My first appointment was positive. I was greeted warmly and efficiently by the receptionist/optical technician. The Ophthalmologist was thorough, professional and I got excellent feedback and reassurance from the examination. No pressure to change glasses but positive assistance when I ordered new sunglasses.

I love this office! I had an emergency with ripping my last contact and was having a crazy hectic morning. I called them right away, Kristine and Jasmin went above and beyond to help me and assure me they had the exact contacts I needed. They were incredibly gracious and kind. One of the best optometrist in the area! Jasmine at the front desk is a gem and has always taken the best care of me. I am incredibly pleased with the availability of this office; I have made some last-minute requested that were taken care of swiftly with their assistance. I had a phenomenal experience today with the Wink team. Jasmine and Christine went above and beyond for me and brought a smile to my face as soon as I walked in the door. After being helped, I decided to browse through the glasses selection. To no surprise at all, they greeted and conversed with every customer who came in after me and there’s no doubt they brightened their days as well.I’m currently a resident of Atlanta, Ga. But if folks in the Thousand Oaks community are anything like Jasmine and Christine, then I may just start house hunting. Shoot, I may even make Wink Optometry my official Optometrist and just start coming into town for eye appointments every 6 months.I would highly recommend trusting this team with all your eye care needs.
