My wife and I had our first New Patient exams today. Great experience. State-of-the-Art equipment. Dr. Steinberger was professional and engaging. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. An over-all wonderful experience. The frame selection is also very on-trend with a broad selection. Two thumbs up!

I called SaveOn Water Heating Repair at 9:30 AM for a quote to replace my water heater which had reached the end of its life. They responded to my home by noon. They were professional, courteous, and best of all never complained when my 2 dogs came over to try and “help”. I would recommend this company to anybody needing to replace their water heater.

Dr. Dean Steinberger is a top notch Optometrist that uses the latest in eye technology to serve his patients, his eye exam is very efficient and thorough.Im a sunglass junkie and a glasses junkie and they had some special frames on display, I was torn between a pair of Alexander McQueen and Tom Ford and today it was Ford. I own McQueen but those were purchased in Spain, I was surprised to see such a great selection of frames at the local Optometrists but Dr.Dean spares no expense once again. Cory who helped with frames and lenses has great taste and a sense of style that I really appreciated. Also covid safe environment.

I woke up around 1:30 to a bang, then a whooshing sound. I thought it was a low flying jet. It took me a moment to wake up – I knew exactly what it was – my water heater. By coincidence I heard a water heaters only add earlier in the day. I looked them up and was happy to see it was a 24 hour line. I have gone to Advanced Optometry over 12 years. The service has always been of the highest quality since I began with the late Dr. Lieberman for my glasses and contacts. The present owner and staff continue that excellence. They also carry a wide variety of quality frames. I recommend them highly.

I needed an eye exam and glasses. To make things trickier, I have prior eye damage too. I was so pleased with the ultramodern equipment, speed, efficiency, professionalism, friendly staff, selection and advice. Amazingly enough I was in and out in 35-40 minutes (it would have been 25 minutes but i was indecisive)with new glasses selected and all ordered up!! I would heartily encourage this business!

Showroom was nicely laid out, with a good selection of frames. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They set me up with a same day appointment and had me in and out without sitting in exam room for an extended period of time. I really appreciated that.

The first time I came in for my contact prescription, they did a pretty good job. Doctor was nice and unhurried. However, they were supposed to have given me a rebate for $75 and they didnt. When I called back they said they were out of them and they would email me once they got them back in stock.In the meantime, due to an issue with the prescribed contacts, I got an irritation in my eye. I went in to see what was going on. I was charged $100 for an exam that last approximately 45 seconds. The doctor was clearly rushed, came into the room, without warning rubbed some yellow gunk in my eye without even telling me what it was, said he would write a prescription, and ran out of the room. The rx was going to cost me over $100 and I still didnt know what was going on with my eye. The doctor later called to explain that I had a rash from sleeping in my contacts (I have NEVER slept in my contacts) and that once finishing the RX I could wear my contacts again.I had a family emergency and had to go home for two weeks and was thusly unable to fill my RX. I decided to try to my lens again after this period of time and they are totally fine.This^^ is not care. This^^ is not health.

I rarely go to the Optometrist. The last time I went was when I was 14. I remember the ugly glasses the doctor had for his patients and the stench of old carpet and outdated home improvement magazines. Well, when I started to notice that I couldnt see the computer at work, I asked some friends for some advice on where to get nice looking glasses. They all said Advanced Optometrics in Westlake Village. I called my insurance and there office was an in-network provider so my exam co-pay was cheap. I made the appointment, filled out the paperwork, and saw the doctor pretty quickly. I must say, I was blown away with the advanced technology they have in optometry offices these days. I learned all about my prescription, my eye health, and saw my retina on a very cool 3D display. The doctor took his time explaining to me my options for lenses and introduced me to the optician, Karla. We had a lot of fun picking out glasses. She has great taste for color matching frames and was honest about what fit my face and what didnt. I actually was so excited to pick up my new glasses. I have gotten so many complements about my new Oliver Peoples. Great job! It wont be 20 years before I see the eye doctor again.

Awesome customer service. Karla is the best in styling a womans face for glasses. Great designer eyeglass collection from Oliver Peoples to Tiffany. Dr. Steinberger was very professional and explained all the tests he does to check your eyes.

Dr Steinbeger is one of the last really great clinicians in optometry that just doesnt relay on machines to do the exam but relies on best practices clinical exam. However the optician needs to improve on her customer service skills as we are paying top dollar for glasses, lens & contact lens.

Had the best experience with Dean Steinberger, OD here in Westlake. What a pleasant visit. Front desk ladies are the best in the business. AAAA++++
