Went into the store with my son and when we were ready to check out we stood at the register while the employees talked for several minutes. When the female employee finally came to ring us up she didnt say anything to us through the entire transaction just continued to chat with other employees. When she was done still nothing was said to us... not thank you, have a nice day... nothing. The rudeness lead to a bad experience and I wont return.

The store is spacious and clean. They have a large selection of shoes and clothes. Some of the sales associates are very helpful and take the time to help you. But there are a few that just look around and not really want to assist it seems. But for the most part its a good store.

Asked if they had a specific shoe, before I was answered they said your not allowed to have your dog aka my service animal in the store. In which I told them she is nice and is a service animal and then they just walked away and ignored me while I went to look at the specific shoe. Since I didnt receive any help I would not EVER return to this location and maybe even store period. Plus Ill be sure to tell my family and friends that they like to ignore you and like to be rude at this location.

Nope. For real, I walked in and spent 10 minutes being ignored by everyone working. By working I mean: two people gabbing by a rack of shoes, one lady talking on her phone, another playing on her phone and a young man sitting near the back texting. No other people were in the store.

I buy a lot of Tee shirts from the Westland location and my son buys his shoes from here.I have never had a problem. They are always polite and helpful.

They cannot even pick up the phone i called about 25 times and they did not pickup
