I have used Rhyda multiple times over the years.Wether it was for tires or tire repairs, I have never had an issue.They dont b.s. or try to rip you off/unnecessary services. I brought a flat in on the rim and they tested it (I just popped the bead on it) and fixed it instead of trying to sell me on a tire.I always recommend them to friends.

My go to place for tire repairs. These guys are fast and typically theres no wait to get in.

I called the shop to make sure they had my tires available. When I got there they wasted no time completing the job. No frills shop, dont expect to be wined and dined. It was just what I expected.

Bad service. Called as soon as they opened to find out if they had the correct tire size for my car. They did... I asked if I could make an appointment... No you cant. Its first come, first served... Ok then. I went right down. I was third in line. I talked to the guy in charge, told him what I needed. He said I would be next up. I work close to the shop so I said I would pick it up at noon. Returned 3 hrs later, car hasnt moved or been worked on. I asked him what happened to first come first served? He answered that they got busy and they work on the cars that the customers waited for first. Ummm Excuse Me???? I walked out. Think I may have dodged a bullet in the process. Thanks Rhyda for the experience.

First no one wears a mask and they smoke cigarettes inside the waiting room. Second my tires are NOT properly balanced had to go to another tire store to get rebalanced. Feels like Im vibrating on the highway. And they didnt even set the right tire pressure that the vehicle calls for when it says it right inside the driver door!!!! I went back right away to get the pressure corrected and he acted like he fixed it but never did. I dont think he knew that a work van can have a tire pressure reader on dashboard. F#@K that place. Its run by scumbags

If youre just looking for a quick fix nothing fancy go here!! No lifts they jack your car up the old way..in and out 15min..as I needed a new tire. Quick and painless and reasonable will definitely go again.

These guys are awesome came in with a nail in my flat tire. In less then 10 mins the nail was gone and the tire is like new again. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Bought a used tire from this scumbag operation and it lasted for 5 miles before it blew up on the highway with my 2 year old son in car.Went to take it back and now they want more money to replace it . I dont think so.Might as well eat the tire as they wont refund. Never getting my business again.

I went in today for a flat repair. It was so impressive to see them plug a nail hole on the tire. The larger tire companies wont plug tires and wanted 150.00 to replace my otherwise perfect tire. $10 and 5 minutes later I was out of there. Thank you Rhyda!!!For used tires, you get what you pay for. Ive got some before, not the best but served the purpose.

I got a flat tire and put my spare on, but I couldnt find anything wrong with my regular tire so I took it to Rhyda for them to check it out. My husband went to high school with one of the guys there, Jeremy, and we try to give them business when we can. I can change my own tire, I literally just needed them to see if there was something wrong that I was missing...they have checked tires for me before and plugged a couple holes...it takes 2 minutes. Well, I couldnt even get an acknowledgement when I walked in the door. There were three employees just standing around and a couple of customers waiting. I waited a minute and when it was clear they were not going to say hello, I started to speak. I didnt get two words out before one employee said, were busy, we cant help you. I asked if he even wanted to know what I was there for. His only reply was that they close at 2:00 and I would have to come back. Granted, it was 1:00, but its not like I had planned to get a flat tire today. And I had just thought thank God it happened while they were still open, but it didnt matter. In a state where it can be challenging to run a successful small business, you would think that the ones who are still open have something better to offer than the big companies. Typically customer service sets these places apart from the rest. In this case, save yourself the headache and just go to Town Fair, or literally anywhere else.

3rd time Ive had to come here and all 3 experiences have been great. Will have to come back for 3 more tire fixed cause RI roads suck. Thanks so much guys.

NAMMYOHORENGEKYO.Started out on five stars because the first individual who got here on time was very nice, but they were not the general manager or assistant manager and they werent able to open on time. Theyre opening 20 minutes late and that is unacceptable. So Im going to have to give you 1 star instead of 5.

These guys couldnt be more polite in person and on the phone. I am a woman that hates garages but they get you in and out before you know it. With very decent charges! If 10 stars were an option I would give them 11.

If you need cheap tires, not the worst choice, but you get what you pay for. Any reputable tire shop will always replace valve stems, and will never re-use wheel weights - not so here. Also, my wheels were balanced incorrectly. I rented some time on a machine to check them and they were way off.Also, whoever owns the joint. Buy these guys even a little portable lift. Propping/balancing vehicles up on jacks means its only a matter of time until one of your employees has some serious injury or you damage a customer car.

The guys at this Rhyda and the one in Woonsocket have always treated us well with fast service and good prices. Ive never had a problem with a tire Ive bought from them. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The customer service is outstanding! We started going to the West Warwick store about a year ago. Theyve always taken care of the issues with our old Honda. Theyre fast, and the bill is always much less than expected. We support this local business because theyre great at what they do!

Not overly personable and changed the price they quoted me over the phone to $10 higher when I got there. But they were able to take care of me right away and did a great job. Prices are reasonable and they do a good job. I have used them twice now and have no complaints about their quality of work or timeliness.

Dont waste your time... I sat there for an hour watching 2 guys stand around doing nothing while 1 guy worked i finally gave up and left..

So fast, so cheap, so nice, .... I rarely have tire issues, but, for 10 years now - when I do - I go here. Always a quick stop & problem solved. I spent less time (30min less) here getting my tire fixed than I just did waiting at Sprint to pay cash on my phone bill.You dont have to make an appointment. It is pretty much a drive through service... Very convenient if you are having a problem with a tire. Prices are excellent. Dont run out and buy a new tire, if it is in good condition (with the exception of maybe a nail you may have run over or something of that nature). Spend 10 minutes and $20 & tire will be just fine.

I explained I could not afford brand new expensive tires.... but that I needed decent tires because I have a home daycare and have precious cargo (multiple children) in my car at all times. I TRUSTED them. I replaced 4 when I only REALLY needed 2 because I TRUSTED them. Just came from RI inspection (3 weeks after paying hundreds for my tires) and they BARELY passed inspection. I am beyond disappointed because I thought this was a good locally owned honest company. Shame on you! I would GO ELSEWHERE unless you are desperate!!!!!

The prices are good for used tires and they carry all different sizes. But i brought in 4 new tires that i paid $440.for, wanted to sell but the guy said he would not even come close to $100. I know they have to make a profit but whats he want me to give them to him for free. i woulda taken 125 or 150.

I have been here many times usually its about 5 to20 min before you are in the garage this time it appears there short handed or???? So wait a bit longer then a car gets put in in front of me now I speak up,, note for the last 20 min they worked in one day hence when I spoke up oh the other bay is suddenly available....not to mention 2 tire stem replacement took all of an hour fifteen minutes on top of my wait ..Ithink you lost a good employee or something

Im a single mom who saved up money to register my kid for baseball. After tryouts on our way home I heard a loud popping noise with my front tire and all of a sudden the tire started wobbling. I didnt know what to do or where to go, and so I Googled the closest tire place near us. It was a mile away and it was this rhyda tire. They werent supposed to close until 2. I drove going 15 miles an hour with my hazards on on a hope and a prayer, crying and begging my car to just make it to the right a tire so they can help fix the tire and so I could drive and have a car to get home and to work. I got there at 1:48 PM. They were not supposed to close until 2 pm. I got out of the car and went into the office and there was this old round guy with white hair and bald head on top who claimed his name was Tony. The second I walked in he looked at me and said what do you want, were closed. I started off trying to explain that I had an emergency and I needed someone to look at my car, he completely interrupted me and said well everything is off and theres nothing any of us can do here so Im not sure what you expect from me. But were closed and we cant help. I was absolutely shocked and ready to cry because I didnt know what to do or where to go. I told him that aside from being a business person he could act like a human being and at least show some compassion and use the last 10 minutes before they closed to come and look at my car at least. He said theres nothing I can do again and then grabbed his keys and packed up so he could leave. So my son and I were stranded in their parking lot for 2 and 1/2 hours simply because an old guy wants to get paid and not have to do his job. And because he had no compassion and was okay speeding out of a parking lot with a woman and her kid bawling her eyes out. Like, who does that? Even if you are closed, you still have no problem being indifferent and telling someone too bad? Was getting home to Murder She Wrote really more important than having humanity and compassion? I could be on the verge of death and I would rather let myself die than have anything to do with this or any Rhyda Tire anywhere. If these are the types of people that they hire then clearly they cant be trusted to do anything more than answer phones. Rhyda Tire if you plan on closing at 1:50 p.m. then you shouldnt advertise your closing time as 2 p.m. And if youre going to advertise their services and helping people you might want to make sure that the people you hire to be the face of your company hold those same values. Shame on that heartless old jerk and shame on Rhyda for having no hiring standards.

No one there today so in and out... Most of the time they are busy and gotta wait a little bit. But good and quick service was out of there in about 45 minutes

I’ve always had decent experiences here, however - I just got a flat and when AAA came out to put my spare on I realized that it was kept when I bought my last tire. Pretty unfortunate....

The place looks run down, but theyve been there forever. And Ive always done business with them unless I have a major problem. But these guys are fast, reasonable and curtious. And I will always do business with them until proven otherwise.

The prices are very reasonable. Not a long wait. If you need your tire plugged, they are the only ones left in the state to do it. They are very helpful too.

Awesome customer service. They are used tires so you will get what you pay for (kind of expected) but, they are understanding, work to help you out more than their own pockets and always kind. I have been a loyal customer of Rhyda for over 6 months now and will continue to be. Thank you again guys for all your hard work!There are times were you will need to wait as it is a used tire shop... The owner could stand to buy them better equipment but, it does the job. I gave them 5 stars with the caution to others that the tires are not always flesh with the rim after they put them on so you do have to take some vested interest in your vehicle if bringing it hire as its not a place where you can say, Hey Bob put 4 of them on for me and expect them to be picture perfect. I also dont expect that from a place that sells tirea for $15. Idk why someome would...Overall really honest place and they dont try to upsell you like other places...
