I bought my certified pre owned 650s from Rene at Mclaren Palm beach. Great guy and very helpful throughout my purchase experience. Rene has been by far the best car salesman I have ever done business with. I usually feel as if they usually just want to help me during the sale but once the car gets sold, they disappear. This happened to me when I bought my R8. However, Rene has been exceptional. He answered all my texts even after I left the lot days ago. A true professional and the best dealer I have been to. First class dealership, Tracy took great care in showing me all the features of the car he was very knowledgeable and a car guy at heart. He made me feel comfortable and I really enjoyed the test drive, this truly is one of the best sports cars on the market. After driving the 570s I walked away feeling completely blown away by its performance, it was everything I could want in a sports car. Thanks for the great experience.

Best service I’ve experienced when walking in to dealership. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Rene and I was astounded by the knowledge he provided regarding the 570 we were looking at. I went in this dealership for the first time yesterday to see if the Mclaren would be comfortable for me, I weight 260lbs. In less then an hour I was the proud owner of a 570S, this was one of the most pleasant purchases Ive made. The dealership was great, and my salesman was wonderful. He knew the car top to bottom and was able to cover everything I needed to know about the Mclaren line up. If your in the market for a new car do yourself a favor and ask for Tracy you wont be disappointed

I am a car buff and have owned many supercars over the years. I was in town and decided to stop by the dealership to see what kind of inventory they had. The sales team welcomed me like a long time customer despite me making them aware that I had a home dealership. They gave me a tour, showed me available vehicles and were really helpful. Most importantly they were super helpful in helping me with some logistics of managing my Mclaren I am keeping in Palm Beach. Rene, one of the managers, went so far above and beyond I plan on keeping in touch and having them additional help me with service and anything else I need when in Palm Beach. This place is awesome, Rene has a great staff and its a wonderful dealership!

I am the proud owner of a McLaren 570S. I Had an Amazing experience with my salesman Tracy Whyrick. From the first day I walked in, he was eager to have me test drive the car.. Apparently he knew if I drove it, I would be hooked. Picked out the color that I liked and the options that I wanted and they found me the car I wanted in Atlanta. Shipped it overnight and delivery was simple and easy. Great dealership and everyone there seems very friendly.I would highly recommend Tracy and the dealership for your purchase.

I was very interested in a 570 spider that I saw on Auto trader. After contacting this dealer I spoke to a gentleman that asked me details about my trade an R8 spyder .When I told him what I was looking to spend he didnt make me feel like we were far off pricewise. The next day another salesman called me and gave me a ridiculous price. The original salesman told me there was some wiggle room in the 570 but they did not discount the 570 a dime and gave me an insulting number for my trade. I understand that they must make a fair profit on a deal but this was totally unreasonable and the second salesman had a I dont care attitude. This is not my first exotic car buying experience but was the worst. I will never deal with this store.

I recently purchased a McLaren 650S from Tracy at McLaren Palm Beach.Tracy talked me into coming in for a test drive even though I was sure it would not measure up to the Ferrari 458 that I was currently driving.Obviously it did and they are taking very good care of me after the sale.I have purchase quite a number of cars from him and this wont be the last.

I have been living in Florida for at least 4 years now about to be 5 and Mclaren Palm Beach has truly one of the best staff’s ever! They are always good to their customers every single day and the same with visitors and do whatever they can to make sure the customer gets what they want at the time they requested! When rene as well came to McLaren Palm Beach he is truly one of the most hardest working employee’s ever and will never ignore anyone! Till this day I come in to take pictures of their wonderful collection he will always welcome you with open arms! Hardest working man in the business! This dealer is by far the worst dealer i have ever been to. Im not talking about worst mclaren dealer. Im talking about the worst dealer period. I have a 350 thousand mclaren and was treated as they were doing me a favor for been there. This service advisor Armand has no business of been a service advisor, he has no customer service at all, misstreated me and was literally an a hole. Because of this dealer im getting out of the mclaren family and going back to the lamborghini family. I hope something is done about this because mclaren has a very nice product but no service at all what so ever, i know several people that went through the same issue. Stay away from this dealer and if u absolutely have to take it there stay away from this guy armand he is a complete POS.

Good afternoon, I inform him that I went to the maclaren of the palm beach with my family and we were seeing the cars they have and a tall man with tattoos came out, which I imagine works there because he had the maclaren shirt he told us we could not touching the cars rudely, with pure rudeness, we took out our rude finger, cursed us of everything you can not imagine and I found a real lack of respect because there were children and in passing for a sell to treat their customers badly, the workers told us that the supposed gentleman did not work there, even if he did not work there, it seemed disrespectful to him that his staff supported the rude man and told us rudeness as well. I do not buy over there any lack of respect and abusers who are believed is what they are.

About as good as their Formula 1 cars. Wouldnt give us the time of day even though my friend was wearing a McLaren hat!

Contacted Frank at their Mclaren service department for a warranty issue. They didnt return my calls and email exchanges were practically non-existent. Over 4 weeks passed by. Eventually I gave up trying to use this new dealership. If they cant be bothered to communicate they are not worthy of your business. We are talking $300k+ vehicles and they dont seem to care less. Oh well, lucky their are other McLaren dealers in Florida who do help. My advice, go elsewhere (like Tampa or Coral Gables) because you will be wasting your time with these people.

I was in the process of buying a McLaren from a private owner in South Florida. I made contact with two different McLaren dealerships in the area regarding service of the McLaren prior to ownership transfer. The service manager at the other McLaren dealership would never return my phone calls or discuss vehicle service history, even with prior owner permission. I spoke with the Palm Beach McLaren service manager, Frank Skeen, and got a very professional approach to servicing the vehicle. Eventhough they had never performed service on the vehicle i was purchasing, he explained to me all that needed to be done to insure the vehicle was in good operation prior to purchase. I got the prior owner to agree to take the vehicle to Palm Beach and not the other dealer which performed the prior service. Frank and his technician Ron were extremely accommodating and kept the owner and myself well informed of the on-going service. I visited the dealership and got a thorough walk through by the technician and service manager. Both the owner and myself agreed this was the most competent and service oriented service team we had both seen. Even after the servicing of the vehicle, the service manager and technician have kept in contact with me to make sure everything is working properly on the vehicle. This service dept definitely gets a 5+star rating from me and I would not hesitate to use them again and happy to recommend others to use this dealership vs others in the area. They handle Jaguar, Aston Martin and and McLaren.
