DO NOT BUY HERE!! They will NOT stand by their cars after the sale. My son had his car 28 days and had a significant issues with the cooler system and could have caused major damage and they could care less. Actually got screamed and sworn at when I showed concern on behalf of my son.UPDATE: Now tje car needs another $1700 worth of work! Braking system shot! By lying about the brakes they put lives in danger

I love this place! After a month of long hours and weekends trying to get into a new KIA Optima, I drove by Palm Beach Automotive one day and saw one on their lot. My experience could not have been better. The owners are terrific, honest, straightforward, and made the purchase of my Kia Optima really pleasant. I love the car and it is everything I was told it would be. Their prices are very competitive and the financing options are excellent. This is truly a family owned business as compared to some of the mega-dealerships or other used car places. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ;While helping my boyfriend shop for a car we went to Palm Beach automotive sales first thing we weren’t even greeted instead the lady who was working at the time walked back into the establishment when we got out of our car, when we walked in she yelled from the back room that someone would be with us but I noticed She was the only one there at the time.When looking at cars we noticed a lot of them were missing parts and it was always met with the excuse “if you buy this car we will get whatever the car needs so that (said missing part) fixed.The owner himself seemed a little on edge and like he didn’t want to be bothered with a sale and came across as rude but like most people I just put it aside and let my boyfriend handle his business.Also when we picked a car out not only was the battery dead but the engine sounded a little shaken but we were told that it was because the car sat there for a minute (which okay makes since), when we asked to test drive it the owner again very unbothered said to me let’s get you approved for the car before I move the other cars around to bring it out (which at that point wouldn’t matter if I was approved it’s your job to let me test drive any car I want To make sure it’s the car I want ) after being there for almost 5 hours we were getting tired and just wanted to get the paperwork over with because it seemed like we were getting the run around .The owner and his son assured us, if anything is ever wrong with the car we could bring it to them to have the problem fixed and also they would with no problem “THIER WORDS EXACTLY”We were so excited to have what we thought was a good enough car to last us from what we trade from which was on its last legs, while the owners son took the car to the car wash to vacuum the car out and wash it, he failed to mention the windshield wipers were broken (yes broken) and he gave us the excuse that they needed to be replaced which they don’t it’s the part that makes them go wipe that is broken also it had a horrible bug problem which I’m sure he saw as well while getting into the car when he went to the car wash.When doing a second cleaning of our own we found the previous owners belongings, mail and other personal items. Which means they repoed the car and just parked it .About two weeks after having the car we noticed the breaks started to squeak and contacted them to take a look because “as told to us they would fix any issue no problem” and was met with a rude attitude about how we put on 1,500 miles in less then 30 days when we both work and that’s what cars are made for (to drive) and then the last straw was when my boyfriend was headed to work and the car overheated out of thin air, and again was met with very rude comments from the palm beach automotive sales workers . And was told it was his fault that the car overheated. And then the only excuse we got was “what do you want me to do about it” we want you to keep your word on customer service and fix the issues we shouldn’t have to worry about pushing money out on a car that shouldn’t have been sold knowing the issues it has.I will not recommend this place just save yourself the trouble we have tried to be very professional about the situations that have come about but have been met with very unprofessional business ownership and will not take it laying down .

Love this place ! Its right off of Okeechobee so the location is pretty great. I bought a 2003 Jetta from them! It had low mileage and unlike other dealers they didnt turn me down because of my credit (well the banks turned me down) so I did the buy here pay here. The car was in good condition, I had it for a few years before trading it in for a 2013 Jetta lol.... so heres why I think they are so exceptional, after having the car for a few years, they called me told me that they found a bank that will accept me to finance the remaining balance and get a lower interest rate!... seriously !! So I contacted the bank (CAPITAL ONE) mind you I had made all my payments on time !! Maybe there were one or two payments I was late but I called them ahead of time and let them know (mind you it was never longer than a couple of days) they are nice about it and understand that life happens...

Its a set up do not get anything from here..they only work with you with putting you in a car which is ok. But the car is a LEMON and they will not help fix the problem they will not trade off they know that their cars are not good. I had my car for 3months to learn the Transmission is bad and was then harassed about continuing payment and fixing the car! All of them are conartist trust me when I say dont do it..they prey on the weak and they only want money,,for BAD CARS.

The owner is a slime bag who prays on the misfortunes of others. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM !!!!!. Go to a real dealership, this place doesnt give a carfax, no return policys, and he doesnt report to any credit agencys. So the only person thats gonna benefits from the 30% interest rate hes gonna charge you is him. Please dont give your hard earned money to someone thats looking to take advantage of you. For the last week I had been talking with Mathew about a 2000 Ford Expedition. While texting I asked him if they report to any credit agencys, he advised yes and said that this would change my life and open up so many doors for me, so on and so forth. I spoke to him the day before I was supposed to come up and he told me the Expedition was detailed and in perfect working condition. I made the appointment with him for Saturday morning and asked he have everything ready because I was gonna be working the next 3 saturdays and didnt wanna be there all day. Saturday morning I got up at 9am, drove from deerfield to Okeechobee blvd. The first thing me and my girlfriend see is a 2000 ford expedition with the hood open. Mathew comes out and tells me the car needs a new battery which I was fine with. As me and my girlfriend started asking questions things started getting bad. Mathew couldnt answer anything and finally brought in the owner who advised us we dont do Carfax because we cant afford it if you buy a car and 5mins later it dies theres nothing i can do and i dont report to credit agencys because if people are late on payments it wont ruin there credit At this point I was livid, Mathew had assured me that this was going to be reported to a credit agency so I could rebuild my credit. We go out side to look at the vehicle and it was dirty as hell, also they had a bumper from another car in the back seat. My girlfriend said since we drove all this way we can at least test drive it. First thing I noticed while driving it was the A/C didnt work even though Mathew assured me the other day it was in perfect working condition when we spoke the other day. Not more then 5mins into driving this piece of crap the damn thing stalls out in the middle of Okeechobee Boulevard. Mathew then asked if we have a phone so he can call his boss (he didnt have a cell and had been using is girlfriends phone to text me) We had to run across 3 rows of traffic and wait for his boss to come and jump the other car. While waiting for his boss Mathew continues to try and sell me on the damn thing. I ended up going back down south to a dealership in pompano that did good for me. It just blows my mind people are allowed to operate a business like this. They need to be shut down
