Overall just shattered my expectations, the optical techs who helped me out were so helpful and genuinely attentive. The optical shop was clean organized. They have some great selection of frames and brands.Sergio has great customer service skills and I’m happy that I walked in and he knew how to attend to a new customer just wanting to get some info.Thank you sir. You did a great job. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I’ve had multiple positive experiences at this location! I’m especially impressed with Lisa- she is patient, kind, and SO helpful. I brought in my daughter’s glasses today that needed a tricky fix because the screw kept falling out. She fixed it for free, same day! With 3 kids and myself in glasses, they can definitely expect my return business.

The team at Target Optical has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my (complex) eyeglass needs. From beginning to end I felt well-taken care of and everyone made sure I got exactly what I needed. It was an involved process as my first eye doctor got my prescription wrong and my progressives and my sunglasses had to be redone. Love this place! Its actually pretty fast out of my way, but the docs are awesome and the optical center is just amazing. Shannon is so great in the optical department! Every time I go in she helps me out, takes her time with every customer and saves me money. Worth the extra miles.

Such an easy experience. Called around and no one else would help me, but called Target Optical and I was in 30 minutes later. All the workers were pleasant and the doctor got me right in and out. New go-to spot.

This place is awesome. We were looking for plastic frames and they had way more selection and high-end frames than stores we went to in Brentwood and even Costco in Marina Del Ray. For designer frames, prices were less than half of store-brand frames at optical stores and cheaper than the ones at Costco.
