Wife and I went to Mattress Firm near our relocation to look for a new mattress. I had been researching on line and was interested in seeing a Purple and Necta which are currently popular. We tested several mattresses and when I asked about purple he explained it was set up at another Location close by. He told me where to go and I told him we went there first a couple days earlier and it was closed. Ray called over and told someone we were coming to see purple.We tested Three different Purple’s and Nectar to compare with the Beauty rest we had been considering. We went back to Ray’s store after church on Sunday and checked the mattress and a Sealy which had more springs. We decided on the Beauty Rest Firm with an adjustable platform.Ray was very helpful in assisting with our selection. He also was very easy to talk with and understandable.

Our sleep expert, Ray, was fantastic. He worked hard to find us the right mattress for our budget. He was extremely patient as we went back and forth between testing different mattresses. One thing we really appreciated was him not being pushy at all. We actually went home to research reviews before making a decision. The mattress we finally settled on was delivered right on time the very next day and the delivery guys were great. Weve had a few nights to sleep on it now and we are extremely pleased. If it werent for Ray, I think we may have rushed into getting the wrong mattress for us. Sleep is too important to go nearly a decade on the wrong mattress. Thank you Ray!

Everything was great. I was in and out in a couple minutes, got a price lower than I expected and the mattress was dropped off the next morning by some cool cats in a big truck. They’re the first people I’ve met so far this year that do their jobs with pride!

The Store and the internet advertising Promotions are not the same. When ask for 60 month term the sales person said he could not give me more then 36 months and the Internet said they could. The other Promo is a free adjustable Base. The sales person claimed that the Free Adjustable Base was inferior and the one that should be included is $1299.00. There is no free delivery. You will have pay $200 for delivery and setup. Bottomline it took the Sales person to call someone in Corp to Ok a 60 month Term. My suggestion is make sure you do your research with what the Internet is Promoting with all Stores that are selling Mattress and compare with Mattressfirm

Salesperson was great!

I was hesitant to purchase from Mattress Firm as we were 80% set on ordering online from companies like Casper, Purple and Avacado. We arrived and Ray worked with us teaching us the differences, testing the mattresses and listening to what our needs were. He was very friendly and helpful even while our kids were wild. Highly recommend Ray and we look forward to our mattress delivery this weekend.

Bob was PHENOMENAL! From the moment we walked in, he made sure we had all of the information we could possibly need. He asked questions and seemed genuinely happy to help- not the normal hoopla that sales people do. I cannot wait to brag to all of my friends and family about my new AMAZING bed! Store was great. Delivery service will get the company bankrupt. Had my delivery scheduled, was told they would return because of the rain. Waited 1.5 hours and no one showed up. No courtesy call from the company or delivery driver I had been communicating with. No reply to numerous texts, calls. Just left me waiting. Unprofessional, disrespectful and straight punks if they cannot deliver a mattress in the rain especially when they were sitting in my driveway then disappeared.

Last weekend we purchased a second queen mattress set from Mattress Firm in Royal Palm Beach. The sales associate, Alexandre DeCastro was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He didnt try to steer us towards the most expensive product, but rather answered all of our questions professionally and let us try as many products as we wanted to try before we chose the right one for us. The mattress was delivered promptly on Monday, they set it up and removed our old mattress. It was quick, professional and we are so very pleased with our new mattress set for our guest bedroom. Having bought our set for our Masters bedroom, we knew exactly where to go to purchase our second set. We are very pleased with our entire experience and would highly recommend this store, sales associate and mattress set. We will continue to use this company in the future.

Needed a firm mattress for a spare bedroom. Mohammed was extremely polite and knowledgeable. It is nicely appointed and had a very good selection of beds and in fact had An excellent selection of beds and a Visual coding system that was easy to follow and make an intelligent purchase using it .
