Purchased a new phone and found out the charger was a separate purchase. Thats not Verizons fault, but the representative sold me an unofficial Samsung charger for $38. Come to find out Best Buy sells an official one for just $16! Just do your research and dont let them oversell you on anything.

I had the best service I’ve ever had with Verizon. I went in didn’t get bombarded with all million different options. I was explained what was offered for me. Jessica transferred everything from my iPhone to my other iPhone for me. Way less stress then I have ever had. Stress free, great atmosphere, friendly. I will recommend her to anyone!

My experience was incredible, I sat down with Rob who stayed half an hour past close to help me get a new device set up. He ended up saving me money on my monthly plan & sent me home with a brand new phone! He was polite, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my time spent in the store. I got a new phone through my work, I am not tech savvy so I needed help transferring from my old phone to the new phone. I first went to the Verizon in Quaker Crossing. The woman who approached me was not helpful at all. She basically told me I have to do it on my own, printed me out pages of instructions and send me on my way. I then went to the Verizon on Ridge Rd in West Seneca and the gentleman there couldnt have been more helpful. He sat down with me and walked me through the steps, started the process for me and showed me what I needed to do. Took my sim card (whatever that is) out of my old phone and put it in my new phone. Thats customer service. Thanks so much for your help.

From my experience, this location is bar none the best Verizon store in the area. Everyone there is willing to be at your service, and I even saw them helpfully redirect a man looking for an oil change. Shoutout to William - he was awesome in finding a great promotion for us and was crafty enough to make sure we locked down the deal. Theres no bs. With how complicated phone plans have become, Will did a great job explaining the differences and directing us towards the most appropriate one for our needs. Data transfer for new phones takes a bit but thats not on them. I have no complaints, and have no problem driving a bit extra to get to this location where I know Ill receive courteous and professional service.

Robert Leo took care of me and made everything very simple . He was very knowledgeable about his stuff and got me a great deal on my new phone .The only thing he wasn’t able to do for me was change my plan, but with that being said he was able to get me the number and right people to talk to .I definitely will be going to this location if Robert Leo is working there and he was at the doorway to greet me when I pulled up and focused on what I wanted and needed instead of just pushing stuff and I look forward to doing business with him .

Back in March my phone suddenly stopped working. Of course I didnt want to spend my Friday evening at Verizon, but I went in anyway. I worked with Dave and he was awesome!! He was able to get all my necessary info from my old phone transferred, that I hadnt backed up, even though my old phone was faulty. He spent the time necessary to help me with all my questions and get me up and running on a new LG phone. He was polite, knowledgeable and overall just a great guy to talk to. Dave has also followed up with me a few times after my purchase to make sure I am still enjoying my new LG phone. If you go to this Verizon location, I would definitely recommend working with Dave! I hate getting a new phone but this place made it easy,very friendly and helpful,I was told I had 30 days if I change my mind and when I changed my mind and brought the phone back, they reconnected my old phone and refunded my money.

I needed a new phone and went in to the store to try to see what deals there were and to get a phone that suited my needs. Dave D took care of me and suggested a phone that he thought would fit my needs. He set up my phone, transferred my contacts etc and went over differences between the new phone and my previous one. I also was able to get screen protector and case. I am so grateful to have had a knowledgeable person who was also kind, patient and personable. I went in because my iPhone 6S was not connecting to the Verizon network...thought it might be a SIM card issue....turns out it was not...the sweat began to flow as Im thinking about having to buy a new phone. The person i worked with, Matt Schwartz, could not have been more helpful. Helpful, thats not something you see much anymore. Sell, sell, sell, thats what you hear and see. Everyone is trying to sell you something. Matt didnt try to sell me anything. He found a way to solve my problem. At the same time, by reviewing my cell phone package, he was able to save us money and get us on an unlimited plan (there are four of us) from our shared data plan...Long story short, I would highly recommend tlka to Matt if you ever have any issues with Verizon wireless. Weve been a customer for a long time and each time we have an issue, its resolved. (well, except for that one time :)...Because of Matts excellent approach to consultative selling and servicing, my wife and daughter went back two days later and upgraded their phones as well. I would say that this was one of the best encounters with Verizon! Rob made the transaction from start to finish extremely easy including making a personal delivery of my new phone to my work and taking an hour out of his day off to stay and set everything up! I will be returning next month to see Rob for another line and new phone!

I cannot even begin to describe how excellent of an experience I had at this location. Dave went above and beyond to make sure every single issue I had was resolved within just a few days. I originally went to a different location to try and get my phone swapped & they gave me the runaround for almost an entire month. After a 30 minute phone call with Dave not only did I have a new phone - the EXACT one I wanted - but I also had all of my questions and concerns handled. This man took a horrible situation and created an incredibly positive experience for myself & my family. So positive that my sister & her boyfriend will be switching from AT&T - after 11 years of loyalty. If there’s a promotion in his future I wouldn’t be surprised. Dave was my sales associate at this location. I was played at another location to be completely honest, and Dave took control of the situation and completely fix my problem. He was amazing and handled all my needs. I worked with Jessica K. when I was in and I was super pleased. Normally I get so flustered in cell places because they are throwing numbers at you. Jessica took the time to write out the numbers so I could pick what would really work best for my family. She saved us $80/month by switching over to Verizon and so far the cell/data service has been great. She offered us all of the options but there was no pressure to sign up for anything that we didnt want. I would definitely recommend going here.

We came into your store to trade in our iPhones and we received incredible service from Shane. He went above and beyond for us. He gave us the best service we’ve ever had. He spent almost 3 hours with us AND even stayed an hour past his shift. He even offered to stay longer. We are not technology savvy. He took his time with us, explained things, sometimes 3-4 times! In November 2018 I was having awful luck with my phone and went to this Verizon. Dave helped me to upgrade and get another, better phone. He taught me all the ins and outs of it and was very patient with me. He made sure I had all the necessary accessories and was comfortable using it before I left. I didnt feel rushed or like I was just a number. His wonderful customer service was very appreciated and I always reccomend him to others. Thank you again Dave!

I came in to change over my phone plans cause I felt AT&T was killing me with their pricing. I worked with Dave Dorr and what he was able to get me and the cost savings was amazing! I would use him again but I dont think Im switching anything...anytime soon.

I break my phones all the time and always have to come into here to get my services switched. This is the best location by far every single time I get taken care of and out the door in a matter of minutes. Chris, PJ, and Becky have all helped me and all went above and beyond for me and provided excellent customer service and knew exactly what they were doing. Ive had bad experiences at other Verizon locations but this one is surely the best and I recommend it to all my friends and family for the great customer service atmosphere and employees!

I came in to get a new phone for my dad and was greeted by Jessica. We then setup an app ppointment to get my dads phone number ported and Jessica manually transferred all of my dads contacts without me even asking. Buyer beware: This is a third party Verizon store! While the customer service was great, the phone prices are NOT the same as whats listed on the Verizon website, or at legitimate Verizon stores! They charged me and my sister $60 more per phone in our loan agreement. They also charged us each a $31 activation fee that is on top of the $30 upgrade fee that Verizon will charge you. So in the end, we each paid $90 extra to go to this store, when we could have done everything online, over the phone, or at a legitimate Verizon store.I called Verizon about this, and they said the 3rd party stores reserve the right to charge whatever they want for the phone, so there is not really much they can do.

I had a few issues with my billing and was very frustrated! Dave quickly acted on all of my concerns and issues! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and easily explained the options and best way to solve my issues! If ever I have a problem he would be the one I want to speak to! Absolutely stellar representative!!!

We walked in and had to wait shortly but a reasonable length. Matt Called us over to assist us. My iPhone 4S was cracked and the battery was horrible. He showed my mother and I options for new phones and we both decided to get an LG g4. He explained thoroughly how the contracts have changed and how our bill will look if we should purchase the new phones. He made sure we had everything we wanted in the phones we were purchasing. When we decided to go with these phones Matt started with the paperwork and making sure everything was correct. This process became slightly confusing for us but he knew everything he was doing and explained the various processes well. Setting up our phones. The only bad thing was my mothers Windows phone would not transfer her contacts. All in all it was a good experience and we thank Matt and the other employees for staying mate, helping us to the best of their abilities and answering all our questions!

I went into Verizon today because my phone did an auto cycled reboot and then died. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do but get a new phone. The associate who helped me was very kind when delivering the bad news and tried his best to recover my data. The situation is less than ideal but the customer service was good!
