Dr. Osterloh answers questions fully and is informative about every step of the eye exam. Their Covid protocols make visiting him very safe.

Dr. Osterloh is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! My eye exam was so thorough and he answered all the questions I had regarding my vision. My previous Dr only really cared for making a sale on some glasses for a prescription I didn’t really need..Scheduling was so easy and the staff was super friendly! I felt safe with all the protocols and safety measures they are taking with COVID. 10/10 would recommend 👌👌

The most disrespectful, unprofessional, incompetent and stupid people working together. I made an appointment almost 2 month ago and they call me 5 days before saying they don’t take my insurance, they are so incompetent and unprofessional that even didn’t offer me if I want to pay for the appointment. Disrespectful regarding to my time and my health needs.

Dr Osterloh is exceptionally friendly and patient, and cares a ton about his patients. For example, I had some miscommunication with one of his temporary staff members who was filling in due to Covid and maternity leave. The miscommunication resulted my lenses not having all of the features I wanted. The more-experienced staff member promptly fixed the lenses at no extra charge, and the Dr Osterloh offered a generous rebate for my troubles. Ive been Dr Osterlohs patient since 2017 when he was practicing in Moorpark, and I plan to keep visiting his office as long as Im living in the area!

When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically requested I didnt want to have to do a follow up as Ive been wear contacts for 20 years. I just wanted to renew my RX and get the same contacts. They agreed on the phone. When I arrived in person they had changed their mind. Waste of time.
