I have had Phil C work on my cars several times over the years, with nothing but the best results. He and his staff go above and beyond expectations.I happened to drop my vehicle off while they were closed for the Labor Day weekend holiday.Today, Tuesday, the day after the holiday, I got a call from Phil saying my car was ready. Took my car there after my dad recommended some guy named Phil. Obviously gonna trust my dad, so I chose WW Auto Body.I cant tell you how refreshing it is to be given direct and honest information about whats going on with your stuff (in this instance, my car). I never met Phil, worked with a man named Troy the whole time. He would speak with either my dad or me when wed call asking for an update on the car.He always let us know exactly what was going on and stayed true to his word when he gave an approximation as to when the work would be finished. He said, at the beginning of one week, that everything would be done by Thursday, the latest; he was true to his word. I appreciated this so much.Person working the front desk wasnt the friendliest person ever, so dont be discouraged by that.. maybe theyre more of an animal person than a people person. I get it.Oh PS, the work was nice, too. I would recommend this shop.

Great people I would like to thank Phil Jr and Troy for taking care of my wifes car the whole experience was awesome the repairs and paint work better than factory the car is a 2019 acura with 2000 miles you wouldnt know if I didnt tell you it had an accident thanks for making it so easy. Excellent shop, they fixed our car after someone rear ended us. The work and service was great quality.

Now I never actually got service here so I cannot comment on how the vehicle would have come out, however my disappointment is in the fact that I went over 6 weeks without a phone call or having my calls returned. I told my insurance company to issue them a check directly and was told the parts would be in within a week tops. Then never heard anything. Im sure the technicians do a fine job but I felt overlooked perhaps because it wasnt a big money job but regardless the customer should come first.

Excellent work! Turned into a parking lot security pole I was parked near. Door needed replacement. Paint looks great in all lighting situations, all seams line up perfect inside and out. Car is like new again! And I got a free loner from them.

Body shops are like Lawyers, youre thrilled when you find a good one, but you wish you didnt need one.The people of West Warwick Auto Body are very professional, they took all the information down, contacted and worked with the insurance company, provided a rental car, dropped off the rental car, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.I hope to not need a body shop again for a while, but if I do Ill return here.
