I came to PB Designer Fabrics to buy wallpaper and wanted to support a local business since I grew up in Palm Beach. They helped with a sample and I had planned on purchasing from them but then I got this nasty email from the owner after I questioned the estimate they had sent me showing double the price listed online plus other fees. Instead of explaining the answer to my question the owner, Raphael, got very angry and upset in his response back to me. I’m shocked an owner would treat a customer that way and highly recommend not doing business with this company because of it.
