My fiance and I had the most amazing experience here. I typically do not leave reviews but I just had to after the experience we had with our Sleep Expert Mathias. He was friendly from the very beginning and was able to answer ALL of our questions. He gave us options to choose from and helped us weigh our options without making us feel pressured to buy. We ended up buying a king size Plush Beautyrest mattress with a bundle that included pillows, sheets and a mattress protector. Mathias was accommodating all the way through. He even called another store to get our sheets because his location was out of stock. We will definitely be going back for any future mattress purchases.

I’m new to the area…and moving can be a daunting task, especially when you have to buy furniture as well. I walked into this location and immediately felt welcomed. Mark was beyond amazing stars across-the-board. I let him know immediately that I was not trying to go over my budget and he meticulously not only help me search but find my new mattress set. This experience was top notch to say the least.

It was above our expectations. This is the fourth mattress Ive purchased in the past two years. I have to say that my experience at the stores has always been 5 Stars. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, asking the right questions to make sure you get the proper mattressthat offers you the best comfort. The first thing is that when I was deciding what mattress to get he didnt bother us. He also answered every question which I like that. Also when we decided 10 inch mattress he also said that the 8in is $100 off which I end up getting. Also he gave us they sell item of the protected sheet over the mattress.

Mattress Firm’s response to my problem exceeded anything I could have imagined! Within 12 hours of my posting, a District Manager contacted me and assured me that he would straighten out my situation and make it right. He is actually going above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I could not ask for better customer service from a company.I wish I had been able to speak to an agent versus posting on reviews, but Mattress Firm’s customer service is exclusively online with no avenue to speak to a human. I hope in the future they will review this policy, but regardless of that I am hugely impressed with the excellent way my problem was handled and will recommend this company highly!

We were in need of a box spring in a hurry and this location was awesome! I called ahead of time and Brice was very nice over the phone. When we arrived another associate named Mark helped us and we quickly got what we needed and for a great price. I highly recommend this location.

Me and my boyfriend went here in search of a comfortable bed as I’m pregnant and the bed I have just isn’t doing it anymore, I believe it was Mark who helped us and did amazing he was very straight forward and helped us with a queen mattress and protective covering and bed stand that elevates and Mark himself gave great example of how it can help once the little one arrives, all for a steal too. I was looking for a new pillow top mattress after having the same mattress for 13 long years, so I was long over do. The store was very clean. I knew what I wanted a medium mattress and I had already purchased one from the store last year so it was an easy decision. But then I got home and discovered the mattress I had purchased was not the same one. I went back to the store and found out my previous mattress was no longer available. The replacement model came in a firm which I wasn’t interested in. However, they did have a floor model available which was much more luxurious at half off if I was interested. I laid on it and it was a dream. I bought the mattress I was replacing the same way. It was a much more expensive mattress and I’m sure I will spend many happy nights on it. Thanks so much

I normally HATE mattress shopping, but my experience here was definitely made much better by Bruce White. He asked the right questions, and seemed to really care how we slept and for our comfort! Bruce wasn’t just out for a sale, he definitely made my wife and I satisfied customers!

I went in late in the day. Bruce was great explaining everything about the mattresses, and in an unhurried manor. Selection is good. Whether I buy a mattress there or not I was impressed with the experience.

Mattress firm is a fantastic store to purchase a mattress. Mark, at the store in West Palm Beach, FL was able to help me find the right mattress for the right price. I could not more please with my purchase!

The sales associate was very sweet and knowledgeable. He helped me order exactly what I needed for my bad back. This was the third mattress I purchased with this particular store and never had an issue. Unfortunately, the manager was the rudest, most condescending person while helping his associate check me out. He spoke to me like a child. He was disrespectful, immature, inappropriate and unprofessional. The ability not to be able to communicate with a live person on their customer service line is inexcusable and unacceptable.

The sales staff (in particular Mathias, Colin and Bruce), the mgmt (Mark) and the delivery personnel have but 2 goals; to make sure the customer is happy and make sure the customer gets a good nights sleep. Staff listened to my needs and only showed me what I wanted. He offered a floor sample which would have been cheaper. No pressure salesman. This is my 3rd purchase from this stow over th years. Have never had any problems.

So let’s start from the beginning, I was going to get a mattress from BJ’s and was shopping around. I spoke to Mark Earl who I believe is a manager. He explained the different mattresses they had in stock and ready to ship. I told him about a mattress I had seen at BJs and it was so cheap. He explained the difference and I told him I would call him back. I called bjs and ordered the cheap one, what a hassle I never even got it, I just canceled it then I called MARK back, he was so accommodating took care of us all the way to delivery and when we did not like one of the mattresses we received he had it picked up and exchanged it for one we liked, The other salesman Matias helped us in the store also and he was very helpful and helped me with the exchange everything was perfect no problems were sleeping good tonight thank you Mark thank you Matias

We walked into Mattress Firm this morning with our two girls in hand. We were not looking forward to having to shop for a new mattress but, there we were because they were running a special for Memorial Day. We walked in and were immediately greeted. After about 30 seconds, Alex came up to us and introduced himself. He asked if he had ever been in their stores before and after saying we had not - he began to explain the store layout and the color codes. Not ONCE did Alex come off as a salesperson (which was greatly appreciated), he simply gave us the important information and allowed us to browse comfortably. He was there when we needed him, answered questions with great knowledge and offered opinions when asked. Alex was friendly, personable, informative and made the entire experience enjoyable. If I could give 10 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went in yesterday and Ill admit I had 0 hope in finding something. I was very wrong. We worked with Leroy Jefferson and he changed everything. He was by far one the BEST people I have ever worked with on something. He wasnt pushy, he treated us like humans and was fun. Spending a big chunk of money can be stressful some times and he made me feel 100% comfortable in my decisions. He had more patience than most humans I have ever met. Purchased a matress from this location. The entire experience was incredibly easy and pleasant. Alex (store manager) is extremely knowledgeable and the perfect salesman, not too pushy but doesnt ignore either. When it came time to ring us up, he worked up a few different offers for us and we got the king size for the price of a queen sized bed. Delivery was on time and they carried up three flights of stairs. Highly recommend buying from this store, you wont be disappointed!!!!
