Not an ideal way to buy a car, but as you know, when youre shopping for higher end used car, its not like the lot down the street will have the exact spec you are looking for, so you have be willing to jump on the one no matter where it is.I worked with Kerry on the deal, he was upfront and good to work with. We worked the terms of the deal and setup delivery. It all went very smooth, no bull, just good negation and deal making. I also appreciated the great delivery service they use. (enclosed & very prompt)After delivery, there were a few issues with the car, and I was frustrated (rightly so). I wasnt expecting issues, and I was preparing for the worse from the dealership (basically telling me to get lost). Long story short Marino Performance Motors is the real deal, they could have left me out to dry, but they didnt. I called up Kerry and he and his manager worked with me, they did the right thing, and for that, I give them a very high endorsement. Integrity matters, and this dealership has it.I would buy another car from them without hesitation.

Kerry was amazing I called him on a Friday to enquirer about a Purple Bentley Flying Spur. He answered all my questions. I called the finance company. I also inquired about insurance and warranty information. On Sunday evening I text, Kerry and put my application in for purchase. I boarded a train in Tampa for the luxury ride to West Palm Beach to pick up the car. My train was four hours late and Kerry waited for me well into the night. Greeted me. We signed all the paperwork and out the door in less than 15 minutes. The best purchase ever. This is my second Flying Spur.I highly recommend Kerry and will send buyers his way. Marinos called me within 30 minutes of me writing this review. They sent the check, overnight. I got the check the next day. They then kindly asked me to remove my review.I bought a car from Marino’s the sales staff was very polite and helpful. The car had a matte wrap on it, that really dulled the gloss of the paint, I was not a fan of the matte wrap. They said they could remove it for an extra $1000. I paid them the $1000 and they sent me the car with the wrap on (it was an out of state purchase and the car was delivered to me). I contacted them and let them know that I received the car with the wrap still on it. They said the check was in the mail for $1000 and he apologized. Three weeks later, I never saw the check, so I called them again. This time he took down my credit card info and said he would credit my card for $1000. A month later, there was no credit. Again, he apologized about the inconvenience. I called him a third time and he said someone would reach out to me today to have this taken care. That was a week ago, no one has reached out to me, and I am out $1000. It’s a bummer that I paid $1000 to have the cars wrap removed and they did not do it and just kept the money. In my opinion, this is a dishonest as it gets, I was cheated out of a $1000 and they know its not worth my time to try and collect on it, they win.

I was in the market to buy a GTR and found Gil and Marino Performance Motors through Autotrader. I contacted him about the car and we did all negotiating via text messages. I told him if I got down to Palm Beach and the car was as he described, I would be driving off with it that day. I have always dealt with the big dealerships when purchasing cars, but took a chance and visited with Marino Performance a small dealer in Palm Beach. Ended up purchasing an Audi R8 from them. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Great communication long before visiting, great vehicles, excellent prices, painless purchase. One review online seemed a bit over the top in their negativity, and then ironically went back online to rescind the whole review, I felt compelled to come on here a leave some praise. One issue I have had with the big dealers through the years is since they have the volume, you get left with the feeling that they dont have much interest in earning your business- 100 other folks will roll in the door later that day. This isnt the case with the smaller businesses like Marino, who do have to work to earn business and attract customers. Their effort truly showed in that regard and I greatly appreciated it. All the folks working there seemed like genuinely nice people. As an aside, Better Business rates them an A. Unbelievable service! I found a Tesla Model 3 they had listed. I called around 12:00 PM, after a few text messages and agreeing on trade value I had documents in my email ready to sign by 4:00 PM and once signed Michael drove 1/2 way from West Palm Beach and I drove 1/2 way from Tampa and we swapped cars midway! I was in my new car by 7:00 PM! I can’t believe how smooth and easy this transaction was! I was skeptical until I read the reviews. These people are awesome! I highly recommend checking them out. I have purchased probably 30 cars over my lifetime and luckily have a fleet of about 6 to 10 at any given time but I have to tell you this was one of the nicest, most seamless, easiest transactions I have ever had in all my years of purchasing vehicles. The car was in excellent shape, they did exactly what they said they would do. No strings attached and no surprises. Nothing changed after I got there and Gary made the entire experience a genuine good time. I bought a Mercedes SL 63 from Marino a little over a month ago. Gil was my salesperson who was very easy to deal with, took his time with me and was very fair throughout the negotiation process. They took my trade in no problem and gave me a fair price on the car. I did have a small issue with the car after purchase but Gil took care of it for me at their go to high-end repair shop which is very local. I live in NJ and Marino is in Florida which made me a bit nervous until Michael told me what a large internet business they have and that they ship cars all over the country.I sent them pictures of my old car and they valued the trade correctly from the get go. That has never happened to me before without going back and forth with the manager and having all the games played that we have all come to think is normal business. Well, it is not. Marino did NONE of that. They made it clear to me that they wanted to build a long term relationship with me and not just make a sale. I bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz from Greg Marino and his sales guy Gil. Before I bought I did an inspection there were a coupe of minor cometic things that I ask to be taken care of. Greg & Gil gladly fixed the issues and were very helpful with any questions I had. A few days after I purchased the car, I had a minor issue with it and Greg had me take it to his mechanic and fixed it free of charge. Will definitely do business with this company again!
