Have been a loyal Audi West Palm Beach customer for may years, I am on my 3rd Audi. I went in for service as I have done for many years. I have always received a rental car for the day, so I can go to work and pick up my car afterwards. On this trip, I was instructed that because I used a coupon, as I have on previous visits that I could not get a rental car. The coupon BTW was sent to me by AUDI. I declined service and left the dealership. In todays business world customer retention is everything, it would of cost them very little to just given me the car and called it a day. Sad for me, but great news for Audi that they no longer need me as a service customer, glad that they are so busy that they can chase existing customers away.
The service at Audi West Palm Beach was smooth and professional, and the people were superb! I would gladly do business with them again. Most of the paperwork was done electronically before the pickup appointment, so the administrative part of the sale took under 15 minutes. Then we spent nearly 2 hours going over details of the car and the technology. Overall, a great experience!
Bought a 2019 Audi A6 S-line from Audi WPB. My salesman, Anas, was the best I have ever experienced in 50 years of buying cars. Phenomenal. The sales manager was equally as great, making certain I got the best pricing on the Audi and my trade. And the car is even better than I expected. Some very minor issues that the dealership has promised to take care of. Couldnt be happier.

I’m really disappointed with this dealerships communication, lack of I should say. I went in to look at a Q3 as I was between this and one other car. I told them I would be purchasing something in the next 2 weeks so this was a really important visit for me. We did get assisted right away and the salesman was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. During the test drive he was very thorough in pointing out a lot of features and upgrades but it was a bit much. I would have liked a few moments to explore things myself and notice some of the small details. When we got back he provided me with some numbers and showed me another car as well. I emailed him a few days later asking if he knew when the ‘22 models would be coming back. I didn’t hear anything so I tried again, nothing. I then sent in an inquiry through their website and it was a game of phone tag with the rep that called me. No email was sent to schedule an appointment, even just a phone call, so I went with another dealership. Maybe next time.

In more than 50 years of buying too many cars for myself and my family, I have never had a better experience with a salesman than I had with Rohan at Audi WPB. He is a fabulous salesman -- full of information, helpful, polite, not pushy, genuinely interested in your preferences, and with a good sense of humor He is a gentleman. I went in to this Audi dealership already knowing which car I wanted but I was expecting typical dealership hoops I needed to jump through in order to get it. Surprisingly, it was one of the easer car transactions I have ever done. Brian made sure the car was there for me and connected me to Keely. Keely was very attentive and worked diligently to make everything runs smoothly and quickly. She even sent me a valve cap via mail that was missing so I didn’t have to drive to the dealership on my busy schedule. If you want a smooth and efficient experience ask for Keely or Brian! You will not be disappointed!
I wasnt looking to purchase my Audi here, I had already decided on purchasing one I researched earlier in the week. I am from WPBch and reached out to them to only secure my auto warranty. However, the conversation took a turn and they checked all my boxes of what I wanted for the type of Audi I was interested in. They immediately told me the structure of the deal and made me an offer within 30 mins. From an inquiry about pricing on warranty, a deal to purchase one of their Audis was made. Amit is the knowledgeable sales person that still believes and practices true customer service. There was one misunderstanding from the Finance dept. I talked to Amit about it and he got this resolved the same day. The deal was transparent, Amit was direct, personable and compassionate. I feel Lucky to have worked with him. He followed through, kept in touch with me every step of the way. I had talked to several dealerships as I wanted a specific Audi model and features. None of them made me feel lucky and good about my purchase. They were very predictable and robotic. Seriously, for an AHmazING Audi car purchasing experience w a knowledgeable, honest person - He is the one!! This is my only review for a car dealership and Ive owned an Audi prior, Infiniti, Saab, BMW, etc... He is one of a kind. I am truly taken back as an individual.When I walked into Audi of West Palm Beach I would meet two people that would make me a better person for meeting them. For a moment I am going to take the car sale and put that aside for a moment, if I may.I am truly honored by my meetings with Amin and Richardson. I recently drove to Florida from Chicago and called this dealership to schedule a maintenance appointment. I also noticed the front passenger side grille on my 2019 Q5 had been stolen/removed/fallen off. I called and spoke to Mike who made an appointment but when I arrived there was no appointment scheduled. Jason D. was my service representative and I told him about the front grille and my recent drive from Chicago. He assisted with a factory recall and servicing the car. He said he would look into the grille and provided a loaner vehicle. After two days I called to check up on the car and I specifically asked him if there was an update on the front grille. He told me the car was ready and everything was taken care of. This morning I arrived (after taking off work) and he had me sign paperwork for the service and then sent me on my way. When I walked to my car I saw that there was nothing done about the missing grille. I walked back in to talk to him and he suddenly claimed I needed to go to a body shop and that it may be the entire bumper (first time he mentioned any of this). He handed me a card for a collision repair shop and said sorry. Im not sure if its the fact that I was a young African American male he didnt have to pay attention to or if this was somehow a genuine oversight despite the fact that I specifically asked him about it several times (and even called him about it). Either way it was a very poor customer service experience: after two days of the car being with his team one of my primary reasons for bringing the car in had not even been addressed. Now I have to start again with a body shop over the holiday weekend. Disappointed in this location to say the very least.
Amit was the sales man who helped me this weekend. He made the experience painless and enjoyable. He was accommodating, respectful, kind, knowledgeable and persistent to help me get the price and model I wanted. I would totally go back and do it all over again. Thank you for the great experience. Great customer service by Keelan Kurzrock since he answer the phone when I called the dealership at 6pm looking for a Q5 for my wife. I met him the following day at the dealership around noon and 2 hours later I left with our new car; that easy! I live in Miami and couldnt find any inventory at the dealers in South Miami. Audi of West Palm Beach has a great variety of vehicles in stock to choose from. I definitely recommend this dealer for your next Audi purchase.

After a terrible experience at another dealer I found the car I was looking for at Audi of WPB. Mateo helped us throughout the process. He was outstanding. He was clear and transparent in breaking down all the numbers including getting us to the price we needed to be at. The closing took less than an hour and the vehicle was delivered fully detailed (not just washed), fueled, and looking brand new even though it was pre-owned. I would definitely recommend Mateo.

I spent a few hours in the dealership the other day looking at a car I was interested in. There was an old couple talking to a young sales guy next to me, I suppose they were looking at cars then they were sitting at hi desk next to me. When they left, he went around the entire showroom talking sh&*^ about them and making fun of them: what else do you want me to do for you, rub your feet, feed you lunch, dont you think this was enough time wastedI was appalled West Palm Beach Audi hires this kind of arrogant millennial trash who talks this way about the customers they make money from on the showroom floor as soon as they left. I felt so bad for them, they must have been in their 70s.Then I went online to read their reviews. The good reviews are probably from new profiles or their friends. But the negative reviews all have the same generic careless response from the dealership. Pathetic. The owner of West Palm Beach Audi should take a better look - because there are so many other Audi dealerships around. If they really cared about the negative experiences people post about they - they would have a better individual response instead of copy paste.

So disappointed in the service department. I’ve had the same advisor on 3 occasions and was misdirected and charged for the same service twice.Just brought them my car with a defective radio/speaker. Was advised yesterday my advisor that it was not covered on my CPO. I attempt to repair it at an outside shop and they could not fix it only to find out that it IS covered by my CPO!!!. They replace the speaker, but no one bothered to test it out…it’s still broken….this is their 3 strike

Once you buy or lease here they don’t return phone calls if you need something. Service department is horrible and Phil the sales manager isn’t much help he promises to do something, but doesn’t follow through.
I had a software glitch on my 2019 Q8 so I call Ryan my service advisor. He was awesome! He was able to get me in same day, set me up with a loaner and had the car back to me the next day. While it was in, he noticed a few other items that needed to be handled so he took care of those as well. I would recommend Ryan and the Audi service department to anyone. Great Job Ryan and thank you!

Purchased my used 2018 S3 here and have nothing but an exceptional experience. Ally my sales associate made the sale simple and easy, Ryan my service advisor always make sure he keeps his word and does everything he can to get my car delivered back to my home same day if possible, this location takes luxury customer service to the next level. They also have a great selection of bagels, muffins and cookies while you wait as well as a coffee machine.
I ordered a sun visor for a SQ5 and it turned out to be for the wrong side. I’m not local so I had to order the correct one and then return the “wrong” one. I sent it back and they never credited me for the return. I had to call several times and I was told different things each time, this guy handles that and he is out today etc. etc. and so I would ask that they follow up with me when it was handled and I would never hear back. I would have to call and be put on hold and then told that it would be taken care of. Other times I would be told that someone would call me back. After almost 2 months of dealing with this I find out that they credited some other company for my return. They said that someone would straighten it out and get back to me. No one got back to me so a week later I called. I started explaining the situation to the guy that answered the phone. He interrupted me and let me know that he was familiar with the situation and that it would be handled that day. He said that there would be a credit less a restocking fee. I asked if they would reconsider charging me a restocking fee since I had spent so much time calling and dealing with this for the last 2 months and the mistakes that were made along with promises of returned calls but not ever receiving not a single returned call. I also explained that it was always on me to follow up and almost every time I called I was put on hold sometimes for several minutes and that charging me a restocking fee after patiently following up with them for these last couple of months would not be good business. I understand that sometimes things happen and people fall through the cracks and don’t always receive the customer service that was intended. I am also a business owner and get that things don’t always go right and when they don’t, you try to offer what you can to a customer to make it right. It wasn’t the 25% restocking fee so much as it was the gesture of trying to right a wrong. The guy on the phone told me that I would have to call back and speak to a manager to get the restocking fee waived. I decided that I would rather spend my time writing a review than going through the hassle of hunting down a manager and asking for someone to show some appreciation for the patience I have shown dealing with one mistake after another not to mention that I had to be the one to always follow up. I wasn’t going to continue to waste anymore of my time with this company. Don’t do business with a dealership that has this kind of customer service. There’s too many businesses out there who don’t operate this way than to waste time being treated so poorly.

Where do I start?? My first 2 Audis were a lease, but I decided to finance. Please ask for Chad Childs. He gave me an excellent service! He was able to get me a good deal on a 2017 Audi A3. He came through like a champ, it took a couple of days but he made it happen. I was thrilled with the deal & the car.
Friendly sales staff. Being able to test drive a vehicle on the highway is a big plus. Haven’t purchased a car in 18 years. I was looking for a used Honda Civic manual transmission and went to a few other dealerships before I ended up here. I was pleasantly surprised that we weren’t pressured into the sale. Bought car online. Paid cash and had vehicle shipped to me. It came with only 1 floor mat. Told salesman Amin Saleh? and he said he would look into it but would send me new mats. Couple weeks later they sent me the wrong color floor mats. Texted Amin and he said he would take care of. Later after no follow up from Amin I inquired and he said they were sending a better floor mats to me, that the original was back ordered and would take too long to get…NOW after 2 months I still have NO floor mats and Amin will no longer respond to my texts. 5 days ago I called the dealership to get someone to help and was finally put to voicemail with the supposed service manager (Chris). So far, he has yet to return my call! Ridiculous
Audi west palm beach has been the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone in there is so kind, patient and will do everything for you until you are satisfied! My personal favorites from there are Neil, Daniel, Adam and Jennifer! would Recommend them to anyone.

I leased a car from this dealership. It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. After negotiating and signing all the paperwork I left driving my new car. The next morning I received a phone call letting me know that the car I drove home was THE WRONG CAR. They said they were going to pick up the car. They offered me a similar color and model but with far less equipment. I had to negotiate a new deal. The new car arrived with a broken dashboard instrument panel that was blank. I brought the car back for service. I was told my car would be repaired in two days and provided a loaner. I was then informed it would take two weeks for the parts to arrive from Germany. I was attempting to reach the GM who didn’t return my call and I had to track him down because I was told he was a very busy man. The service writer promised to call me and did not. The finance person promised to take care of me and did not follow up, my salesperson ignored my calls and texts. Then the GM said it would be one week. No communication from Audi. I called to check in the status and was told the part had not arrived. I spoke to someone else who said it was going to be ready that day. I was given a time. The time passed with no call. I called the GM no returned call. Bottom line... no one did what they promised. This is the least professional and poorest service I have experienced. I

2.5 Hours to sell them a car, and buy a car from them. I do this yearly, and this was the fastest thats ever happened to me. I walked in cold a minute before they opened for business, no advance notice. They found the car I came for fast, I did a test drive while my trade-in was evaluated, we came to a favorable agreement after a short negotiation on terms for both the trade-in and the new car. Sales specialist Osner was knowledgeable, expeditious, and sharply dressed. Finance Specialist Danyela was honest, straightforward, expeditious, and lovely. I had a great experience

Bait-and-switch features. As the rep (Aris) has clarified, sharing your vehicle VIN is mandatory for even simple low price purchases. It does not make sense for a customer. After sharing the VIN, you are on the hook.

Iyad was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond in helping us find our dream car. :HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...today is the second time I have attempted to purchase a car from this dealer and they would not let me take the car for a test drive. We called ahead of time to confirm that they would let us test drive and once we walked in and they clearly are JUDGING on appearance and denied us the test drive. I will NEVER go back. Just lost a 175,000 sale. Idiots.
I only give 1 start because of the finance department particularly Antonio. Everything with the sales department went smoothly until we had to go to financing. We had to wait 1.5 hours just to be seen by Antonio to sign the new lease contract. 3 days later he realizes he made a mistake in the contract and calls and texts franticly. He had to re-do the contract (which took 3 weeks after the initial signing of the contract) and he didnt pay the disposition fee for my previous car as agreed which lead me to have a missed payment on my credit score and it also lowered my score tremendously. Many wasted hours on my part dealing with him confirming information which was already provided which could have been avoided if he more carful in doing his job. If you get a car from Audi West Palm beach I would request a different financing guy.
Very dishonest people at WPB Audi.Sold me a car for new with a used tire and more than 200 miles.They manipulated the speedometer. I found that out when I ask to review the pre-delivery inspection report.General Manager try to explain a mileage discrepancy by wrong documentation, but could not explain the used left rear tire. Cannot trust them for nothing.Thumb down!

09/15/2020Such a stressful day from making the terrible decision to come to the PALM BEACH AUDI dealership to have my Q7 checked because when I turned it on it didnt smell good.I was attended by a man who said that I should have the 30k miles service done, which cost about $497.00, and that if my car needed a new part or any additional service they could call me, but it shouldnt matter since it was under the warranty. It should have taken about 2 and a half hours, so I borrowed a car (I hope I get my money back in 3 days). I waited 5 hours before going back to the dealership without being called, then the man that I spoke with prior told me that it would be an additional $470.00 to change the filters and wash the air ducts, so almost $1000 at this point because they had already done the 30k miles service. The guy thought he was very smart doing business at my expense but I demanded an explination. They did not call me beforehand to ask or give me the option of opting out and only getting the.the service that my car actually needed. I asked him to get the manager because after 5 hours someone needed to solve this issue or I was just going to take my car to a different dealership. I was NOT going to allow them to lie to me so blatantly. The manager came and told him to do the additional service free of charge. I had to wait another hour.At the end this cynic tell me that if my car has the same issues in 2 or 3 weeks to bring the car back there. I just looked at him and thought that this was the first and last time I bring my car here. I already knew the reputation of dealerships, how they inflate prices and try to get you to pay for additional services that many times they dont even actually do but I never expected such bold faced lying. I recommend to anybody interested that if they want to avoid a bad time, wasting their money, and not having any certainty if their car was serviced well or not, to avoid coming here.
Got my Q7 from AWPB, great experience. Most responsive team, worked with me to get the product I needed, and noticed a strong team effort. Chad drove my car down to Miami, delivered it sparkling clean and remained responsive to all my questions for a long time, very helpful chap. Jake wiseman quoted me a price of $685 a month plus about $2850 in inceptions and another $1000 down for an Audi Q5 2021 premium plus. Got the vehicle for no inceptions $1000 down total and $615 a month (INCLUDING WEAR AND TEAR & AUDI MAINTANANCE) from Audi Coral Springs. Make sure you don’t pay a penny more, and if you are quoted the same price they quoted me, make your way to Audi Coral Springs for a much more reasonable price. Thanks Jake for saving me a few thousand dollars by not doing business with you, much appreciated.
Audi West Palm Beach is fabulous, especially Iyad Zouhairi who sold us the car and Jennifer Rodriguez in Service. We needed something done to the car and they went out of their way to make it happen. I trust Iyad as a salesperson and will go to him for future sales. This is our first Audi; we have always driven other luxury cars and we have fallen in love with Audi. I caution out of state buyers from purchasing from this dealer. As a first time Audi buyer, I thought the dealership experience would be much better than, say, a Honda dealer, but I was unimpressed. I had to follow-up twice with my salesperson about temporary tags. Why am I paying you a percentage of the cost of my vehicle when you are not going out of your way to follow up with me or return my text messages? I will not name his name for his own sake, but I will say Yani, the Title Clerk, was the most helpful individual in the dealership. Thank you for actually fielding my concerns and my phone call and following up with me via email and cell phone. Your efforts were greatly appreciated.Additionally, this dealership sold me a used A7 with rear tires that barely passed an out-of-state inspection (Pennsylvania). I didnt know I had to bring a tire gauge to an Audi dealership before purchasing a used Audi with 25,000 miles on it. Rear tires were measured at 5/32nd and 4/32nds of tread life. Im not a mechanic - just an educated healthcare worker. I dont know about you, but this sounds like a safety risk. Never again will I purchase a used car from a this premium brand and especially not from this dealer. They clearly want to cut costs by risking the safety of their clients. Steer clear - if you have the tread life to do so.
The service was great but the reason I give a one star is because I had no idea the car they lend me while my car was in the shop for a few hours would cost me $161... this such a shame... worst trick they could play on customer service in this!
I just purchased an A3 from Chad who delivered the car to my door and picked up my trade-in. The whole transaction could not have gone better! easiest car purchase I have ever done. I never left my office. Audi West Palm provides an excellent professional car buying experience.

If you’re looking to lease an Audi, go to the one in Fort Lauderdale where they provide you with free service for regularly scheduled maintenance. Dropped my car off today and it’s $1,050 for an oil change and some filters. Will not be leasing from this one again.
Just bought a car here and I literally could not have had a better experience. Chad (sales) was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful ! He made sure I was taken care of and all my needs were met. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to have a pleasant buying experience and feel valued as a customer. Outstanding job!
I stop at this place to offer the service of my company (interior recondition), I talk to the guy at front who recommended me to speak with the manager of the pre-owner car who literally kick me out of his office, this guy didn’t let me pronounced one word before of said that hi didn’t want to know why I was there for... I asked twice “don’t you even want to hearing what it’s about” and this person was very rude saying “I don’t care your business” ... this place don’t have any interesting on the maintenance of the pre-own vehicle and I can see that in couple reviews, if you don want to do business it’s ok, but everybody deserve respect... remember that one day you can be at the other side of the desk !
Very bad experience today. They advertised a used car online, and when we arrived there, after an hour drive, we were told another price, which was $5000 more than the advertised price. I wont be returning to Audi of West Palm Beach for any vehicles in the future. Very unfair to lure people in with low prices!
