13,000 mile service on Sorento SUV including tire rotation, wheel alignment, wiper replacement, oil change, filter replacements etc.... Service Advisor Valerie was very professional, pleasant, courteous and thorough. She offered me the option of providing a courtesy car, but I decided to stay and wait for the vehicle after receiving an estimate of 2 hours. As it turned out she was spot on, and everything was completed on time. She even had the car washed. Valerie is an exceptional employee and a credit to herself, Kia and the dealership. It was a pleasure having her in charge of my service visit.

My first experience with this Service department, it was absolutely amazing and I was so excited because I only live five minutes from here. However the second time I went it was absolutely atrocious. I have never felt more disrespected in my life then in five minutes I spent there, I refused to let them touch my car and I left and immediately and called kia good will. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a different Kia than minutes to this place. They are more interested in making money off you, than they are treating you with dignity and respect

My husband and I bought a Jeep there. Amazing service. Was greeted by Sarah and Irene very nice young ladies. Manny was our sales associate and we did not feel pressured at all and he did a great job. He went over everything in the Jeep with us and gave us some helpful hints on the add-ons if we ever decided. Everyone was very nice and professional. Our Jeep was clean and gassed up ready to go. Last impressions are the best. A young lady named Julia came out to make sure we were having a good experience. Julia and everyone else left a lasting impression. We will definitely go back to them in the future for another vehicle. Great service all the way. Thank you!

Absolutely worst routine maintenance service I’ve ever experienced at any KIA Dealership! Totally inept and inferior customer service! Endurance Extended Car Warranty Supreme Advantage Coverage not even considered or honored until after the fact. Meaning? Customer Service Agent didn’t attempt to call my Endurance Extended Car Warranty Company to coordinate identified repairs needed until I told him a second time they were covered. He just “assumed” they were not covered based on his personal past experiences with Extended Car Warranty Companies. Although he finally hesitantly called the Company, got a voicemail that they were closed due to an internal holiday, still out of no sense of urgency or concern for the customer, accepted this at face value. I called the Company, left a voicemail, and Endurance Extended Car Warranty returned my call within 10-minutes. I explained the situation and the repairs needed, to which the Agent informed me that these repairs are covered under my purchased Supreme Advantage Plan. Although the KIA Dealership should have coordinated these repairs beforehand, I can submit a claim for the $584.55. Although my credit card was charged, as a Constitutional Law Attorney, I refused to sign the final paperwork after the Customer Service Agent refuse to honor my request to speak with the Service Manager, Supervisor or Dealership Leadership Representative. Bottomline: I will never ever set foot back on the premises of Greenway KIA West Palm Beach for routine vehicle maintenance of my vehicle !

Very disappointed with this dealership. I purchased an extended warranty with my Kia Cadenza that guaranteed a refund of the unused portion if and when I got rid of the car. In March 2021 I traded the Cadenza in and made the required request for a refund of the prorated portion of the extended warranty and all Ive received from Greenway Kia is crickets. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. There are many other fine Kia dealerships in the greater Palm Beach area.

If you have already done your research, know your numbers and have bought many cars before, George is your guy. I was in and out out that dealership within 3 hrs. including the test drive time/Car wash & gassed up! HOW? I value my time, Robert (his bro) even drove me to drop off my rental on time to Avis. Daniel took care of my paperwork and was super cool and fast.They were transparent about my banks approvals and that was important to me the most. Its August 2021 and I actually have equity in my car BECAUSE I PURCHASED USED AND KNEW MY NUMBERS!

Terrible service. These guys are a joke. Online says 21k after I arrive they tack on 6k market adjustment. I asked how we get the online price and he said they only put that to get people in the door. He said people usually leave after they learn the price lie and thats what were doing. The entire staff are a bunch of con artist that could care less about customer service or service in general. John Gonzales is not to be trusted no matter what he says he doesn’t care about you or anyone just the money you are going to be spending. Worse place to buy a car. Better off going to a buy here pay here then to this place where integrity is no where to be found and the staff rather escalate a bad situation then have a happy loyal customer. These people are liars! Took my Sedona there (under warranty) because my ABS light came on. During this time they told me I needed all 4 tires replaced for $950 after I had stated I thought there was a noise coming from one. I also got an oil change and “tire rotation” while I was there and they charged me for the rotation even after saying I needed new tires which I tried to fight because why would you rotate them if I needed new ones? They said they had already done the work. They told me I couldn’t even balance them because they were too far gone. My car had 18k miles on it. I new I could get tires for a better deal elsewhere but in the meantime asked my brother in law who is a mechanic with a shop to check out my tires. He said they were ABSOLUTELY FINE and balanced them for me and three were only off by .5 . I had a tiny thin staple in my tire that did not go through that has been there forever. It is still on the right front tire so they charged me for a rotation and didn’t even rotate my tires, and told me I needed to spend almost a grand to fix my perfectly good tires. I’m wondering if they actually changed my oil. At least they fixed my ABS light under warranty.

Went today to test drive a Telluride Stock # 220222. The salesperson, Jordan Ramos, was great. This review is no reflection of him whatsoever.The 1-star review was earned by the dealership and what can only be described as unethical price gouging.The window sticker from the manufacturer shows $43,XXX as the price. That price lines up with a few other vehicles that weve been shopping for recently. However, the addendum next to the window sticker shows $15,995 in dealer added accessories. Those accessories were wheels locks, mud flaps, free car washes and Florida Limited Edition. That was my cue to leave.

When I went to purchase my car Robert was great but didn’t ask me any questions such as color or what I was looking for. I felt pressured into buying my vehicle. I was also told that I would be getting called in a few days about the second key for my car….that never happened. I have contacted time and time again in the past year and have heard absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from there, they never answer questions or get back to you in a timely manner or follow through for customers.

Worst dealership Ive ever been to. Drove over an hour to sign what I thought was a done deal. When I arrived not a single thing was as they advertised ..... including the vehicle. I was assured the price would only go down not up. I was told the value of my trade in was lowest price possible and would only go up. I was told by multiple sales people. Very disappointed in kia, when my husband took his car to get an oil change he was told there were recalls on parts of the car, so we needed to leave his car at the dealership. After a couple of weeks we got a call asking if all recalls were taken care of because they found parts to our car at the service center, so we needed to take the car back again for a day and were not even given a rental to get around in. After 3 weeks my car started to smoke to find out my oil was leaking and would cost me $16,000 to get a new motor, but kia washed their hands and said they could do nothing to help!!!! Since the first service we had a bad experience we had our oil changed in July and now have no car due to their lack of communication and I professionalism.

My husband and I went to buy a car, when we sat down with the salesman George, my husband mentioned our lifetime powertrain warranty that was given to us for our other car from Toyota and he immediately stood up said the car is sold and that there is no way Toyota gives warranty and told us to leave. He said bring him the warranty and he will pay $500. My husband brought the warranty and the general manager kicked him off of the property. This is not my idea of a good salesman and a good team! HAVE SOME ETHICS AND MORALS PEOPLE! COME ON! Never will I buy another car from these crooked sad, sad people!

I bought a NEW Kia Niro 2020 a few months ago and I am having a terrible experience with the car. The engine light has come on 5 times in the last 6 months I’ve had the car. Every time I’ve taken the car in for them to look at they say its nothing, probably just a factory issue, and turn the lights off. Don’t know what else to do. Think twice before buying here. I just want my car to act like the new car that it is.

Friends: BE CAREFUL WITH THE PRICES GIVEN!!! I would give a 0 stars if I could because of their flat-face prices!No one was ready to assist me when I arrived at my appointment for an oil change. When I finally found Valerie, at the oil change area, she IMMEDIATELY started discussing ADDITIONAL THINGS to add besides my oil change. I clearly stated that I didn’t needed anything else. She then gave me the final, *$90 plus for full synthetic oil, JUST THE OIL WAS $90 PLUS! I asked to speak to the manager, Brett, to discuss EXACTLY what was the reason for the outrageous pricing. He added excuse, after excuse, he even asked Valerie about additional pricing trying to find the reasons to charge me the total amount. Absolutely horrible service center. While they were kind, they clearly do not know what they are doing besides “scanning a car for codes.” The mileage to empty on my car was not updating and since they didn’t find a “code” they said nothing was wrong with my car. There is no way in any world I went from getting 409 miles per tank to 266. I called the dealership I brought it from and they said it was a simple fix that would take 5 minutes, and is COMMON. I told them this and that the advisor at my home Kia dealership advised to take the battery cables off, wait 60 seconds so plug it back in. After I got my keys I drove back to my Airbnb and the service tech where I bought the car in Illinois walked me through on the phone how to fix the issue. All that needed to be done was disconnect the battery wait 60 seconds and guess what? My fuel went from 253 miles to empty to 393 (I drove some, this is why the not 409.) I wasted two hours of my time when this could have been fixed in 5 minutes or less. I am so happy I do not live in this area and will never be back because I’d drive anywhere else but I’m on this dealership because they are clearly inept when it comes to the service department. This bad taste in my mouth would also lead me to never purchase a car from them ever. Like I said the service advisor was very nice, and I was trying to no be rude. But if I can fix the car with a small amount of help from someone on the phone, they should be able to figure it out.

Car went in for 10,0000 mile service but left with the car steering Pulling to the left. I know tyre rotation was completed and therefore a proper Tyre Alignment was likely not done OR done incorrectly. A small part on the main door entrance handle was missing but they didn’t have the part in stock and had to be ordered taking time. Not happy with the Improper alignment was my main gripe. Have to now take the car back on Monday to realign! Frustrating a little.

At this point. I need the General Manager to contact me about me vehicle. I have had my car with your service center since June 4 and received it back on July 8, only to find out I still had the same issues of my vehicle overheating. There is no possible way my car should be running out of coolant in a matter of a couple of days and overheating. My vehicle is currently under the Limited Certified Warranty. When I first service my car with your company, the mileage was at 99,591. After three failed attempts at your company, the mileage of my car is at 99,781. I am currently at 99,914 and that with me still trying to replace the coolant and trying to get around the best I can because at this point, I cant afford another car rental. I have already spent over $1600 car rental fees since my car has been serviced by your company, as well as the purchase of a new radiator that was installed. This is completely frustrating that my 2016 vehicle car cannot be fixed by its own brand.

I made an appointment at 1:40 pm ahead of time for a simple oil change. After I arrived, I was told that the waiting time was going to be between 2 to 3 hours. That is completely unacceptable. If one makes an an appointment ahead of time, that customer should not have to wait for such a long time. Their excuse was, “we have too many cars ahead of yours”. Then, why do they offer appointments?” I was so upset with the waiting time. I waited over two hours. Not a good way to conduct business.

KIA Seltos vin number : KNDEUCAA0N7263400black Model SThis KIA Seltos has massive roof damage they are attempting to fix it without listing the issue and selling it above market value. please check the vin and make sure you dont get this unit at full price.Went in and they wanted $31,000 for a 24000 model. they placed a 7,500 addendum. you do not have to pay this. you do not have to succumb to dealer pressure or fees. walk out they hate that. they dont want to give you your ID or keys back when you want to leave.They also want to run your credit before they give you a price. really horrible tactics.We bought at Miami Lakes Kia they were wonderful and got us an amazing price. and an amazing price for our trade. We got 2500 over what they offered here. run away !!

I towed my car there for repairs and I had to call six times to reach someone.I was charged $2600 to replace a clutch. I could not afford to pay that amount. I decided to take the car to. a different shop and I was charged $274 for the car diagnostics. When I get there to pay the charges and removed my car paperwork was nonexistent. I dont know how they created one. I would never buy a Kia especially at this place. Very bad service and overcharging for services.

They had issues with running the loan through because I originally bought a car and it was cosigned now I purchased this one on my own. Ive called NUMEROUS times in the past week and someone will call me back. Every single time. And guess what? NO ONE DOES. I finally call Kia Finance because at this point I want to make sure Im not going to be late, I find out they entered the wrong date of birth when I purchased car. Leased a 2021 Sorento in late December of last year. It was a lot of back and forth until we agreed upon lease conditions. I had a price point in mind and wanted maintenance included. We came to an agreement and I left the same day with the vehicle. 7 months later I come in for the very first service at 6k miles, and they try to charge me $80! If I wanted to be bothered with upkeep Id have bought a car and not leased. That was my whole reasoning for doing so...

Worst service ever!I have had a speaker issue with my vehicle since I got it in 2018 that I had been there three times for. The first time they couldnt duplicate it. Totally understand. The second they heard it but didnt know what to do about it and would have to get back to me. Then covid hit. Understanding again the issues, but I couldnt take it anymore and went back. While I was there I have never seen so many upset people in a waiting room. One had been quoted one price, showed up and it was hundreds of dollars more than what she was told for work she evidently didnt authorize. Another had been waiting an hour and a half for a ride to the rental place.evidently they think that I have super duper hearing because they cant hear it. One guy was standing outside the car a foot away and looked at me and said it sounds great. Crank it up. Well I dont listen to the radio at 30, I listen to it at 5.....So after being talked at and mansplained to.. An hour later the service manager was sitting in my car telling me it sounds great too... I pointed out every time I heard it. He heard nothing. And then proceeded to mansplain to me how wires work (they are either on or off you know...🙄) when I mentioned maybe a bad connection. He must be deaf.. But he will replace the speaker as a gesture of good will even though it isnt going to change anything. 😡 I said sure... so they are going to order a new speaker.I ended up going to Napleton Kia. The service advisor heard it within seconds. I will never buy another car at Greenway and I have bought 2 there. I will never go there again for service either. Save yourself the time and go to NapletonIts been 3 weeks since they ordered the speaker part and I still havent heard anything from Greenway / West Palm Beach Kia.

My husband and I went to this dealership a week ago to be exact shopping for a Kia telluride, I specifically told the sales person and the manager I am looking into estimates, and was told they would look at the numbers, I emphasized multiple times that I do not want to check my credit until I was sure this is the car I wanted and can afford since I just bought a property, I was ensured by the trainee and the manager that they would not run my credit only to find out they did a hard inquiry that dropped my credit score…they are very dishonest people please be careful!!

Very disappointed. Set everything up online. Was told all I had to do was come in and sign papers. When I got there, the next morning, the car was already sold! I was assured and promised by the manager that they would honor my deal that was made on line with another car. The manager said that everything, including the amount of the monthly payments would be the same. They offered another car, everything the same except the color. When the salesman went to get the keys he found out the car was already sold. Keep in mind that I was approved to buy this car and the down payment and monthly payments were set. So I end up with the same type car BUT I am told the bank now will not approve any loan over 5 years, the other was for 7 years. The monthly payments ended up being twice as much. BAIT AND SWITCH!!

BEWARE: False advertisement: Liars!!!!! This place has a bunch of scam artists. I specifically called them to make sure that they had a vehicle and then asked them for the price. Spoke to Evelyn or Emelin. Telluride ex for 42840. I drove from miami to west palm just for this specific car. When i get there it was 59990. Without taxes. What a mark up?!?!?!?!Dont waste your time at this place. This place is the reason why people dread buying cars!!!!!
