I went it late afternoon because I wanted to change the base under my mattress. Bruce was very helpful and made sure I got the exact adjustable base I was looking for. I bought my mattress from this exact store almost 2 year beforehand. Bruce was able to look up the sale and even remind me that I had a credit from when I bought the mattress originally. Absolutely amazing experience and even saved me money 2 years later. He ran me through the options and features of the different model and ultimately found the unit that was perfect for me. You can’t put a price on a good nights sleep but Bruce certainly made my experience better. We specifically went to purchase a king size mattress from Colin due to his reviews. He was very nice.My issue came with the condition of the mattress upon delivery. There was a large bulge sticking out of the side of the mattress. Much like a hernia.I am told by Colin that the mattress was inspected by them and had no budge, so I can only deduct that it was caused by the delivery company that had possession of the mattress immediately after MF inspection.I paid for the top Red Carpet delivery. We had many issues with the delivery company from not sending proof of insurance to our condo association to taking three attempts on three different days before delivery, No apology.I have called every number available and can get no actual person to speak to me. Colin informs me that the district manager says there is nothing they can do even though the delivery company was serving as an agent to Mattress Firm. I am writing this review in hopes that an actual person will help me. Thank you.

Mattress Firm’s response to my problem exceeded anything I could have imagined! Within 12 hours of my posting, a District Manager contacted me and assured me that he would straighten out my situation and make it right. He is actually going above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I could not ask for better customer service from a company.I wish I had been able to speak to an agent versus posting on reviews, but Mattress Firm’s customer service is exclusively online with no avenue to speak to a human. I hope in the future they will review this policy, but regardless of that I am hugely impressed with the excellent way my problem was handled and will recommend this company highly!

Mark provided excellent customer service - and all our interactions were done remotely. My husband and I were in a bind in October when another retailer could not deliver our King mattress on time for our relocation to Florida. Mark had a different model available, which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately after several weeks of trial, we concluded it was not the perfect mattress for us. Mark honored the 120 day Comfort Exchange policy so we now have the original model we wanted coming soon. Thank you, Mark!

I ended up purchasing a mattress through Mark. Talk about an easy experience. I have sleeping troubles and needed to get a new bed. This will be my first brand new bed and I wanted to make sure it’s perfect. I had the exact one in mind when I first spoke with Mark. They didn’t have that particular one in stock, so mark immediately recommended me some other options. I did some more research and found his recommendation to be far superior to my initial pick. The Alcove, Mark’s recommendation, was a bit more expensive but he hooked me up with a floor model that got me right into my price range. Give Mark a raise! I’ll be going back to him for all my bed needs in the future.

I went to Mattress Firm to check out prices for a mattress for my second bedroom. I was looking for a mattress that was above basic but not top of the line. Linda spent some time talking to me and found options for me that fit perfectly. As we worked through some of these options I apologized for taking so much time. Great 4th of July sale!

Linda was great from the minute I walked in. I have many health issues, so I needed an adjustable base and a memory foam mattress. She asked what my budget was and if I had any other payment options and had me try several sample mattresses. At the end of the sale I got what I was looking for but needed her expertise to do and she helped save me money by piecing things together from a new mattress to outlet adjustable base and I will have it by Tuesday. The free adjustable base only goes up at the head.This is the same thing every merchant is giving away (with purchase of course).Its really a let down.You need both head and feet adjustable to be truly comfortable.Trust me, Ive been shopping for a bed.And if your going for that, you may as well go for the massage or buzzing. (Not really a massage).But is very relaxing.Will cost over $2,000.

I am giving Tim and Mark at this store a 5 star review because they have been amazing to deal with. Mark was great selling us our initial merchandise and Tim has been a superhero resolving a serious issue that we had with an adjustable base that we purchased. My wife and I are now very happy with our bed setup as all of our issues have been resolved by Tim. Unfortunately, when the original delivery drivers were getting our adjustable base upstairs they did an excessive amount of damage to the bulkhead area and the sidewalls of the staircase and we have been fighting for over a month to get a repairman to the house to fix it. I was told by Mattress Firm that they were responsible for the damage and would be repairing it. The warehouse manager, who was responsible for getting our damage repaired, has been extremely unreliable and dropped the ball on us. They put a guy on the job that was initially a no call no show after scheduling an appointment with us to repair the damage. We sat around for 6 hours on a Saturday waiting for this guy and he never showed up. We then spoke on two more occasions and he was supposed to call to schedule an appointment and left me hanging again, twice. Needless to say, 6 weeks later the damage is still on our walls and Mattress Firm has done nothing to get somebody out to the house to resolve the problem. My wife and I are beyond frustrated. If youre looking to buy a mattress, go see Tim or Mark at this store. But just pray that you dont get any damage to your house from the delivery because they say they will fix it, but nobody shows up to do the work.

Service was prompt. I was told paying cash was an inconvenience for the employee because he has such a hassle going to the bank to drop the cash, which shouldn’t be a concern for the customer. That was disappointing because I specifically wanted to pay cash but the guilt trip led me to pay by card.
