Came in to get the new Final Fantasy 7 game for PS5. The staff was great because they thought they were sold out but happened to find one. Was really helpful with a trade I was doing as well.

My husband Cody always drags me to GameStop. Kidding I love going there too. We actually go there alot the one in Southgate Plaza. We always find something we want!

This store I used to come to when my kids were small but anyways I like coming here for games and other stuff this place is clean and the staff was helpful.

Always enjoy stopping at GameStop to find awesome collectibles. A lot of obsession over the XBOX shipments, I do wish they would use some of it toward collectable items. Seems pre-order dates for non-gaming items fall to the waste side.

Gamestop has always been a favorite store of mine. This store is a little small however, you can still find amazing deals. It does have lots of options.

My daughter wanted to get the NBA 2K20 game. She was so excited that she bought one for her friend Nick! They played later that night and loved it!!! Price was decent and the service was great!!!

Stopped by to pick up a game after another store called them. Came right over and the store is closed an a sign saying went to break be back at 5:40 is on door. It was 4:57. Really a hour break. People were at the door waiting. Poor business model if you ask me.

Ive been to MANY GameStops (whether it be at any of the fairly near by malls or plazas) but this is by far my favorite location. Every single employee is phenomenal, willing to talk about anything you may have questions on or if you need a recommendation. The store is well organized so its easy to find what youre looking for and if youre just browsing theres more than enough to see. I always stop here first when I have an item in mind because even if they dont have it in stock they are more than willing to see where there might be one.

Wonderful employees. Very knowledgeable and helpful. One employee took the time to completely disassemble my defective PlayStation 3 to retrieve a new game stuck inside even though he is normally pushed to simply take the system and send it to corporate to be refurbished leaving the customer with a loss of the disc in question. Thank you game stop.

Gamestop employees 90% of the time make me sick. Awesome chain, dont sell your stuff to them though. Unless you dont care about getting taken. I go for the toys and cards.

Even though the lines are very long, they whip through the customers very quickly. The workers were also very friendly and very helpful, at least at this Branch they were!

I go here for gift cards and my daughter goes here all the time she loves gaming and buying games and she always goes here to get them

People helped and answered our questions

I took my Nintendo 3ds in for trade-in credits and the guy reviewing it tried convincing me it wasnt reading cartridges. It had no history of issues reading cartridges so I took it home, popped in a game, and it read immediately. They took a bunch of my other games at least. Dont take what they offer at face value. Definitely trying another Gamestop for a second opinion.

I could use better service and Im pretty sure there closing soon.

Been waiting 15 minutes in line to buy a single game. Dude is working by himself and is swamped. Why dont you hire more people? Cause I am looking forward to Fallout 76 but will NEVER buy from here. Such a waste of time.Update: took me just over 20 minutes to actually get to the register, and the guy IDs me for my video game. Im 25, and we arent living in 2001 anymore!!

Charge way to much for used games. Then give you little for trade in.
