Great service. Friendly technicians that dont try and make up sales. They dont pressure you into fixing anything that isnt broke. On time and quick service. I will defiantly use them again.

I was pleased with the service at Speedy Transmission in West Palm Beach. After rebuilding my transmission Gary reassured me that they aim to keep satisfied customers and that after 10 day I needed to bring my car back to be rechecked for any leaks, free of charge. These guys here are FREAKING AMAZING! Not only did i save hundreds going to them, they actually did an amazing job. Quick, professional, efficient, and the people are super nice. Other mechanics wanted to charge me one thousand plus, these guys almost half and what would have took other guys 3 days to complete, it took them 1 full day. When i went to drop off my car, they gave me a free ride home!! I love these guys!! Obviously i highly recommend them!

Had my transmission rebuilt here almost 2 years ago and it has worked great since the day I picked it up.Honest, fairly priced, and the best part is.. They do GREAT work!.Would use them again tomorrow.

I was shocked. It was around 11AM and I stopped in with my car. The man I was speaking with was the owner of the shop (he said) but what bothered me was he reeked of alcohol. Im very sensitive to that smell, as my x-husband was an alcoholic and I dont like to be around people who drink. I have one eye because of a beating my x gave me. This man and his shop creeped me out. His price was high too. I eased myself out of there and left. I was afraid if someone lit a cigarette wed all go up in flames. Single mothers and kids beware. People should not be drinking during the day and offering to test drive your cars. I just wanted to warn other mothers like myself.

Sadly the customer service was very poor. The man working the desk was very short, not a quality you want in sometime who is to communicate with the customers. Every phone call I received ended when he decided, I was hung up on mid conversation frequently. Lastly, they were to install a replacement clutch master and slave cylinder (pretty common parts and fairly simple to install) after insisting it was the wrong part (it wasnt, it was aftermarket but properly fitting) I insisted they check the manufacturer website for the installation instructions. They call me afterwards saying they installed as best they could but my clutch was not engaging when the original issue was that my car was stuck on gear. They then recommended that I replace my BRAND NEW STAGE 2 performance clutch (less than 10k miles). I had my car towed to Honda where they had my car diagnosed and repaired in a few hours informing me that they simply had their tech simply remove the clutch master cylinder and install it the way the manufacturers website said to. West Palm transmission still charged me for the time it should have taken to install the part and informed me that they would discount future services as an apology. Sadly, after this experience I would sooner perform open heart surgery on myself than bring my vehicle back to this garage. Im being generous with a second star I can assure you.
