I am a very frequent flier at Starbucks. Recently they shut down the other 2 freestanding Starbucks in town and this is the only one that is free standing. Today, I did a mobile order (one drink & 2 cake pops) with an estimated pick-up time of 11-14 minutes. I walked in at the 14 minute mark and waited another 17 minutes to get my order.I understand that we currently live in a world of people who don’t want to work, out of supplies, & Covid bologna in general.However, expectations are everything! If you just tell me it will take 31 minutes —I would have no problem. But if you set an expectation of 14 minutes I expect it to be ready.Expectations are everything!!!! Very unfortunate!

Going inside is a game changer. The line is always outrageous here. Super nice Baristas. Quality in the drinks made.

Currently sitting in the drive through, we’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes and just now ordered our drinks. Not sure why it’s so slow but this is unacceptable. They’re processing 1 car every 2-3 minutes. We won’t be coming back.

I realize Starbucks is a busy place but your drive thru is ridiculous. Theres supposed to be one line for the drive thru but you have people coming in from the back constantly cutting people off that have been sitting there forever to begin with because it takes you 5 minutes to serve 1 car. You need to block off the back its supposed to be for people to drive through there to get out from shopping next door not get in line and cut people off and hold up traffic. Plus once your in line theres no way to get out because of those people too. Add the fact that youre taking entirely to long to serve customers and people are waiting 30 plus minutes stuck in a drive thru....

My beautiful niece gave me a gift certificate for Starbucks for Mothers Day. I was pleasantly surprised when I had the Gavana Passion Fruit Drink 😋 and also the Caramel Frappacino, so Delicious and Yummy. I heard about them from a YouTube Blogger and she was right. Thank you so much made my day 😍

Staff is EXTREMELY rude. Every time I come here my drink is made incorrectly. I did not realize how hard it was to make a drink.

I come here only every so often when the wife wants some Starbeez as she calls it. Ive never had an issue here. The drive thru line goes pretty quickly and the person at the window is usually very pleasant. Its a Starbucks so the menu and quality is like every other Starbucks. Nothing bad to report really.

I really wanted to score this location higher due to the staff being incredibly friendly. But based on my visits, it was tough to give it a higher review.Each time I have been to this location, the drive thru wait time has been at least 30 minutes. I understand that they are busy and have increased wait times in the drive thru due to reduced foot traffic in the store with current events taking place. The other reason for the lower review is on two occasions, my order has been wrong and I had to get out of the car and enter the store to get my order corrected. The Baristas were super friendly, professional and apologetic. The first time this happened, I requested the refund and was going to leave. As I did so, a barista came to my car in the parking lot and gave me what I did order at no charge.Cons: Long wait times and I hade two wrong drink orders.Pros: Staff is great! Professional, friendly and provide great customer service. I am rating it the way I am based on the police attitudes of the staff.

This is probably the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and didnt move went in and it still took another 20 minutes the Krogers on schrock road much faster much friendlier much better service.

I love this location! Its not the closet, but since the pandemic I have come to call this my new usual location. Staff is friendly, never is rude despite the long lines and always helpful.

This place often is not available to the mobile app and says its closed all the time during normal business hours.. has been closed a few different times for no given reason for several days ... the app for this location often says either closed on a Saturday morning at 8am or will say its out of stock on a ton of their popular items .. disappointing to have this as the only local

25 minutes for a cold brew coffee. No coffee is that good.

They are so crowded and took 25 minutes to get my app order. They take way to many orders for the amount of staff. Way too busy, wish I owned it though. Lol

Always love a good coffee. On top of that having it in local stores is a huge bonus. Starbucks knows what they are doing when making a long shopping trip turn into a lovely trip with more energy and a great beverage.

Service is always bar none here. Friendly, happy staff always willing to go above and beyond. Clean restaurant with laundry of space if you want to dine in. They have very limited out door seating when weather permits. Only downside, very limited parking and hard to access the parking lot. Can only enter from one direction on stage street.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks to visit! I come here 3-5 days a week on average and have always had a great experience. Kelly is phenomenal, always fantastic personalized customer service with a smile. She makes my morning every time I see her in the drive through window!

They always go the extra bit to help. Not a big coffee drinker, so I always need help when ordering

Drive thru is PAINFULLY slow.

Great coffee, love the sandwiches, and this Starbucks has a nice and efficient staff too. The building is a former bank branch which makes the drive through layout a little different from other Starbucks locations.

It was fast and easy. Friendly staff and great coffee. I recommend the chai tea latte w/ vanilla and soy its delicious!! Or the iced coffee with light ice, cream, hazelnut, whipped cream!!! Itll start your day off rry right.

The wait time inside is horrible. Drivers outside obviously get there drink first. Also, Easton is 10x better when it comes to going in line and coming out faster ALONG with making ice white mocha. Whenever I come to this Starbucks there white mocha tastes nasty!!! It’s as if they don’t listen to the pumps I ask for or give me some old coffee that isn’t coming out of the machine I’m not sure, but they need to do better on the ice white mocha and need to be trained to make it like the one at Easton!

I hate to say it but never again. Youve lost a customer for life. I will now seek out local coffee shops.We went in the lobby to order our drinks. We were the ONLY people in line. We waited 31 minutes for our drinks AFTER placing the order. We kept falling behind the online orders. What kind of company will not serve the customer that is standing infront of them? Yep, Im all of the dones with Starbucks.

This Peach Green Tea refresher is AMAZING. This location is under construction, however, the staffs attitude is amazing and are very knowlegable of their products.

There were 6 cars in front of me in the drive thru and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they served all of us. And the young woman at the window was so pleasant! Good job Starbuck staff!

They must be making a killing at this location selling $5 Venti sized cups full of ice. Glad I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for that.

I hate to leave poor reviews, but I feel I must address this. While the quality of drinks are good and the baristas are friendly the wait time for drinks seems to be lengthy most of the time. While I dont necessarily mind waiting Im of the impression that 30 minutes for a latte is a bit on the long side. Unfortunately this is the norm rather than the exception. If you are going to purchase from this location I would suggest using the app to order ahead before you leave your location.

Drink came exactly how I ordered it, and they were very quick with it as well. They earned every star.

This Starbucks is awesome, I was there on a busy Friday. I forgot to say that I wanted a large frapp instead of whatever that medium size is, but it was literally insane in there so I went with it. When she called it out she noticed my disappointment and said she would remake it really fast even though she had a million other drinks to make. I asked to speak to the manager because she made my experience so great! The manager laughed and thought I was joking when I was complementing her. Unfortunately every time I order at this location, my drink is made incorrectly. My order is not complicated. Venti green Ice tea unsweet with light ice. It either comes out sweet, is filled with ice, or both. I also noticed that the wait time is much longer at this location compared to other locations.

Awesome renovation is done! Good thinking. I like their encouraging notes for a good self esteem! The supervisor is great also! Happy to see familiar faces.

This Starbucks is typically very quick, has friendly staff, and has been the most reliable Starbucks during the pandemic. They seem to keep regular hours and typically have what I’m looking for available.

This Starbucks is very comfortable for meetings or just getting away for an hour to enjoy a coffee and a scone. The parking is somewhat limited, but its not too bad. It can also be a little difficult to get into if youre on Westerville Rd. northbound, but that is not their fault. The seating and very friendly staff more than make up for any potential difficulty in getting there.

Slowest Starbucks in central Ohio

This is a nice Starbucks (not overcrowded) with a few comfy chairs. FUNNY EXPERIENCE today there. I was hungry so I ordered a turkey bacon and cheese sandwich. I sit and take a bite of it and to my surprise it has egg and no turkey or bacon! So I go up to the counter and explain this egg sandwich is wrong and I need the turkey and bacon sandwich. He kindly says someone must have put the sandwich in the wrong place. He makes sure to make the right sandwich the second time. (as I waited, I finished the first sandwich and thanked him for the mistake, because I was really hungry.) So I go back an sit down to eat the second sandwich and its the same egg sandwich!! I go back and say, they all must be labeled wrong because this is ham and egg... And show him. He says, yeah that is the turkey bacon and cheese . Thinking we are on Mars or something, I guffaw, and say, how is egg, turkey and bacon? He says, no, its turkey-bacon and cheese. So I finally realized that the ham was turkey-bacon and I wasnt going to ever see turkey or bacon on this sandwich. Whoops! My bad. The barista was gracious and I paid for one but got two eggs & ham sandwiches, which was almost as good as the one turkey and bacon sandwich might have been. Okay so I didnt grow up on Starbucks, so remembering tall is small, and other thing like this make ordering what I want, a challenge. Anyway I appreciate the grace, patience and smiles of Starbucks staff!

My wife & I love Starbucks. I just wish the they could be a little more consistent with their beverages. Usually they are really good but sometimes they are below par. Depends on who is making them.

Fast & friendly staff, good drinks. I liked that the seating area is a separate section away from the drink prep area, so its quieter. Clean & spacious.

I visited this store mid morning. It was busy but the employees were still pleasant. They were adequately staffed and kept things moving. The store has indoor and limited outdoor seating, two unisex restrooms (only one person at a time)and handicap accessible. Overall the store was clean and comfortable. The only issue I have is that it has limited parking and is somewhat difficult to get into from the main street.

The Starbucks, like any other, is standard with its drinks, but they have never screwed up my drink and Ive always received kind and good service. I can get kind of busy here, so I order ahead.

Great workers obviously Starbucks is great.I would just give it 3 stars based on the location and the parking.doesnt take much to fill up the drive-through and when the drive thru is too full its very difficult to even get in.also its only accessible if youre traveling southbound on route 3 if youre coming northbound on a route 3 you cannot access their Parking lot.

This is a great location. Located on State St., the area has been recently renovated. The Starbucks store itself has a good amount of space. Ive seen entire families go in here and sit at the large table they have. Theres a drive-thru as well. The staff are great! They call you by name and they treat you well. Ive come here many years and have had no issues with anything or anyone. I highly recommend this Starbucks; its one of my favorites.

Was a good experience. I was able to park fairly easy (although getting out of the parking lot was a little more difficult.) The baristas were great. The seating area is spacious yet cozy. The restrooms were clean. My daughter and I had a nice time sitting and talking before our afternoon adventures.

Starbucks is often made fun of because of their sugary flavor. Apparently they have taken this to heart and no longer put coffee in their mochas. Today nice was pure syrup, I will only be going to real coffee shops in the future.

This is the slowest Starbucks, for both drive through and in store. 20 minute wait is standard.

Service is always great and coffee is perfect, but its too bad that there is often nowhere to sit down or hang out since the same group of senior citizens like to take over the whole joint - all while sipping on a small coffee for 3 hours. Beware of the crazy guy who stands by the door and talks to himself while reading the newspaper... creeps me out every time!

I want to say that my experience was so bad because they were training someone new at the register and the person making drinks. But they rang my order in wrong and I had to wait 25 minutes to get the wrong drinks.. definitely frustrating

Do you enjoy fighting for parking in the smallest parking lot imaginable? Being completely ignored by baristas? Seeing the construction workers who are supposed to be remodeling the drive thru leaning against the counter, blocking your access to cream, sugar, and napkins? Then this is the place for you!

Sure its just another Starbucks but the staff was quick and friendly and the building is an old bank, which made it seem cooler than your typical strip mall Starbucks location. I dined on the bagel with a nice low day cream cheese (helps maintain my model caliber body) and it was perfectly toasted with just the right bit of brown. As a result of the toasting success the temperature was just right to melt the cream cheese as I spread it on, thus creating a magical editable glue to adhere the two halves together while I dined on it. Overall cant be missed, although getting into the parking lot from one direction isnt easy but thats the traffic engineers fault so I wont punish Mr. Bucks and his small local coffee establishment.
