I will post pictures of the cool car I was looking at. It drove like a dream ... but I needed something a bit larger and didnt have time to look further. My sales person, Gigi, was great ... helpful and available but no pressure ... which I truly appreciated. I was trying to figure out my needs on a multitude of levels ... resulting in alot of budget math in my head. I have rented from Enterprise and know they are on top of taking care of their rentals ... these cars are their retired rentals. So, I felt confident if I bought used, I would have a sound car.

Drove over two hours to look at a truck all the arrangements were made by me to buy that truck it wasnt there they came up with every excuse possible look at one similar found damage to the bed and cab after waiting another three hours truck I wanted was delivered, it was what I wanted but had three different brands of tires on it !, when my son brought from enterprise they were wonderful about making things correct not here.

Enterprise car sales service was THE BEST! I went to the credit union to look at cars with my boyfriend and our 1 year old daughter for the Enterprise Car Sales event (really not even planning on buying a car). I was greeted with all smiles from the enterprise team in the parking lot and they pointed us in the right direction. Once I was approved, we met Morris who works for enterprise. He knew exactly what we were looking for and showed me a ford edge SUV. I was sold on the spot! Not to mention we arrived at 1:30pm and the event ended a 2:00pm but they kept all of the cars there for us. I traded in my car and actually got some money back on it! They matched kelly blue book plus $500. Everything from there was smooth sailing. At the enterprise office we also met the manager of the West Palm location and I forget his name at the moment, but truly such a nice person! They all were. I wouldnt want to have the experience any different. Especially with our young daughter there everyone accommodated us so well. Ive had my car for a little over a week and I love it! 100% recommend.

What I liked most about buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales is what I didnt see. To wit, I didnt see a bunch of sales persons swooping down like vultures for their carrion meal. Came in to purchase a 2019 Impala the staff where very professional dont get me wrong but the vehicle that was shown to me wasnt too my liking the body of the first Impala had scratches and the paint was chipped on the driver side, the inside was very nasty the interior was very scratched up the smell was awful and the way it Drove( omg 😠)I couldnt believe that they allowed me to see a vehicle that look in that condition the rims was very scratched up and I didnt feel comfort with getting that vehicle. Each vehicle that was shown to me had an issue so I left... Now last year when I came to try and purchase a vehicle there were 2 Impalas that were very nice but at that time I could not purchase the silver Impala that I wanted but I really dont know what happened this time because the silver Impala was very clean and in good condition Thank you but no thanks Ill just go to Chevy but overall the customer service as an employer was very professional it was just the vehicles that I had a issue with.......

Sales persons are courteous and they treat you with respect, however, when it comes to sales of vehicles located in other states, which the customer has selected based on what is displayed on Enterprises website, they dont take the time to verify if some features that are specially relevant to the customer are actually installed in the vehicle.In my case, I mentioned during the meeting we had prior to placing the order, that having a navigation system installed was a feature I really wanted. It was listed in the description of the Ford Edge I had selected, and the sales person said that yes, it was installed.Unfortunately, when I received the SUV, no navigation system was installed.I called the sales person and she suggested me to take it to a Ford dealer and have the chip installed. The Ford dealer service manager indicated there is no such thing.A disapointing experience.

I followed my son there and by going back and forth with him until I purchase for my self I can assure you there customer service is exceptional, they always go above and beyond just to make you comfortable I would recommend anyone there. Trevor was my salesman. He was pretty nice and helpful. They have good selections of cars, before signing any paper work of course asked questions mainly about the car warranty. I got a called from the bank asking me if i was aware that I purchased two extended warranties. At first i had no clue what they were talking about until i got the letter, my husband and I feel like weve been lied to by the sales manager at enterprise . Weve asked numerous times about the warranty and we were assure that car comes manufactured warranty, and that we werent charge for any extras now I have to go back and try to figure out whats going on. Overall i would recommend them.

We actually enjoyed the whole experience. We went through Guardians credit union and our rep Jackeline was awesome then we picked a car within 15 minutes and drove away a few hours later. My wife and I had an appointment at 3pm and was greeted by a salesman named Andre, he was courteous and very helpful. He showed us the cars they had in their inventory which met our needs. We took a couple of cars out for test drives and returned back to the office to discuss trade in price and cost for the cars we drove. By 7 oclock we were driving our car off the lot. The whole process was professional and everyone was friendly and accommodating. They even paid for replacement tires on the back which we got at a Firestone store the next day. The vehicles are in excellent condition and personnel were great to deal with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle. If this could be a negative 100 rating, it sincerely would be.Everyone is nice when they want to sell you something. Very clear by the staff at enterprise. Anything beyond that, and the sales/customer service people don’t have the knowledge, training or attitude to even want to assist or listen to the issue at hand. When confronted with an irate customer who is calling back to share and resolve their first awful experience that caused the irritation in getting help, it is clear that these personnel are not able to own their mistakes, empathize and provide the necessary help. They’ll let the phone ring out, they’ll pick up and stay silent on the line, until you’ve called 20 times out of confusion, aggravation, and still with an unresolved initial issue. They’ll tell you they can’t help you before they even know what your question is, and they’ll place you on long unexplained holds only adding to the customer’s aggravation. They’ll have no record of who last spoke to me and all they can say is a “manager will be in touch.” There is no sense of urgency. And it’s clear they don’t realize that despite sincerely not wanting to deal with them anymore, I have no choice.Out of allllll my experiences with customer service representatives and, I myself being a customer service representative, this is the benchmark for worst service provided. It is unbelievable the added stress that came from the interaction in the matter of only 30 seconds.Who am I referencing as the personnel I spoke to?One named Jojo. The other was an angry black lady that would not provide her name.But i would really like to put credit where it’s due. Andre got on the phone after my massive calling campaign, heard me through my literal tears and if nothing else, made me feel like he knew what he was doing. As any one representative should do, he profusely apologized for the experience I had and acknowledged that this was not professionally handled. He explained that the manager was currently backed up with 3 clients and would be in contact given my information. Additionally, He’s the only one that listened long enough to get to my real issue. Thank you Andre.But 2/3 is 67%. Failing.Personal note to enterprise: if you need to recreate your mission to match the attitude and motives of the people you hire then please do, but usually the company sets a mission to at least keep customers satisfied and heard and hires personnel that fit their mission. Not the other way around. But please don’t give the expectation that I will be able to feel like I matter as a customer, because today was the cherry on top of an overall bad experience that clearly says otherwise. And there is NOTHING more frustrating then waiting on hold to get the abusive representative’s name, and hearing in repetitive recording about how enterprise wants to provide the best service and values their customers and is willing to help. Okay? Unless this is how you want the company represented, as they ARE your r e p r e s e n t a t i v e s of your company, Change something. This is ridiculous. And I’m still waiting on a call from the manager. 🦄 #unicorncall

What an amazing experience we had purchasing our 1st vehicle with Trevor he was patient and understanding of all our needs, Answered all our questions, looked for what we needed and set everything up for us, just over all an amazing experience like I said from our sales rep Trevor to the financial department, down to the Manager who was new at the location but took his time with us didn’t rush us, we live in fort Pierce and we went to west palm for them, by the time everything was done it was almost 10 PM but they had no problem with that they just wanted us to make sure we were happy with our purchase, even down to finding a charger for my husbands dead phone lol, I’m telling everyone reading this, you want a great vehicle, honest sales dept at a great price this is your to go place!! I got screwed buying my first car from a dealership and didnt realize it until after with high interest rates and a high price for a used vehicle. The salesmen take advantage of uneducated first time buyers at dealerships. Enterprise is not a regular dealership all prices are already below Kelly blue book value with perfect upkeep and maintenance. Sales people at enterprise are by far the best and help you pick an amazing car. I totaled my car and went to enterprise after my mom had heard good things and & Rich at sales was the best. If you need a car just call up and ask for Rich he will make you leave feeling very satisfied in your purchase. Thanks again
