I have been a customer of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches since 2007. I purchased two cars from them. I also purchased warranties for my 2013 G37 purchased in October 2015. One was an Allstate wrap around warranty (84 months or 100,000 miles) on the face. When I wanted to use the warranty for a repair 10/19/21 ($793 hose repair) I was told the warranty expired according to Allstate and Infiniti. The warranty was from 2013 when I didnt even own the car.Very disappointed but I want to mention Danny Solorzano was very helpful and certainly a top rated service man. I will go back for service because of Danny until I get a new car. I wont purchase another car from Schumacher. My suggestion when buying a Infiniti car be careful, read over the warranty carefully and most certainly ask questions even when they make no sense.
I can’t say enough nice things about your salesman Rich Silverman! His knowledge and patience about the Volvo vehicles made the buying process much easier, because of him we walked away with a fantastic car. We will continue buying vehicles through him for years to come, thanks again!!
Our salesman, Rick Sander, was great. No pressure and very informative. This wont be the last vehicle I purchase from Schumacher!
Everytime I go there everyone is so helpful, big shout out to Alaijah, she really made the experience great for me. Easy very helpful with everything and even went out of the way to get me what I needed done. Will continue doing my business here !
Volvo service advisor Chris the best around! Super knowledgeable and very communicative. Full trust in what Chris tells me. VOLVO? CHRIS!!
Go buy or lease your car, suv from Matt Needle. He is professional, friendly and works hard to earn your business. We got a fantastic deal and this is our new family, Schumacher Volvo of the Palm Beaches.
I visited Schumacher VW of North Palm Beach I’m search of a car after a horrible car accident that totaled my vehicle. This is the 3rd car totaled in just a few years (none of them my fault), so as you can imagine, I was STRESSED and in major pain. I had not just a salesperson, but a sales-team. As someone who has worked in the car industry myself, I give this dealership 5 stars. My salesmen assisting me were Yousef Mahmoud and Troy McGhee. My finance officer was Alex Castro. They made the process smooth and put me in a great car all while maintaining patience and understanding of a (at the moment) very emotional customer. I’d highly recommend buying a car from this team. Thank you!
Was a experience of a life time plus everyone made me feel at home and God bless all who believe Amen🙏🕊️👀
As always with Subaru employees, Rhonnie was wonderful! Explained what my car needed and how to care for it in the future. Thank you so much for your expertise!
Two different cars over a two year period (Volvo and GMC) and they were brand new. We have had nothing but issues and they are truly are awful to deal with. I have called every number provided and they all go to voicemail. I called over 50 different times over the last four days and still no response or even a call back. The guy that does their customer service is the same guy that the voicemails go to. He either didn’t go to school or failed every class he has ever taken. The incompetence is frustrating to say the least. I heard this from a lot of people but experiencing it myself was truly special. I would recommend any other dealership, you have been warned.
Great dealership for sales and service - I wouldnt go anywhere else!
There isnt a better dealership in all of Southeast Florida. Highly highly highly recommended! Great customer service, and a spirit of true family.
We have experienced the worst air conditioning problem at Schumacher, we were told it needed to be diagnosed so we paid $150 for that. Then they charged us $1600 to repair but the air conditioner still doesn’t work we took it back and then they told us that it’s not working because it needs a battery and that was $250 and the air conditioner still does not work, they are just giving us the run around, the air conditioner still doesn’t work, I have lost 4- days from work trying to resolve this issue,
I had the good fortune to deal with Dezarae Mosley at the Infinity dealership in West Palm Beach. Due to condtions and circumstances I was looking for a previously owned vehicle that was both comfortable and affordableDezarae Mosley spent 2 days with my wife and I in this search. I had to deal with 4 othet people in the sale process and Dezarae was the most trust worthy of them all. In fact she may be the most competent I have delt.with since the 1960s.
Great Cars! Subarus have 7 of ground clearance. Youll be able to clear obstacles while escaping your Mother-In-Law EVERY TIME!
I have been a Scumacher customer for the past 15 years.( Northlake). For the first time I buy a car at VW Schumacher in Okeechobee (WPB) and my experience was just horrible! I have no words to express such disappointment.
So Today Dimitry Gonchar Made EVERYTHING Good! #Upgraded
Adam was our sales guy. He is very knowledgeable. We decided to wait until the inventory builds back up.
Worst experience ever. I purchased my VW from Gunther in coconut creek. With the purchase I was upsold a tire program. Essentially, I was told if I ever had a tire issue, I could take/tow car to nearest dealership and VW would repair tire no charge. Fast forward to recently when it because necessary to use this tire program. I contacted gunther to assure I could have car towed to Schumacher and not have any issues getting it repaired. Gunther confirmed that would be fine so I had VW roadside assistance tow the vehicle after hours. The next day, I contacted the service department to discuss the vehicle and the agent said he would check into the paperwork. An hour later he called back and told me he could find nothing about me being enrolled in tire program which meant they wouldnt repair it free of charges. I asked him to double check and he agreed. Several hours later towards end of day he calls back and say hes still unable to find anything. He offered to out spare on so I could drive the car off their lot. I told him I would flow up with gunther and get back to him. Well since it was so late in afternoon I was unable to get anything done. I waited until.following morning, (Saturday) contacted gunther and got the service manager on the phone prepared to.make a complaint about not only being told I could go to alternate dealership but also that really unless I get a flat close to a gunther VW the tire program is useless and I wanted a refund. The manager said he would look into matter and contact me back. Short time later he calls me back and says he located the tire program I signed up for and had contacted Schumacher to straighten the mess out. He said my tire should be fixed and ready before end of day. It so happens I was working on this Saturday so I trusted what I was told and went about my day. When I finhsed working I called Schumacher to find out status of car. First inwas told the service department was closed and would need to call back Monday. I asked for manager and was given a sales manager who agreed to find out status of car. Few minutes later he says car is still parked in same place its been for 2 days with same flat tire. He further said there was no.one there whomcould do anything to fix it and I would need to wait until Monday to speak to someone. I.asked if he could at least inflate tire so.i would.come puck it up. He couldnt even do that. So I borrowed a portable.air compressor went and picked up my car and drove it to a mom n pop tire shop exactly one block from my hkuse. 10 dollars and 5 minutes later my tire was repaired and I was back home.I suppose both dealerships could shoulder the blame for this, but this is second time Schumacher gave me problems over servicing my vehicle when I shouldnt have experienced any. Basically, if you dont purchase your vehicle directly from them, they dont want to do anything on your vehicle unless you pay them, despite a warranty. They have definitely made me rethink what my next car will be. If I could have given them zero.stars or.negaive stars I would have.
Absolutely awful experience. I was leased the wrong model. Went back within 24 hours and I was told by manager that I had signed the contract and there us nothing that could be done. I am completely disappointed and a very dissatisfied customer.
Very fast service department. Replaced driver airbag free on recall and sensors for tires and driving control in about 2 hours.
Helpful!! Waaayyy more helpful than VW in Delray. More expensive, though
Danny is the guy. According to me, he should be the one running this place. 🤫🤫🤫
I would like to recognize the work of Kevin Jensen in the service department. He treated me with respect and took care of my car, going above and beyond. The service was done quickly and the car received a free wash. I did not receive this service even at more upscale locations. Thank you for your hard work.
Took my ‘21 Sierra AT4 to have some GMC Accessories installed after purchasing it from another dealer because Schumacher didn’t have any. There was a problem with the Brake Upgrade Package Install on GM’s side. They waived all the additional installation charges, installed a bunch of other parts I had bought through GM’s Accessory Website and helped as much as they could throughout the ordeal. Mark the Service Manager, Nestor the Advisor, Robbie the Accessories Manager, and Joe C in Used Cars went above and beyond. In times where customer service seems lost they rose to the top. Thanks again and you have my future business.
Nestor in the service dept is awesome! I look forward to bringing my car back if needed.
This place is garbage! First of all... they lost my car. And on top of that, the service is trash (Specifically Jay Hersey). I won’t go into too much detail because I don’t have time for that but I’d definitely advise going a little south to Gunther or anywhere else.
The best place in the world to buy a car.
I purchased a new Subaru Forester a week ago and am very pleased with it and with my #1 salesman Andre! Thank you!!
I purchased a Yukon From Rick Sander. Best transaction everHe is a very knowledgeable fellow with a great knack for explaining why the features on this model would be best for my lifestyle. A solid Ten
These people do not do what they say. I have credit score of 800 plus. Yet their finance people ran my credit report four times over period of two days. When i complained they told me that they would remove the duplicate request. i complained again and was told it would naturally fall off after a few months. It has been 18 months, and those reports request are still there negatively affecting my credit. I will never do business with a Schumacher business
Went to Schumacher for the second time and I had a service advisor named Dan Hogan or was fantastic couldnt ask for a better person prompt and knew what he was doing
I purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger on 11/15/20. When I brought my vehicle home, I noticed my vehicle was emptying a full tank of fuel within 24 hours and you could visibly see gasoline pouring out onto the street, my driveway and garage. I even had to go as far to put a bucket under the tank in order to avoid gas leaking all over my garage. I called the dealer, to which I was told by Luis (the salesman) and he advised me to contact Arrigo and go through the extended warranty. (An entirely different nightmare). I also had a notification arise on the dashboard that stated “parking sensors need to be serviced”. I took my vehicle to Arrigo on 2 separate occasions. The first time I had to get a 3 day rental and the problem was not solved. And currently, my vehicle has been at another Arrigo location for 1 week and again I am paying for a rental during this time. I have had the car in my possession for 3 weeks and it has been sitting in service for more than I’ve been able to drive it. Allstate is now involved due to the warranty and now I found out the parking sensors were cut which is the parking sensor notification I’m receiving and also the gas canister is bad. The lack of customer service is appalling. Luis the salesman has been absolutely no help and simply advises me to continue to contact extended warranty rather than taking accountability. This is has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I have yet to receive the vehicle inspection report and I was never told about a 30 day warranty on the vehicle by Luis. I had to find this information out from Allstate. I want this rectified immediately.
95% of the time, I do not expect people to have the same level of attention to detail as myself. However, when it comes to listing a vehicle for sale, I absolutely expect someone to do at least a few minutes of homework. My husband and I drove almost an hour north to West Palm Beach (over 90 minutes home thanks to traffic) to purchase a vehicle for my mother. Upon arrival, we found that the vehicle was not even close to what was listed. The dealer claimed it was an accident, but I honestly don’t know. Three models different then what was advertised (cloth seats, no navigation, no sunroof - a Prius V 2 when a V 5 was advertised). While I also had no previous knowledge of the model line, I had taken less than a minute to do some research (prior to our arrival), and quickly found the information I needed. Why the dealer could not take that amount of time to do the same is beyond me. After I had questioned the model several times, the salesman finally got the corrected information (which took several minutes at most). Then after discovering this inaccuracy (the cost difference between the model lines is significant), and finally talking my mom into the lesser model, I made a very reasonable offer of $400 below asking price (3.5% less, which is far higher than where I usually start for negotiations, to account for the lack of leather seats, sunroof, and navigation package). The dealer wouldn’t even consider the offer. What a total waste of time. I will not be back, ever.
Well Lou was great but we went over there and the deal fell thru instead 9f letting us kno tht night we traveled back over from west coast of fl but they were ok Lou nice guy but anyways I think I will stick to this side of Florida for now
Gezer Garcia in the service department always takes amazing care of me and my VW! He really does go above and beyond to make sure repairs are done, sometimes on insanely short notice. Being in the automotive business as well, I always recognize exceptional multifaceted customer service and Mr. Garcia truly is a gem and an invaluable asset to the Schumacher team. Still wish they could give me a loaner though. (: Thank you Gezer!
Excellent attention of Michael Solomon, 5 stars better 6
Great people Dmitry worked out the deal to make it happen
Very professional in and out in timely manner thank you rating 10
Great car lot. Tons of brand new cars, as well as lightly used. The salesman are always so helpful and the building is always clean. The repair shop is always quick and affordable.
Our salesman, the manager and the financial manager were all honest and great! Thanks
This dealer victimized me with forced Extended Auto Warranty Scam of $5000
Bob, had me in and serviced. Always professional and nice.
Do not buy a vehicle from Schumacher Auto group. My Wife Bought a 2015 Subaru and got a extended warranty from UDS Inc for Interior and Exterior protection. We filed a claim because there was Tree Sap spots on the roof and the Hood.UDS rejected our claim because they said the Spot was not covered in the warranty. My wife appealed the claim but the claim was either erased or lost by a client Representative We called Schumachacher and was told to set a time for them to send out a independent appraiser to look at the Subaru . 2 weeks after the appraisal was done UDS REJECTED OUR claim saying IN OUR WARRANTY, which we never got. that we had 60 days from when we noticed the Tree Sap spots to file our claim which we did . The product we signed up, Is for 7 years .Schumacher is selling a product from a company that wont honor the warranty In their advertising Schumacher says come join the family . What a crock !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ended up at this Schumacher of West Palm Beach by chance as I was scheduled to go to another one the next day. Boy that was the best decision I ever made! It was the warmest reception, best experience I had with Tony Bermudez. He made it all possible for me to drive away with the car that I wanted. And I will always appreciate it that! Thank you Tony! I Love my Subaru!
Beware and stay far away!! Approximately a month or two ago I purchased a used 2016 certified Acadia Denali GMC and before my test drive Chris (my salesperson) said let me bring it back and get it cleaned up a little first. Taking quite some time to return with the vehicle I had some concerns but was told everythings fine were just busy.Well now a month and a half later I need AC work, engine work and an engine module (electrical), so far!! So my suspicion is all the warnings /alarms were cleared and AC charged up before my test ride . Since my mechanic showed me that all of the diagnostic codes/errors have histories. Purchased as a secondary vehicle I didnt have much time to immediately drive it which is why it took time to discover these problems and have not even driven it a hundred miles confirming to me these problems are indeed existing. Schumacher played dirty and knew the truck was plagued with problems and said there is no warranty!! Certified vehicle means nothing here I hope this helps someone too not get ripped off like I did!!
One of the worst decisions I have ever made was leasing my vehicle from Shumacher. Since the moment I drove away it has been nothing but a hassle, and in the year and a half I have had my lease, the service has gotten worse and NO ONE seems to be able to help me. I purchased a service plan, but it seems the information was entered incorrectly so now, every time I go to get what is supposed to be a prepaid oil change, I get charged and have to spend the next 30-45 minutes sorting it out. I have had to wait for over 4 months for a RECALL for an oil pump to be replaced. And NOW I am just finding out that they never submitted the correct paperwork for my trade/ new lease. I have talked to numerous people, and no one seems to be able -or willing- to help me sort any of these problems out. I will be looking to trade my lease with another dealership as soon as possible JUST so I never have to set foot in a Shumacher dealership again. I DREAD having to deal with this place and feel like Im stuck in an abusive relationship with them. After a lifetime of owning nothing but Subarus, this dealership has officially cut those ties.
They discontinue a lot of car parts that they still sell the same cars.
Loved Cyndi! She was Great about taking care of every detail. She found me a rebate on my oil change. She told me that I didnt need a brake job, even though I thought that I did. She could have told me that I was right and done the job. I wouldve never known the difference! That is VERY admirable. I will be back again and again, because of that right there!
Very friendly and helpful staff. James was such a personable and respectful salesman and he went above and beyond making sure myself, husband, and my 3 year old son were comfortable. We went to many dealerships and didnt experience a fraction of the attention and respect that James provided. I explained to him the vehicle I was looking for and he walked me straight to the perfect vehicle, a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I would recommend this dealership and especially James to everyone.
Went into show room no one acknowledged us. Went outside they only had 1 canyon. Start to leave used dealer ask if we are looking for a Toyota. We drive an gmc 2500 Sahara
I am very unhappy with this place. I purchase a car less than one year ago I had to get my car towed back to them a soon after to get a repair. This was fixed then a few months later another part broke so I had it towed again and repaired this as well with an oil change. Right after my service light went on so my husband called and the guy said he probably forgot to push the maintenance button when I have time swing by and he will reset it no rush. Well, now my low oil pressure light came on and after towing it again to Schumacher WPB they said I need a new turbocharger $2800.00 after already spending over $2000. I called the service manager and told him my situation and he said he would call me back, he never did. I figured i would trade this car in for a new one with a warranty but now they said they will only give me $3500 for a car that had no accidents 45000 miles and was sold to me for $14,000 less than 1 year ago. Kelly blue book says its worth $11,000-13,800 Plus the car I saw online for 12,500. They said they would sell to me for 15,000? I have never had such a bad experience with a company. I will be sure to always tell people my experience and to post this situation everywhere I can. This situation is not resolved so if they will fix this horrible mess, or not I will post the outcome.
I have a 9:00 am appointment today with the service department and have been waiting for 40 mins or longer for them to just check in my car with an advisor. This is nothing short of ridiculous. I have a video reflecting the lack of activity in this department. I’ll never return to this dealership for any future service. If they can’t respect my time as a bus person / consumer, I’m certainly not going to provide them with my bus.
We just bought an SUV yesterday and everyone at Schumacher was so helpful and wonderful. These arehonest, trustworthy car sales people who go above and beyond to help their customers. We had to fly down to Florida to get the car and they picked us up and drove us to the dealership. Joe Collelo was the salesman who picked us up and helped us. He was so personable and genuine. We felt confident and secure buying our used vehicle from Schumacher because we know they can be trusted.
I had several issues with my truck, I was frustrated and really needed a reliable vehicle. Kevin listen and helped me trade my car for a new Jeep Compass. His support was awesome.
I need somebody to pick up my girlfriend right now please
Good service and low cost of parts. We recommend them from “ Diamond Limo Palm Beach.”
Vince service department is amazing. Truly cares about his customers and thrive for excellent service. Kept me updated even though I had to wait longer than expected. And it was not anyone fault just more needed to be done than an oil change. I never leave there disappointed. Im a very pleased customer. Keep up the great work. Its truly appreciated and your customer does notice. Its worth my time to write a review. Thank you
Staff was amazing. Many thanks to Joe for getting me in my dream car. Honestly, this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. God Bless and many thanks, highly recommend SCHUMACHER BUICK !!
Best service you can get. Absolutely stunning vehicles and very professional staff.
This was the absolute best hands down experience I ever had buying a car. Bid on eBay. Mike called me. Knew more about another car I was looking at and y current car than I did. Within hours I was switching cars in a cvs parking lot. Best customer service. Love this car. Only wish I knew a 2012 was more expensive to buy. Still love my acadia Denali.
Notvery good we wslked out after 2 hours
What an Amazing Experience!!! If you are in the market for a car you have to come see Todd Moore at Volkswagen!! He took care of my Mom like she was his Mom!! I think hes now officially family!! And of course if you want a Subaru like me see Adam Kirschenbaum !!! The people here at Schumacher are out of this Awesome with beyond exceptional Service!!!
I absolutely LOVE my new VW Beetle - and Jim Rogers at Schumacher Auto Group took such good care of us - wow! He delivered the car to our front door - shows us how to work the radio and really went above and beyond. I am a BIG FAN of Schumacher and recommend them heartily! The place was honest, fast, reliable, and efficient! Everything they said they would do - they did - and then some! How many people say that about their car salesman? Two thumbs up!!
Ok
Always when I go to Schumacher maintenance, finance or sales I have a great experience.
I have purchased three vehicles from Schumacher, a Pontiac and two Infiniti. They are a high volume dealer that enables them to sell at a low very competitive price. The sales experience was professional and courteous. The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and explained all features and technology. The Client Loyalty Manager was very helpful and provides a point of contact for any questions. Overall - Id go back to Schumacher for my next vehicle.
Good Service
Wow, was basically verbally acousted while at service department by Joe Bartell. Told me I was acting suspicious while waiting for my jeep to be serviced. What a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience, chill out Joe.
I called today 3x to get a quote on a $60,000 Tahoe. Spoke to 3 different sales reps each time and each one assured me I would be given a quote in minutes. None called me back. Dont waste your time here folks. 3 sales reps and not 1 call back? Awesome training job there...
Just recently bought a pre-owned 2018 Impala Premier. The customer service went above and beyond all expectations. Floyd was very honest, genuine, and helpful salesman throughout the entire time process. Very professional staff. Highly recommend Schumacher to anyone looking for a car.
Has an auto dealer ever really gotten good reviews ? Schumacher seems to go up and down. Ive purchased two vehicles from them in the last 3 years but they are the last. Service dept is run by kids who have to run to their manager to say yes to anything beyond putting air in a tire. No coffee, unkept bathrooms, no stock on the showroom floor. (you would think they would understand repair clients are a captive upgrade target customer). Not saying they are awful, just not any better than all the rest. Technology wont fix everything, especially good service.
Finally a dealership that was nice to deal with. Thank you Troy for showing us our new VW SE, love it!
Just my thought of the people here at Schumacher. I had no problems with any of the staff. They all seemed knowledgeable professional as well as pleasant. I have a difficult time accepting the critical and complaint comments that are written here as valid. I may possibly think and wonder if the criticisms are even truthful.I think of myself to know character. I observed and sensed no deception, dishonesty or lack of good business ethics from any of the staff at Schumacher. Granted, I accepted the paperwork in good faith and trusting the sales and finance privates. But as, wrote, as far as I can tell they are good, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant and ethical business people. I would be surprised if not even shocked if anyone can prove deceptive business practices at Schumacher.Service on October 17 2015. Customer Service waiting area is moderately comfortable. Complimentary Hot Beverages such as Coffee and bottled water.
Once you buy a car they have zero customer service.i called before i came because they would not give me a FORM any other way.to get the difference in my extended warranty i purchased. Appatently there is only one person on the entire premises who knows how to print a form. Waited over 30 minutes when i called ahead.glad i didnt purchase another car from here
Worst experience ever. These people are a bunch of liars. I specified i would buy a car if they offered me a reasonable price for my trade in. I came here from Miami because of Costco. This place is complete rip off and they wanted to give me 9k for my Mercedes. 8438 excuses like its used people dont want used and we dont sell that car etc. its a 2012 c250 and they wanna give me 9k. Disgusting. I them what i had and they still told me to come here knowing they would not offer anything near what my trade in value is. These people are a bunch of crooks. 30 sales people on the floor and no buyers. Me that Im actually there to buy they drive me away with lies and shady tactics. dont bother going here these people SUCK.
The best dealership Greg and everyone elase in the staff also the guy at partsBut the reception desk lady she need to be more friendly and helpful she wasnt very nice it was like she didnt want to be bother. Schumacher should take that in consideration because the first impression is what matters when you walk through the door you expect to be welcome with a smile not a WHAT YOU WANT kind of thingThank God for the rest of the staffThank you
They were very professional and efficient
We went for an oil change and I had accidentally set up the appointment at the wrong location. They worked with us and still did managed to work is in and complete the oil change, change the windshield wipers, and washed the car all for an extremely reasonable price. They were all amazing and knowledgable. This is our second experience with them and both times have been pleasant! We will definitely continue going here!
This is my second time buying a car from them, and the reason that I came back is because of the outstanding customer service. Just today I was helped by Mike and Dan, the manager. We agreed to a good price, and I drove the car home. This is a Sunday mind you. Very good experience, just like I had 3 years ago.
Carrie in the Service Department went above and beyond my expectations. She was very personable, genuine, and professional. She never pressured me to do more than what I came in for, yet made reasonable recommendations for servicing my vehicle. I have used other Infinity dealerships for servicing in the past, but none compare to the service I received at Schumacher. Thank you Carrie!!
Had to take my daughters car here while on vacation in FL. Great service and they even delivered it freshly washed, to where we were staying and worked with me on the charges to make up for the inconvenience, thank you Dane! Almost perfect, but our service associate dropped the ball and ordered wrong part, so I had to make the extra effort to get it done before we were scheduled to leave for home; it is a large automotive group, but communication needs improvement!
On Nov 1, I came to the dealership with the intention of leasing a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude 4x4. The vehicle was available and I negotiated the terms with Fernando Bonilla.I brought in trade a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude that I was leasing from Chrysler Capital. As of Dec 11 the payoff for the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude has not been made to Chrysler Capital, and Chrysler Capital will hold me responsible for the payments of the vehicle even though it was traded in.Schumacher Auto spoke to Chrysler Capital and reported they do not have the traded in vehicle anymore!Schumacher has also told me they sent the payment to Chrysler Capital but for some reason Chrysler Capital has not received it.
Phoned dealership about vehicle advertised for sale on Car Guru. Asked internet sales person if car was still available, and if so wanted to make an appointment to see it. She said that she would check with salesmen at dealership to verify. Got back to me with an affirmative. The next day, and day of appointment, phoned back as I had misplaced address. Because I had to travel a distance I once again asked if car was still available and once again after checking with dealership got an affirmative. The car was in front of showroom and when I said that I had an appointment to see car was asked if I would be interested in another car on lot. When I said was only interested in the car that I came to see was told that it was sold? The tactic, to me, to get bodies to the dealership under false pretenses was intentional, and egregious. Later that afternoon I phoned the president, Chuck Schumacher, to make him aware of my experience and left a message on his answering machine with details of same. I dont expect to get an answer so hopefully this posting just might possibly save someone else the unnecessary waste of their day in this apparent bait and switch fiasco.
It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealer . Vic was so wonderful, professional and such a pleasure to deal with. I cant believe how exceptional he was . You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I have never been treated so wonderfully and it was the first time we met . I will definitely be servicing my car there from here on in . Thanks
The buying experience was initially good, although later after all the paperwork was signed the next day, they tried to increase the price a few hundred dollars . When I pressed for the reason they, stumbled and made up a story that didnt hold water. They lost some credibility at that point, which is a bad way to start a long term relationship. There was tremendous pressure on me to give a perfect score on the survey, for that reason alone, I dont know how much I trust the laudatory reviews I see posted. Time will tell. Im keeping my fingers crossed
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice and professional. I got my first official car and Im in love with my new car! I would highly recommend anyone that needs a new car. Thank you so much once again!!
The photograph I post it thats what I looked after 5 hours of spinning my wheels accomplishing absolutely nothing I was quite upfront with the dealership as to my current financial condition money owed on vehicles the whole nine yards I wish that these so-called car dealerships they Salesforce and the managers would be upfront with you thats how I feel business okay I dont blow smoke up anybodys rear end this is business if youre up front with your customer from the get-go theres no miscommunication Im a problem solver that means you present a problem to me and I find a solution if I dont have a solution I will let you know that I dont have a solution I Will not waste Your precious time nor mine by blowing unnecessary smoke up my rear end!
We love Subarus and this is the place to buy one.
Perry Payne and Joseph Collelu handled business!!! They made sure I was comfortablecomfortable and they actually tried to work with me so that I could get the car that I wanted instead of pressuring me into a car I didnt want with a high car note. With their help I was able to walk out paying a little less than expected and a lower car note than expected. Thanks Guys!! For everything!
Amanda Patrick in service went above & beyond giving me a brand new Tiguan loaner to drive while my Volkswagen Passat issues were being diagnosed. I found her very knowledgeable about VWs in general. She asked me for permission to drive my car 10 miles to look for all the possible problem areas. I was nervous about the many potential problems she could diagnose & the price of labor + parts... BUT incredibly I knew she was so honest when she came up with the lowest priced, most simple diagnosis imaginable... AND she even looked for coupons for me without telling me to apply to my bill! SO GRATEFUL to her! In addition she also was extremely generous with me when it came to all the overall charges. I am so grateful to Amanda & Schumacher ONCE AGAIN for their honest & trustworthy Diagnostics + Top notch service. Now that my car has been repaired by the BEST... I am now driving with such confidence.. AND on a BUDGET price. Schumacher has honestly been so fair and generous with me over the years, its unbelievable.A Sincerely happy Customer... Dana B
Booked a service the next day. On arrival car was taken immediately to be serviced. Staff member in service was polite and efficient. I was informed of what would be carried out and cost ( I had a service plan so didnt have to pay on this occasion) Service took just over an hour while I waited and enjoyed a coffee.
Chris gave us great service on our Volvo XC60. 3 items handled on time even with the pre-Thanksgiving crazy busy season.
Terrible experience! Originally talked to Kelly and told her I was paying for it instead of running it through my insurance. I was quoted a price and told if anything else came up they would call me first. She also told me it would take 2-days. After 2-days I called for an update and was told someone would call me back. Several hours later Tony called and left me a message that he had to order additional parts. I immediately called back and again was told someone would call me back. After not receiving a call back, the next day I called and finally spoke to Tony. He told me the price went up $200, without calling me first, and he told me it’s no big deal the insurance company is paying. I told him no that I was paying and he said he didn’t see any notes about that but I still had to pay the additional charges. He even laughed at me when I said that’s a problem since I had not authorized it. I asked to speak to Kelly (the manager) and was put on hold several times, of course she never picked up. I then called her cell number on her business card and again no return call. I finally called back and was able to speak to her, she apologized, remembered our conversation when I made the appointment and gave me a very small discount ($30). I was told it would be done the next the day. The next day came and passed no call. The following day I called at 3pm to see if my car was done. I had to call several times before Tony finally answered. I told him my name and he immediately said it wasn’t done. I responded with Kelly said it was supposed to be done yesterday. So he went and checked. Well after being on hold for 25-minutes I hung up and called back. After several calls Tony finally picked up and said “oh I forgot to pick the phone back up but your car is done”. Again I asked to speak to Kelly and I got the run around. Left messages for Kelly, never got a returned call. By this time it was too late to pick it up so I had to wait 3 days till Monday The paint job was subpar (several pinhole defects), scratch on my A pillar, terrible customer service, no returned calls, extra charges without my authorization and 5-days longer than quoted.
Very nice mechanic Mike parts guys are very hopeful

Purchased a used 2014 Toyota 4Runner from Schumacher. Sales experience went well, and the staff was nice. Here is the issue: without any disclosure, they sold me a car with Gorilla wheel locks. They did not provide me with the key to the wheel locks, nor did the car include the serial number certificate from Gorilla with the information needed to get a replacement key. I realized this only when I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. It was really irresponsible for Schumacher to sell me vehicle with wheel locks- and no way to get them off. I called Schumacher used car department, and they said to call the service department. The guy at service told me they could not get them off without the key...duh!
Most times, I never leave bad reviews, I generally would leave no review, but in this case I was so disappointed with the outcome i want to leave this review as a warning to others. In my opinion, you should not bring your out of warranty vehicle to them for regular maintenance.I was bringing my out of warranty 2006 truck to them for at least 10 years. During a visit i was advised i needed to change differential oil among other things. I declined. A few months later i started hearing a noise. I brought it to them and they said nothing was wrong with it. The noise got progressively worse. I brought it to a private mechanic who jacked it up and ran it in gear. It made a horrible noise. He opened the differential and discovered it was completely empty. No fluid at all. I always parked it in my driveway in the same spot. No portion of the rear end showed any signs of leaking, my driveway had zero marks on it from a leak. Yet somehow magically the differential was empty. They were the only mechanics i had used for service. While i cant prove it, I SUSPECT that the day they asked me to change the differential the mechanic pumped it dry. Then when i declined the service they just let me drive off like that.I gave up on the truck and traded it in for a 2019 model AT A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. Will never go back to Schmacher GMC..
