My profession requires a reliable vehicle and I could not be happier with the work they did on it. Jess and Jackie were in close communication throughout the process, even meeting me on a weekend day when shop was closed, so I could get a forgotten item from my vehicle being worked on.The technicians at the store are welcoming and professional.The owner Vinny is a class act, made sure I was in a quality rental vehicle, even switching me over to a four wheel drive SUV prior to a forecasted snow storm. The work, the communication while it was being done, and the going above and beyond for the customer (me in this case) is why I give 5 stars and have no doubt in recommending Mac Enterprises.

I got into an accident and was quoted 3500 for value of my totaled vehicle. I brought it to MAC for a second opinion and they doubled it and got me 6500!!! They answered the phone right away and answered all my questions. They made the process easy for me and did everything as they said they would.I would highly recommend them!

I was in the market for a quote to repair some damage from a storm and they were recommended but I was expectedly nervous because you cant always rely on online reviews. Well let me tell you, the reviews did not do them justice. The service from the moment I arrived to when I received my car was spectacular. When it came to filing claim, estimating the damage, providing a rental and the ladies out front and the guys in the back being fantastic people nothing was below 5/5 service. Even after I got my car and had some issues that came up after I was able to bring the car down and they fixed the issue same day. Lets just say MAC Enterprises has gained a customer for life.

I would not take my car here. They didnt know how to fix a leak in a windshield. They didnt know how to clean the windshield drain box for the car.One month after they serviced my car it broke down. They are no longer my mechanic . They are fired. They have the nerve to ask for good reviews. I will never come back. On 12-23 20 the owner of Mac Enterprises reached out to me about this review. The owner and the ladies in the front were very nice.The owner admitted to the mistakes. He says because my car is 20 years old. They didnt want to take the car apart diagnosing it. Usually cars 20 years old need lots of repairs. They dont want to overwhelme the customer. He has agreed to give his mechanics more training. This issue has been resolved.

I had a recommendation from a friend to bring my vehicle to this bodyshop if I ever needed bodywork done. Well about a month ago I was in a fender bender. (Not my fault) 😁 Jessica & Jackie were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took care of EVERYTHING that had to be done through the insurance company. I didnt have to worry about ANYTHING.. BONUS is they have rentals available for your use while your vehicle is being repaired. 👍👏👏

When I first called to talk about my car that was in an accident, Jessica made the entire process simple and seamless. Their work is phenomenal. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place, and if you are lucky you might just see Loki the most adorable dog ever.

Mac enterprise is fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about the insurance companys. They are also very honest and caring. They care about their costumer. Both women in the office knew me by name. They called every couple of days to check on the progress I have made after my Jeep was totaled as well as to see how the rental was. I am so glad I went to them and will return on the future if need be 😁😁

I was in an accident and after 12 days of looking around I decided to bring my truck here after reading the reviews. I called late on a Monday and they got me right in that same day with a rental vehicle. Jess and Jackie in the office were great. They were real people and were genuine, which is is rare thing in today’s world.I was contacted the next day by Jess and she notified me that they were starting the repairs. They finished the repairs ahead of time. They also replaced my GMC emblem after the adjuster didn’t write for it.The day I went in to pick up my car was 21 days after my accident. They called Amica to ask if the status of payment and they were told liability was still being determined. The other driver was issued a ticket after the accident and was 100% at fault. I offered to pay for the repairs out of pocket and they handed me my keys and said not to worry about it. This goes straight back to my statement that they are genuine.I will hands down return here in the future and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outstanding shop.

Vinny, the owner, was the person I was initially in touch with to consult and set up an appointment after someone rear-ended me. At the time I contacted him, I was on maternity and really had my hands full. He was excellent and then all follow up communication with the woman at the front desk was excellent. I was primarily in communication with Jackie who was so friendly and informative and the other woman was just as helpful on the fewer occasions when I spoke to her. The service people in the garage were also very professional and kind. They really made things very easy for me as they took care of every step in the insurance process. Once I was in touch with them, I literally did not have to do one piece of the follow up with insurance....what a relief!! Very trustworthy and professional. I would recommend to anyone, including friends and family.

This place is the best no stress and no worries. they made my truck brand new again when I got my truck back it was fully waxed and clean inside.

I had nothing but a great experience with Mac enterprises. Ive been in a few accidents myself and never have I ever been treated so well by a shop. Usually I would have to play telephone tag with insurance and body shops to make sure things are going according. And then hunt down a rent car I can afford. But here the beautiful ladies at the front desk take care of everything. You need a rent car? They got you. You need someone else to deal with those annoying insurance people? They got you. But wait youre worried about the status of your car? No worries guy. They contact you and let you know whats going on with your car every step of the way. And to top it off these people are on point with there work and fast as hell. I was ready to look at new cars when the accident happened but when I picked up my car it looked just like it did when it rolled out of the dealership and I fell back in love. Great repair shop! Vinny and his staff took care of the hassle of getting a rental,dealing with the insurance and repairs! They made a very stressful situation and took away all the stress!! I was extremely nervous to try a new local body shop after my car was broken into a few weeks back. The owner Vinny helped me call the insurance company to file the claim, had a rental car delivered to his shop to pick me up, and covered my deductible! When I got my car back it looked better than when I dropped it off (inside and out). I am overly happy with the service I received at Mac Enterprises and will be back again in the future!
