If I could rate my first experience here any higher, I would. Mike was incredible, is such a cool dude and took care of my needs in a timely manner. Such a friendly guy. Did not screw me over and actually went out of his way to deflate and re-inflate nitrogen, at no cost! Highly informative, no hidden fees or miscommunication. Was very thorough. The crew that banged it out included Jamie. Definitely highly recommend the W. Springfield location. Their compressors actually work too!

We wanted to thank Dan in west Springfield for the guidance and help getting tires for my wife’s MDX. Plus the appointment was on time and went smoothly. Highly recommend seeing Dan for tires. He helped with tires for my daughter about 6 months ago as well and had the same experience.

Was there 4 weeks ago to have a slow leak tire repair. They said at the time they fixed a problem with the bead but did not remove the tire from the rim. They did the repair quickly and did not charge me. 4 weeks later I am back in Florida dealing with the same, but slower, air leak. I took my truck into the local Chevy dealer. They told me the repair was done by applying leak sealant to the tire. The tire is now unfixable because of this and needs to be replaced. If you take your vehicle here make sure you get documentation for any repairs, no matter how minor, so you have recourse.

Great service. I went to get a plug for a slow leak on my VW GTI. A week or two later I purchased (for a Mazda 3) a set of Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4. They ordered them, they arrived in a day or two, made the appointment for the install, two installers got the job done in 20 mins or so. Friendly and helpful. Ill be back for some snows soon.

Great customer service! Ordered wrong tire size. Unable to preform alineenent do to old not function cracked equipment. Hire ups: your losing more money than what you could be making do to not buying new equipment your loss in the end.

Long story short, I was designated driver for my best friends bachelorette party-- big day, right? I went and got my car washed and oil changed early morning, thinking Id be all set. At my oil change, a large bubble was found on my front passenger tire. I called SO many places and NO one could help me short notice. By the grace of luck and God I called here, they said come on down and got me outta there in 20 minutes and made our night HAPPEN! For that, I cant repay them enough.After my experience finding these guys on such short notice and being taken care of, I will never go anywhere else. Came in on short notice on a sunday thinking I needed a new tire. I had a flat and I though the leak in the tire was coming from the outside partway into the tread. It actually wasnt and the tire was able to be patched. Walked in thinking I was going to pay 130 when I only needed to pay 20. Firestone was going to charge me 180 for the tire alone.

They were able to help me on a Sunday morning. In and out in less then a hour. Quick, efficient service.THANK YOU.

Had a flat tire patched here and when I got my vehicle back the tire they patched was EXTREMELY over inflated, the pressure did not even come close to matching a single other tire on my car so they obviously did not check their work and to top it off they must have lost the valve cap and replaced it with one that doesn’t even remotely match and does not thread all the way down as the rest do. I am giving two stars because thankfully they did not charge for the fix but I would have rather spent the $5 on a patch kit and done it myself for the peace of mind if I had the time.

I just had the best experience at Tire Warehouse and I wanted to share my experience. I needed 4 run flat tires since I had a nail in one unexpectedly. I hadnt budgeted for needing 4 new tires and I called around and received some astronomical prices. I called Tire Warehouse and was given a price hundreds of dollars less than everywhere else. I was so happy! I, also, received the best service! Justin really took care if me with in and out service! He wrapped up a tire I wanted to save in case I got another nail so I dont have to buy 4 new tires again. Tire Warehouse will definitely receive my patronage in the future!

First let me say to you that Tire Warehouse the actual company as a whole is incredible.Tire Warehouse is my goto place and always has been since 1997. This is my first time at a new location. I am getting an alignment done. I called to make an appointment and I was running late. Ian the manager was super nice and I 2as in and out in less than 20 min. I highly recommend this place. They will always work with your budget. I just changed my review from 5 stars to 3. The manager Ian went on vacation so when I came back to get my car re-alighned he was not here. The atmosphere was night and day difference. I have been here for 30 min and Ive only seen one customer. Then someone pulled in and they helped them before me. I dont feel like a valued customer at all and that is very important to me. This is an update to my review, I had a second alignment done and it still is not aligned correctly I believe that if there was anything wrong with my car the technician should have noticed it and told me. Instead of going back to third time I decided to call the main office customer service line and their customer service voice nothing less than excellent. He informed me that if they couldnt do it on the 2nd try then most likely they cant do it on the third try. So my money is being refunded and I will bring it to another place to get it checked out but I want to tell whoever reads this review that tire warehouse is a great place the prices are great and I highly recommend going to any of their locations.

A very long day that Tire Warehouse made right. I had a nail in my tire that I thought I could plug myself, but the nail was at an angle, so I knew I needed a patch. I thought with this much info, I thought I would be helping out service centers that I normal take my car to and tire dealers out, it didnt matter. I went to several places and called several more. None would take me in nor even check out the tire. My last last stop was my last stop of the day/week. Whether it was going to be fixed or not I was spent. So Tire Warehouse was my choice, it turned out to be the right choice. I was expecting a sorry sir, instead, I got well get you in. I should have went to Tire Warehouse in the beginning. Lyle and Bo save the day and month for me as well cause I will be on the road for the next several months. Next time I wont hesitate, I will be heading straight to Tire Warehouse.

Excellent and quick service. Staff was friendly and professional, got a bad tire replaced in less than 30 minutes. I was also able to watch them take the wheel off the car and do some of the work. Overall a very pleasant experience.

From now on tire warehouse will be my first and only choice for all my vehicles. Ive had a constantly leaking tire for weeks and have taken it to town fair three times and they werent able to find anything. I got sick of it yesterday afternoon and googled tire shops in West side and tire warehouse popped up. By this time it was almost 530, I called and they said come right in, when I get there they had the tire off, diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. Woke up this morning and the tire was still holding air even after sitting in the cold. By far the staff there is the friendliest and most helpful Ive met when having any service done on my vehicles. They worked me up a quote as well for a new set of tires, Best prices around, Ill be back next week on payday to have them installed.

Joe and Teybel (I hope I got that name correct) are awesome! Ive been buying tires here for at least 10 years now. I have always experienced excellent customer service, good tires at a fair price. What more can you ask from a tire shop? The weekend hours are greatly appreciated! I love that on-site alignment is done. I remember back in the day when they didnt do them. So when alignment service was added that was particularly helpful. I just got home from buying 4 tires and getting an alignment for my sons car. They are busy today, as usual. But these folks do their best to expertly take care of their customers.

The prices on tires was less expensive than the previous place we looked into, the tires and an appointment were available the same day and the service was quick. They booked up quickly and the front desk seemed to be swamped with calls and walk-ins. They were professional and able to make appointments for other customers within the next two days. I think the installation/labor and fees were a little more expensive which made the overall price higher than I would’ve liked.

Nick and the other two guys were very professional. I picked up a nail in my tire when I was in Springfield for my sons AAU tournament. I called the tire warehouse and Nick got me in immediately, which was a huge relief because it was just before closing time on a Saturday nightand I was traveling with my family from New York. When I arrived with a donut tire on, these three guys had me pull my car in and proceeded to fix my damaged tire and replaced the donut with the repaired tire. They were so fast that I was able to get back to my sons basketball game and watch most of the game. I really appreciate the friendly service. I highly recommend these guys at the Tire Warehouse. This place was absolutely awesome. I had an unfortunate incident where I was traveling from out of town for business and I hit a pothole that absolutely destroyed my tire. I had to call roadside assistance to tow my car. I called up tire warehouse and let them know of my situation as I needed to get to a meeting. As soon as my car got there the guys snapped into action and got 2 tired replaced in like 20 minutes. They had me back on the road in no time. Huge thanks to those guys, especially Nick who took my call and made sure that I was in and out quickly!

I use to be a very loyal customer. Having bought 5-6 sets of tires from them. Last few times I went in the customer service was garbage. Me and another guy were waiting in line when someone walked in from across the street and the guy working on the counter ops to help him first instead of me and the customer who had yet to be acknowledged.Tl;dr I would rather pay a few bucks more somewhere else and get 10 times better customer service or any customer service at that

I brought my girlfriends dads car here a few weeks ago. The kid that changed my tire i could tell was new because he was very timid and waiting on instruction from the other employee. Well, he clearly forgot to torque the lugs because a couple days ago the wheel not only came off, but sheared all the threaded parts off.

Went yesterday to get a set of tires I had ordered of Goodyear’s website mounted. Went and they didn’t find them at first after looking at their inventory multiple times. They called another local shop to see if maybe Goodyear had accidentally shipped them there (mind you it’s been about 2-3 weeks since I placed the order) and they didn’t have them. Called Goodyear at the shop and long story short Goodyear messed up the order. They called the shop multiple times and gave the name of someone who doesn’t even work at the shop as the supposed person who signed the order when they had gotten “delivered”. The two guys who were at the shop at the time Dan and another guy whose name I unfortunately did not get were kind enough to mount the two they had in their stock onto the car and send me on my way. Never buying tires from the Goodyear site ever again. Didn’t get frustrated with the two gentleman there because I know it wasn’t their fault. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get any sort of tire work done.
