Store manager incredibly rude and ignorant! Was there for just over an hour to upgrade my sprint phone. They had no available samsung phones. He told me he would call another store to find one for me. Went in to backroom. When he came out he proceeded to help another customer and totally ignored me. Finally, he acknowledged me, told me he was going to another location and would call me if he found the phone I wanted, then literally left the store. Im not clear how he was expected to call me when he never bothered to get my name or number! I will be filing a formal complaint. As a manager, he should know to wait on customers in the order they come into the store.

Sadiq (Q) was phenomenal ordered phone to store and young gentleman took such good care of me!! Ill definitely be coming back and sending family/friends over. Thank you guys so much Scott the manager was also friendly and helped me out transfer things over. You guys are AWESOME!!!

Patrick is an absolute horrible representative he was very obnoxious and rude to my mother. I live out in PA and had to drive all the way out here to get her another phone and get her to different store. I will for sure not be bringing any business there. I Can’t believe he can talk to the elderly like that and just get away with it. I will most definitely contact the higher up. I’m not even the type to make bad reviews but that’s UNACCEPTABLE from you Patrick shame on you T-Mobile!

We went here to do the free 5g trade in deal and the clerks said our phone didnt qualify which was a complete lie. We also asked which phones could play back video in slow motion and he lied and only showed us extremely high end phones! Luckily we didnt feel as tho we were getting good customer service and went to another tmobile store and got the free 5g deal and also found the cheaper phone did in fact have the slow motion option.

Scott’s awesome guy took great care of my 88 year old mother showed her how to use it and get used to it. Good guys, clean store, friendly staff.

We came in to switch plans. The tablets were not working for them. After 30 minutes in the store and getting nowhere. We told them we were going to leave if they werent going to be able to get something working. Sadiq told us that there were other stores that we could go to. At that point we were leaving and very upset. Disclaimer: we were verbal about being angry and upset. But as we were leaving Sadiq swore at us, in front of 4 other customers. They were very rude. We will not be returning to this store.

First off, let me say that Ive delt with the manager and a few employees at this store in the past, and theyve always been great. However, my most recent led to a pretty big headache. Im not saying dont shop here, but to learn from my experience so you can avoid the problems I faced. My visit was to add my grandma to my plan. I was told that the phone we were looking for was out of stock everywhere in WNY, so we would have to order it. This was untrue, as it was available at McKinley and two Galleria stores. I opted to order the phone, which I was told would be here in 2 days. The phone will actually get here in 4 days, which is inconvenient because were flying to Florida to get affairs in order for my grandma to be treated at Roswell here in Buffalo. Third, I was on the T- mobile amplified plan, and somehow taken off of it when the new line was added. So that required a 25 min call to T- Mobile to get re-verified through my employer and get the correct pricing and benefits. I highly recommend checking local inventories, verifying ship times, and letting the rep know about special pricing on your plan during the buying process to make sure everything goes smoothly

Having issues with my phone so sprint customer service told me to come here. What a mistake that was. Lady employee was super rude and told me she isnt a technician and cant magically fix my phone. Told me what to do instead of her trying to help .e fox it. She told me to go to the mall and have the phone paid to get fixed. What a joke this store is. If I wouldve have known sprint would switch to t-mobile I woulvde went somewhere else.

I recently switched from cricket and the service is much better! Will gave excellent customer service and was very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the fees I was being charged and how my plan worked. Very welcoming staff without being pushy.
