When I decided to buy a new (to me) car, I turned to Autos of Palm Beach. The process was so easy - I just told them what I was looking for and they went to find it for me. It didnt matter that I wasnt looking for an expensive, high-end car - I still got personal service. I purchased a beautiful Honda Pilot for this dealership. The vehicle was delivered exactly as described, very clean. The paperwork didnt take but a couple of minutes which is different from every other place I have bought a car. The dealer was very honest even showing me the flaws in the car so I would know exactly what I was getting - I have never seen a dealer do this! Such honesty is truly rare. I will come to them for my next car.

Customers can be quite unreasonable at times, but when I got my car and was in the office I was impressed with how well and reasonable they were with even the most difficult customers. I concur with the comments of others regarding AoPB being a respectable place of business. Internet buying can be challenging. I found a car I was interested in online and found out I was able to bid on it, on eBay. Bid on it the car just like it was a Ninetendo. I arranged to buy a vehicle from these people and when I arrived the tires were illegal. The owner made an offer to contribute to new tires so we concluded the deal. On my journey home the engine warning light came . I called the dealer who declined all responsibilty. I have had nothing but trouble from the car and my advice would be. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

The internet really broadens car (and every other kind of) shopping, and that can mean buying a car sight unseen, especially with what I think are obnoxiously high airfares, if I wished to fly out from Arizona to view the car in person. Autos of Palm Beach answered each question I had, were happy to send me specific photos, and talk to me over phone. After accepting my offer, they walked me through a very simple buying and shipping process. Several days after I had the car and they had the funds, a minor customer service issue came up (it can happen!) Dan and Jeff were on it immediately and went above and beyond to resolve it.
