The service is very good as they check you right in, but you have to wait a few minutes for a service advisor to call you. That couldDefinitely be more efficient, however the actual service on the vehicle was excellent and rather quick. One more demerit in that they don’t reserve loaner cars in advance for your appointment. It is first come first serve which no other Lexus dealer I ever worked with does. It makes you have to go for the 7:00 AM appointment to ensure you get a loaner. Why not reserve them in advance and guarantee you the loaner? It’s not that difficult as premium car dealers do this all the time.

Caveat emptor buyer beware. I just took my car into Lexus and worked with Joe. I have an older Lexus and fluid leakage. The car needs replacing valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals, spark plug bolt washers and camshaft seals. He says that I also need to replace timing belt and water pump. Interesting because I just replaced those two part about 15,000 ago. Timing Belts last about 100k. So there in lies the lost of trust. They want me to replace a near brand new part. I take my car to a dealership so I dont get ripped off. So much for that. Yes, Joe says he made a honest mistake. Ill share this story to let the readers decide.

Good service in all departments, parts distribution center slows down dealership parts department when it comes to having parts in stock but parts staff are knowledgeable, always willing to provide good service and professional.
Contacted dealer to get information on vehicle I saw on their website, Christopher Biscardi responded with a phone call. I was really disappointed by the way he treated and spoke to me. I will not be recommending this dealership.

Traveling on turnpike, lights began to flash about parking assistant being disabled. Lexus app showed us to nearest dealer, Lexus of Palm Beach. Drove up to service center, greeted, and assured they would look into it immediately. After diagnostics, found the defective right front center camera. Came to waiting area, which was very nice, and so happy to hear they had the replacement and have finished in one hour. One hour later, came and car was ready to go. Also, checked all fluids and other stuff, giving us great confidence to continue our vacation trip. All of this was covered by warranty. This is our first Lexus, and what a great feeling knowing that Lexus dealers are there to help you. Great marks for the service personnel at Lexus of Palm Beach, and BIG THANK YOU!
Quick service with a huge selection of great vehicles. Everyone is practicing social distancing but you still feel welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new reliable car at a great price.
One star based off of communication alone, add to that the fact it took three days to pull a code (which for the record takes about five seconds) and that is the cherry on top of your one star rating. Kiichiro Toyoda Would be disappointed. Manager Ken and especially Michael were of absolutely no help. I recommend finding a mechanic whom actually speaks to you instead of treating you like a number.

It always is a daunting/Scary task when taking your car into service. As a new owner of a IS-F, parts and service are very expensive so I personally was very nervous. In the back of your mind you are always wondering Do I really need this service or are they just trying to run up my bill. As normal car owners, we often feel (and rightfully so) that this is where many (not Lexus of Palm Beach) dealerships take advantage of you and in turn lose customers. So while they may make a couple extra hundred bucks, they potentially could lose a lifelong repeat customer.This is where Lexus of Palm Beach has broken the norms of dealership experiences. I recently took my car into them to have it looked over as I just had purchased it from a private seller... A service advisor, Brian, came out and looked over the car and said.. Car is great! Your car doesnt need anything, come back and we will knock out a oil change and replace, under warranty, your transmission mount and you will be good to go for a long time I was Blown away.. Think about it.. a car dealership had a new customer with a new car and I was just told to leave because my car didnt need anything.... That is a RARE quality to find at a dealership and in fact, it makes me want to bring my car back more frequently because I know nothing will be done that isnt needed.. On one of the more recent visits, I had an annoying squeak coming from my rear suspension. I brought the car in as it needed a oil change and mentioned the noise. Brian made it his mission to get the noise located and taken care of... even taking me back and showing me that it was simply a lose bolt. This type of customer service is unheard of... Dont miss an opportunity to deal with Brian and or this dealership in general.Thanks for the wonderful experience!
I have been getting my SUVs oil change for over a year in this dealership; I was pleased with the kind of work done to the vehicle, they took the time to cleaned it and place the sticker on the drivers side reminding me of my next service. However today my car was not vacuumed nor washed and the sticker was missing.....I am heartbroken.

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service this dealership provides. I was interested in a car that is from one of their sister sites, that is less than an hour away. They agreed to have the car brought to their location, however they would need to run my credit to do so. Andres, The sales representative said that he would be “Stuck with the car” if he didn’t run my credit before. That makes no sense at all. Why not just bring the car for free for a interested customer? Very disappointing that a high end dealership would operate this way. Looking forward to taking my business to Infiniti of Palm Beach.

They did it again as expected. I went in for my Scheduled service and sanitation and left with a Lexus truck. Every time I go to Lexus of Palm beach Brian Kobus goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly so to thank him for always taking care of me I told him that I would be purchasing a vehicle from them and its honestly a fair exchange. Well first I spoke with GP, aka Mr. grate to view the truck and I knew right away that it was the one I wanted to get he got right to it and asked me all the questions he needed answers to and I started to think I wasnt going to be able to get it for what ever reason and he told me that I will be leaving with a new Lexus and he and his team is going to do whatever they can to make sure that I do and they did just that . He made the process worthwhile, he did everything he could to make the process easy, Along with Derek he allowed me to spend under my budget and drive away with the Truck. From the monthly note, to the down payment Derek took care of every concern I had and more. I am very appreciative and thankful for the team I had at Lexus of palm beach and I would just like to thank Brian Kobus for treating me so well because if he wasnt there I wouldnt have chose them to purchase the car from. Purchased a new tire from Lexus and it was not inexpensive, but they almost match to the penny and competitive price from a wholesale type tire store. That was awesome...then three weeks later that same new tire went flat because of a screw... got it to Lexus at 645am without an appointment and they fixed it within 45 minutes...another awesome. My very good friend who is visiting from South Carolina had issues with his windshield wiper on his car. We drove into the service department, the gentleman can ride over to look and see what what the problem was got a new windshield wiper switch it out in less than 2 minutes and we were gone within less than 10. Very impressed with the service he received

I took my car to have it repaired at the service department. I received A-1 services from my Service Coordinator Viet Dang. He made sure I was seen quickly and that I got a loaner car while my car was being serviced. When the parts for my car was on order, he called each day to give me an update. I took care of this on my lunch break and made it back to work on time. The service was amazing. Thanks Viet and the Lexus family.
