Purchased a 2022 BMW M8 Gran Coupe Competition from BMW of West Springfield. They had this beauty on the lot with every option I wanted in gorgeous Sakhir Orange/Black interior. Steve in sales is exceptional. I didnt have a car at the time to visit the bank for a cashiers check so he personally drove me there and back to the dealership. While waiting for documents to be ready, he checked back multiple times to make sure my husband and I didnt need anything and were comfortable. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Overall fantastic service from BMW of West Springfield and I definitely recommend this dealership!

I went in for a test drive of the BMW X5 with James Smith and he was great. I told him right up front I was only coming in for a test drive and did not try to sell to me one time. Instead, he told me all about the car, offered to come with me on the test drive, and told me he’ll be waiting for me when I came back. Highly recommend you buy/lease with him. Very kind, helpful and knows BMWs inside and out!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I had a deposit on an x1 here in Connecticut but it wasnt going to work with my credit union. I found West Springfield through my credit unions car buying program. They had an x1 I wanted and would work for me loan wise. I drove up from CT on a Friday afternoon with barely half an hour to spare at the dealership. James made sure the car was ready to be looked at and sat down with me to do some paperwork without hesitation of how late it was. Because I was buying out of state, the registration would take a little longer. Chris had the car brought down to me with dealer plates until my registration was complete, and then also had my new plates brought down. After a few months, I had work done by BMW in Hartford that should have been warranted and I was charged for it. Chris took the time to research the issue and refunded me for what I had paid to another dealership. The customer service displayed from all employees is incredible. I cannot wait to buy another BMW from this crew.

Absolutely avoid going here at all costs if you’re receiving work on your car. I was given a “courtesy” car while my car was being repaired and I ended up paying for damage caused by previous drivers. They’ve tried to blame it on me and refuse to give me a refund. Service manager Allen is useless so don’t bother asking him for anything. He told me himself that his job was sad. Definitely not a courtesy car if I had to pay $400 to fix it!
Our experience at BMW West Springfield was incredible and extremely easy. Bryce was so thoughtful, answered all of our questions, and finalized our purchase quickly. I contacted this dealer after being mistreated by my local BMW dealer. The sales department (Chris Frois) and the general manager (Jerome Ballesteros) treated me with the utmost respect and communicated with me every step of the way. They gave me the best price on my 2018 M3 and assisted me with completing my european delivery experience. I would highly recommend this dealer when shopping for your next BMW. I feel comfortable and at ease when the service department completes scheduled maintenance on my vehicles; they take great care and pride in what they do.
Service here is a total rip off. Apparently you cant get just an oil change. You also have pay for a total vehicle inspection. Which explains the $140 price for it. Then they try to sell you service after. 🙄

REVIEW MODIFIED AT THE THE END Wish I could give negative stars. My salesman ZACK CAMERON was exceptional. When we first went in 2 months ago, we arrived at the dealership just a little prior to closing time. Zack Cameron took great care of was and was extremely cheerful. He sparked up a conversation with the entire family. He did not rush us at all and we test drove 3 separate cars even though it was near closing time. He was keen on helping us find exactly what we wanted. The cars did not have a few options that we were looking for but he was able to locate a 2020 X5 M50 and we purchased the car. Due to the current pandemic, many of the dealerships started to close and the BMW factory also closed down and we were not able to receive our car due to events that were out of his control. He stayed positive and told us he would find us another car as this one did not work out. He stayed in contact with me through the 7 week closure and presented me with many alternatives remotely via email and phone. After many different options, he was able to find me the perfect car and we were able to finalize the purchase today of a 2020 X5 Msport. I’m not the type of person to complain but it felt necessary after working with this dealership. I was ready to purchase a vehicle from BMW of West Springfield ASAP seeing I just sold my last vehicle and needed to get into something fast. Bryce Piemonte (client advisor) was the guy helping with the sale. He was very good and responded in a very timely manor when I inquired about the vehicle. We wasted no time and got him the credit application the next day along with a deposit on the vehicle. He told me “I will have the finance manager give me an answer by tomorrow at noon” not only did I wait around for his answer he kept putting me on the back burner telling me that he’s “busy will call back in 30 minutes” long story short he calls at the end of the day when the finance manager goes home only to have no real answer to any of my questions. Three days later and still nothing. My suggestion is you find another deal ship I had a very positive experience with BMW in Peabody, MA
I had recalls on my 04 BMW 325xi. I had a horrible experience with the 1st place I was directed to I just hung up on them. I called the recall center back and they directed me to BMW of West Springfield. Scheduling was easy and efficient. Shawnte was so friendly and upbeat when scheduling the valet service ( I live in South Glastonbury Ct). While the had my car I asked for estimates in a few repairs. Jason in the service dept was amazing to work with. I got a video diagnosis with the mechanic walking me through what needed to be done. I got a written estimate within a few hours. The prices were not bad at all, very reasonable considering the work needed. I chose not to do the repairs though because I work from home and hardly drive. Jason was very understanding to that. There was zero pressure. I decided I am buying a new car in the spring and I am going to BMW of West Springfield to buy. The service was amazing the turn around fast and they treated me very well. Im excited and looking foward to doing business with them.
Terrible service. Asked to test drive a car and it’s like they make so much money that they wouldn’t even let me do that. I was gonna have to wait 45 mins just to test drive a vehicle. I also had an experience that I asked them to get a car ready for me when I just got back from a trip and had little to no time and once again nothing was ready!

So if i could give the service dept a Zero rating, I would most definitely do it as its going on 8 years since Ive owned my x5 which was purchased in Hartford and i have only been to bmw of west Springfield about 3 times since Ive owned my bmw as i normally go to hartford to get it service and what a terrible and life threating experiences i had, a simple job as tapping off my engine oil and the guy didnt replace my cap after therefore my engine light came on and also the quart of oil that was added every bit leaked out, not only that i needed 2 quarts not one, Prior to that about 2 years ago i brought it to get the brakes done and fews days later my rotor broke and their response was the guy screwed the screws to tight, never in my life will i ever go back ..

I dont normally write public reviews. And I certainly have never written a review for the sole purpose of praising someone from whom I didnt buy the product in question. I am breaking with my own tradition in this review, due to the extraordinary service my mother-in-law and I received from Erica Giannelli, a sales rep who *almost* sold us a BMW.Generally, we car buyers take it as an article of faith that the car buying experience will be about as pleasant as undergoing a root canal. You know the routine: the dealership hides the ball on pricing, pressures you to come to the sales floor to look at inventory, wastes your time when you get there, deploying the let me check with my manager bargaining tactic. In the end, even if you buy a car, you can’t shake the feeling that you got taken advantage of in the transaction. The internet has helped to even the playing field somewhat, but buyers are still operating at a huge disadvantage when it comes to negotiating a car purchase.Now comes Ms. Giannelli. From our first phone call, it was clear that she was special. Erica quickly established a good rapport, and immediately put me at ease. She is a genuinely sincere human being, and I appreciate people like her. Erica never once tried to trick or confuse me, and she treated me respectfully throughout the process. With that, she earned my trust. Erica and I negotiated everything over the telephone and email, well in advance of a showroom visit. She worked hard for the sale. When it appeared, at one point, that another dealership was luring me away, she went to bat for me with management, in order to close the deal. In short, she did everything she needed to do to earn my business. And, if my mother-in-law didn’t end up despising the color of the car that Erica caused the dealership to cross state lines to obtain for us, we would have consummated the deal. To her credit, even after the deal fell through, Erica continued to work for us, checking in periodically, and offering alternative vehicles for purchase. Unfortunately, inventory issues got in the way of a purchase.Based on my experience in working with Erica over the course of several weeks, we intend to buy our next BMW from her.DMP.s., It was Halloween the day we went to the dealership to pick up the car we almost bought, and Erica was dressed for the occasion. Had a great experience at BMW of W. Spfld. Erica did a fine job from beginning to end of my 2017 X5 deal. Like other higher end auto sales companies, the price is not that negotiable, however they dont have surprises at the tail end of the deal like others Ive seen with in CT. They promised to fix a few details and they did with flying colors. Ask for Erica, say you read something on Google, so you wont be pressured as others do. Trust me, Ive done this a million times.!

We were about to finalize a sale, but the GM Jerome Ballesteros directed the entire conversation to my husband, even though the car was going to be my vehicle. We had the check with us.I asked a couple of reasonable and intelligent questions about the vehicle and Jerome then mansplained in a patronizing tone: Let me educate you. We said, I think we are done, and left.I am a professional woman in my 60s with an advanced degree.Since then weve bought a Mercedes and a Volvo. They will not get our business again as long as he is GM.

They have been absolutely the worst in times of communication. They didnt care a single cent after making the sale. Inspite of telling them multiple times and having to change the documentation once, they submitted the wrong lienholder. Its been 3 weeks and I am still without the correct title on the car. What good is a dealership if they cant even do the title well and be unprofessional in not communicating with customer after the sale.

In August we bought a second BMW from here, and it was a pleasant experience. Rachael was our salesperson this time; she was very easy to deal with. We had done our home work on the vehicle we were considering, an X1. She asked us to list our desires, and then found the car with the exact specifications we wanted, right down to color! There was a delay in delivery of the vehicle that was a little frustrating at the time, but once it finally came, it seemed that Rachael shared my joy! Rachael Lebel was a very down to earth and competent saleswoman. She took the time to answer all my questions no matter how minuscule while making me feel comfortable with the buying experience. My sales person Ryan was fantastic! From start to finish. Even after all was said and done Ryan called to check to see how everything was going with my new x5. Very pleased with him.My only complaint is there is only one finance person there.it made the process longer for us all. However Ed and Ryan stayed until almost 10 Pm to get things done. Thanks guys! Nice people, super expensive prices. Then again, its BMW. But seriously, it is expensive to have your car repaired by them. The one thing I would add, is to make sure they have a replacement vehicle or loaner. Just call ahead and make sure that they have one. After all, if you are paying that much for the repair, thats the least they can do for you. Ultimately, they also have a really nice discount on car rentals at Enterprise.
Let me first start off by saying how awesome Bryce is. My new custom 2020 x5 is the second bmw he’s helped me (3rd with the dealership) with and everything could not have gone more smoothly. He’s very trustworthy and highly recommended. Jerome and the rest of the team are excellent and on point. There’s plenty of reasons why I will continue to make the 1 hr drive from newington ct to service and eventually purchase more excellent vehicles from them.
