They lose your items if your not careful they took my 3ds a limited edition Majoras mask and then said I abandoned it which I didnt I only used this service because I worked next door to it, shouldve know something was up when they kept pushing the pick up day now I lost my 3ds and my game

These guys were fantastic! Phone would only ever work with 1 charger they cleaned out my charging port and had me in and out in 10 minutes. Ill absolutely come back any time I have a problem and would recommend for anyone who needs repairs.

I went to the location at South Gate plaza in West Seneca, and I was unsure about how the experience would be going in there. I was MORE than pleasantly surprised with how personable Joe R (my tech) was. And as it turns out, he was able to fix my absolutely obliterated phone screen too! All of this saved me from having to buy a new phone. Instead of paying $500 for a new phone, I spent $80 on a repair and a made a new friend!! Joe also got it done within an hour. I would 100% recommend to anyone with a broken screen or anything related.

I had this iPad mini that was stuck on the apple logo loading screen and I did all the hacks and tricks on how to fix it on YouTube and it did NOT work. So I took it to these guys at uBreakiFix and they did a diagnostic’s test for free,had the iPad for 3 days and I was hoping that they fixed it and the guy said that there is only one problem with it and if it doesn’t work it is unrepairable. So he called me later and said it was like brand new and he fixed it. IT WAS A MIRACLE I PUT SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT TRYING TO FIX THIS THING ON YOUTUBE AND NOTHING WORKED. except these guys.THEY ARE THE BEST PLACE FOR ANYTHING BROKEN. PS. The charge port on my ancient iPhone wasn’t working. Austin tried the easiest fix which was a cleaning, and it worked. I was in and out in minutes, and Austin didn’t waste my time with needless diagnostics or expensive work. I will definitely come back when my phone needs significant repair.

Computer stopped recognizing keyboard. Wouldnt boot up after BIOS screen and kept me in a boot up loop. Took both tower and keyboard in to have it looked at. Wound up having to reload Windows to fix. Austin captured data before hand so I didnt loose my documents. Great experience, highly recommend.

Lazy employees that waste your time. I tried to get my two Xbox elite controllers fixed. I brought them in after calling and being told that it is something they could fix. When I arrived I explain the issues I was having ; a broken USB port on one and a broken RB button on the other. I was told they had to run a diagnostic test. Later that day they called me and told me the USB was broken on one which I already knew and there was nothing wrong with the other one... I was then told that the controller with the broken USB they are not able to fix and theres nothing wrong with the other one so I could come pick them up. I then explained again that there is for sure an issue with the RB button on the other and if it was possible for them to check again. I was then told he could tell that theres something wrong with it and would try to fix it. The next day I picked up my controllers and was told theres nothing I could really do to get it working again. When I got home and looked at my controllers I could tell theyve never even been opened. Complete lazy liars....

Shaun was the representative that helped me out today. In a matter of 25-30 minutes he was able to fix the issue I was having with my phone charging and get me all set and on my way.

I brought in my phone thinking my screen was broke, the gentleman that was working, looked at my phone, told me hold on and he went in the back to get a tool, when he came back he pealed my protective screen off and my screen wasnt broken, he handed me my phone back and said have a good day, I tried tipping him, and he wouldnt even take it! Some people with no integrity would take advantage of someone in my situation and acted as if they changed my screen out, but this store has integrity? Thanks ubreakifix!

Josh and Jamie have great customer service skills. They are professional, polite, and honest. Typically I would have bought a new phone because I thought the charging port was broken. They cleaned my phone first and guess what? Thats right it works perfectly. They saved me money by being honest. I had a replacement glass put on my iPad and the tape that they use they must have pushed hard on it to seal it and the dock port became misaligned I had taken it back to get fixed and they tried every way to lie about it. Now my dock port does not work at all I wouldn’t let these guys fix my flip phone.
