFORTUNATELY NONE FROM BRAMAN. TODAY I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND ASKED THE PRICE TO PUT A FRONT LICENSE PLATE HOLDER ON MY DAWN. WHILE I DO EXPECT TO PAY A FEE, SURELY NOT THE $500 I WAS QUOTED.HELLO? THIS IS THE TYPE OF FOOLISHNESS WHY I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO BUY FROM MY LOCAL ROLLS/BENTLEY DEALER.
