Terrible customer service. A man and a women constantly harassed me. They always have an attitude and tried to publicly humiliate me when my card declined. I dont know whats going on in this store but something needs to be fixed about those two employees. I had my kid in there and they kept yelling at him to stop touching the glass on the ice cream case. Terrible. Will never come here again.

The store on Cherry Bottom practices no social distancing. Sign on door says Masks Required, but while there for 15 minutes five people entered without masks. The young cashier said he cant do anything about it. This store is small in space and 15 people were all in there close together - no social distancing. The cashiers attitude was, oh well, not my problem. He stated that the sign on the door said masks required, but no one cares. The store also is dirty and I see no cleaning agents. Counter where you pay is not wiped off after each customer. They have great ice cream, but it is not worth getting sick over. A warning to people, this virus is real andyou should be careful. I will not shop this store now, nor will my family.

Milkshakes are great. Gas prices always reasonable but I came in to get a milkshake at 11:23 pm and they had the chairs stacked and on top of the tables🤦🏾‍♀️. Thats absolutely gross because 9 times out of 10 theyre probably not gonna wipe the tables off in the morning. Who wants to sit at a table eating their ice cream that the feet of the chair that touch the floor was actually on the table🤢🤮

Thought they would have a great selection of pints but apparently they are out of all flavors other than 4/5 crappy flavors. Not good. Didn’t even have cookie dough. I can bet there was a more in the back but nobody seemed interested in making sure things were stocked

With UDF, it feels like a second home to me. I can relax and have fun, while enjoying some candy and ice cream. Another bonus: employees being able to take time to help you. Want to get coins? A UDF worker will get you some if they have enough. They are very nice and I highly suggest going there.

This establishment has never betrayed me.

Just left there with about 5 items. And the lady working the counter didnt even offer me a bag. And when I said dont worry, I dont need a bag all she said back was okay it was incredibly rude.

Good selection and service.

For years now I have taken my children to get ice cream here. I have finally had enough of the manager always being rude. I have watched her be rude to her employees and customers. She continues to have a Condescending attitude towards everyone around her. For a while I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she’s just having a rough time but this has gone on for a while now. The final straw was when she copped an attitude with my six-year-old son about his hands being on the counter. The manager needs replaced or I am not giving them my business and will continue to spread the word with anyone Im in contact with.

They always have competitive prices on gas and diesel, usually cheaper than others in the area. Good beer selection and great ice cream.

Cashier #268 is rude and unfriendly, needs a new position with no customer interaction.
