Worst buying experience Ive encountered. Bought a Ford F-350 a couple months back. Has been in the shop since fixing various other things like I expected on a 97 truck. Mechanic opened up the engine this past week and found black coagulated sludge hardened around everything. Definitely take any vehicle to a private mechanic BEFORE buying from these clowns. Live and learn I guess.

Worst experience buying from here. A used vehicle Im aware it will have problems. But this had major electric issues that definitely was on there in to be fix. 2weeks the vehicle was with them. Yet back and forth many times because they assumed they fixed it the first time, which to come find out it wasnt fixed. So here I am again waisted my time to get some one to follow me there to get it dropped off from there to get my ride to take me to work after. The last day they had it there to be fix I mentioned to them the battery voltage was dropping low fast and asked them if they can check just to be sure is safe to drive off. They definitely did check stated its all good is just a alternator problem thats making the gauge trip out that it still has a year of life, In my head I knew that didnt sound right but trusted there words. I Drove off that same day from westminister to just dying off close to downtown highway on a heavy traffic day. Being stuck on the highway for 30min finally got a tow back to them. For them to waist more time out my work and my workers day. No help from them to cover the tow cost or any cost. To now having to pay my first month on a van I didnt even have for over 2 weeks.

Do not buy from this Dealership absolute garbage Vehicles. I bought Truck from them as is 2 days ago and now the truck isn’t running. “Was” in perfect condition . I paid cash and now they won’t fix a thing on the truck at their cost. Save your money and Go somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE! I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for a vehicle purchase. I just bought a van from this place and should not have. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed the heat did not work. I told them I would buy the van if they fixed the heater. They agreed so I made the purchase. Trusting that they had fixed it as agreed upon, I took the van on a road trip only to find mid way through, the heater was not fixed, which most likely lead to the coolant issues that left me stranded in the desert.These are not trustworthy salesmen. If you buy from them be sure to have a professional check it out first.

Wow, definitely buyer beware! What you would expect from the consummate used car sales people. They sure know how to dance around what works and what doesnt. I guarantee there are more trustworthy used car dealerships out there. Run away, dont second guess that gut feeling!

Just go somewhere else. The truck I bought needs all kinds of work, what now seems to me that they activity tried to hide. My tailgate won’t even open. Walk away from this, no, RUN!

Test drove 2 trucks here found mechanical issues with both. Was willing to still buy one but the prices here are set and sales guy didn’t even try to negotiate. Then was rude when I brang my mom with me who was loaning me the money for the truck. After he was rude to her we didn’t even want to stay

Well I have had one encounter with this dealership years ago and the manager seemed indifferent then. Fast forward to June 2020 and I inquired on Facebook marketplace about a service truck that I saw and me and my brother were thinking about getting for my dad. I asked if they would go lower for a cash offer and they said no but apparently they thought I was playing around or something because I got, what I felt, was a passive aggressive response. After reading the reviews of this dealerships past encounters with other people, I guess its a hit or miss with these people. I guess I caught them with a stick up their hind end or something but oh well, I guess Ill take my money to a place that deserves it. If you want a really quality dealership that sells good trucks and has fantastic customer service, Id urge you to go elsewhere.

Choice one motors in Westminster has the best selection of cars and the best customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase from them—which I attribute to their sales guy, George, who was so friendly and personable. He really helped me find the right car to fit my needs.The paperwork process was fast and seamless. Once we found the right car, I was in and out on the open road!It’s also a locally owned business, so I was very happy I was able to support a local business and family in my own community.

These the owner is plan RUDE! Looks like these people have other bad reviews for being RUDE. The sales guy lied and was dishonest! These people seem hard up for money and dont care about people. So SAD! I would not recommend this place.

Absolutly dont buy here. Several years ago they sold me a truck that wouldnt pass emissions knowing all well that it is illegal PERIOD to do so. After they told me to f off I filed a complaint with the DOR licensing board they gave them three choices to remedy the problem. What they did was put sub par parts that werent emissions compliant in the truck and did only part of the repairs then wiped my computer de-tuning the truck all the while holding my truck for over two weeks for a half days worth of work. Now when I got my truck back they brought emissions papers. DOR dropped the compliant even though I pointed out they did not do an emissions compliant repair and it would fail the first time it was taken to an honest emissions testing center. So now here we are and I have to file another complaint with DOR possibly also with the DOR agents superiors. George senior and jr as well as the other salesmen do not care if you ever come back they will sweet talk you into a sale and will blatantly refuse to make things right knowing they broke the law. I refuse to let them have the truck to repair it again. To be truthful I would normally say things that would make JR cry but I will remain calm and composed and Ill now have to seek repairs that they Will have to be responsibility of choice one if for some reason they refuse to make it right I also have an attorney on retainer to take action. Choice - enough is enough.

Super excited about my Chevy passenger van I just bought from them. Both George Jr. and George Sr. provided me with exceptional customer service. Their prices are fair and they were more than willing to work with me so I could get everything in line for financing and inspection. I would absolutely buy from them again!!!

I am the owner of a meal prep company and last month my business had grown so much I could no longer fit my orders into my run-down 1991 Subaru. I needed to upgrade my work vehicle to something more reliable with more room. A friend of mine recommenced at Choice One Motors she had bought a Chevrolet van there the year before and it was still running great. When I arrived a Choice One I was greeted by a friendly staff in a no pressure environment. I ended up buying a 1997 Chevrolet van, and have had no problems with it what so ever and its been a little over six months. Great place to buy a used car or truck, keep up the great work guys!

Even though we didn’t buy a car here (not for the lack of us trying to convince our teen to purchase a great Pathfinder), George at Choice One was a zero pressure salesman. He was extremely patient as we test drove several vehicles. I would recommend this dealership for a first car or a low cost car.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a truck from this dealership and we can say that we are more than pleased with the customer service we have received! There was no pressure whatsoever on buying a car. Dave was an amazing salesman and was very friendly an was glad to show us all of our options between the two types of cars we were looking at! We ended up purchasing a 2002 Ford F-150 and were very happy with the purchase!We went to show my boyfriends dad the truck and we realized that there was a pretty big leak coming from underneath the vehicle. My boyfriend called the dealership and they said that they would take a look at the problem for us.They called the other day and they’re going to fix the leak for us and split the cost to fix it.Its a used car so you can’t expect everything to be perfect when you purchase it. They just need some love and money and you’ll be sound!Very happy with our purchase and the great customer service offered in this establishment!

I called them about a truck and they said there were no problems. But I got a someone to inspect the car. There was an oil leak. The windshield wipers didnt work. It needed new breaks. The back window didnt have a lock. The odometer hasnt worked for 2 years, so no one knows the miles on it. And there were a lot of other issues. Its a car that I wouldnt feel comfortable selling, let alone say that there are no problems. I dont know if they lied, or simply didnt take a good look at the car before putting it up for sale.

After buying a van from these guys, “oh yeah it’s great, nothing wrong with it it’s perfect” and soon. Now with driving it less that 40 miles from when purchased i have an airbag light and service engine soon light, I had to replace upper and lower ball joints on both sides, as the van could not even drive straight I have the receipt as well front brake pads and rotors metal on metal. Shame on you for your practices I will be shouting this from the rooftops I will personally make sure you don’t get any business from me or anyone I talk to. What a shame I wanted to like you.

I came a long way to look at a truck that was completely misrepresented online and a complete waste of my time. The truck was said to be rust free and the cab corners are falling out with rust. The salesman continue to try to press upon me that this was a clean” truck. That is a lie at best as the interior is completely falling apart there is dents all over the body and worn pain it is leaking oil and more.I can respect trying to make a buck but this is outright blasphemy. if I had been someone that doesnt know much about vehicles I would have been completely shafted in this sale as the truck is actually completely unsafe to drive with all the steering and suspension components worn out and I was not even notified before my test drive that the vehicle can not stay tracking and straight line.Salesman said he has no room and the sale even though he is booked $1,000 / NADA clean retail sale price and this truck is a pile. This would not bother me if he was not outright lying to my face about it.There is complete lack of organization in the office as well and no level of professionalism whatsoever. I will never come back and I would advise others to stay away as well Ive never had such a bad experience at a car dealership.

I bought My 1995 Ford Bronco about 6 months ago from Choice One Motors and it is still running great - The other day I was driving by there Lot, and I thought I was so pleased with the customer service and the overall buying experience, I need to write a review on google about these guys - When I arrived at their lot I already knew exactly what I wanted and instead of trying to sell me another higher priced vehicle or trying to push another vehicle on me like all the other dealerships I had visited while searching from my vehicle, George had me in and out in like 30 minuets at most - George was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fair - I would recommend Choice one Motors to any one looking for a quality used car or truck- Thanks again George!

Good dudes!!!! Was looking for used truck and visited several times. Absolutely know pressure, George, Lee and Jr. were all personable and very honest about their vehicles. If your looking for balloons and starbucks when u walk in the door maybe not your place. If you want used vehicles that are represented honestly for what they are its a great place. They dont shine their vehicles up and tell u grandma drove them to store, or all highway miles like everybody else. Was told my excursion would need brakes and shocks pretty soon even though I would not have known. It did and thats the kind of honesty that will bring me back. If your looking for higher mileage used vehicles for a great price Choice One is it.

If i could give -1 -5 i would these THE BBB should shut these people down and the city should cite them for taking advantage of disability people. I had a head injury and 8 mionths later needed a car to get me to drs. since i was not working i only had about 6 grand. I called and asked about a jeep for 4000 thinking in a year 2 grand or so to get me moving to last me at least a year or maybe max 3000 I ASKED THREE QUESTIONS AND SAID I NEED SOMONE I CAN TRUST - i asked is check engine light on- how is the rust and tires- well showed up to CA with check engine light onRUST WAS OMG the metal bumpers feel off. - i am not sure what these people where thinking when i said i was disabled and really need someone i can trust - 6500 $ in repairs later in less than a year. NOW it may need 3400 repair. so IF I WAS YOU ID STAY CLEAR its not even worth the time - these day and age i am pretty sure peoples time is important and trust. I was so nice for moths but now I will do my best to put you out of biz. for those who may want to team up and get these people to stop lying and selling lemons used cars. where is the love where is the freaking LOVE we are all people. I would of waited or had you service it dude you all screwed with the wrong person. JUSTICE WILL PREVAL>

Lemon dealers. They sold me a truck that had low compression in one of the cylinders. The stick shift has to be replaced with of course dealer parts. the where the key goes in has to be fixed. Now I have had the truck 1 1/2 days and its in the repair shop. Not only does this guy cheat the public he cheats on his wife.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but still very friendly and showed me a few trucks that I might consider. No pressure to buy. Would recommend.

If you value your money, do not buy from this business. I bought a nice looking Ford truck from them recently with no check engine lights, and realized after a trip into the mountains that it was losing oil FAST (1qt/100 miles). I took it to a shop, and they said the turbo was bad, and there were about 4 leaks that needed to be fixed. I thought the oil problem was under control. It was not. I continued to lose oil and it drove very poorly. Then the cam sensor went out, and a new shop told me that a fuel injector was bad. This was all within 1000 miles after I purchased the truck. Then the shop did a compression test and found that one of the cylinders was at 250 lbs. Should be around 400. They said the thing needs new engine seals or just a new engine. So... this $9000 truck will end up costing closer to 20,000 when its all said and done. This truck has essentially ruined my life financially for a year or two. Do not buy from this company. They lie through their teeth.

We had a BAD experience with this company........ I walked in looking for TWO cars to buy...... I had already made my Mind up that I wanted one for sure, and the second one,, (I was buying for my daughter ) we were going to take for a test drive to make sure it was safe for her,....(as he said it was there just as a tow off vehicle... But he said that it runs great, I havent found any problems.... Well, we took it for a test drive, it had many knocks in the engine, we found an exhaust leek in the manifold, and we tried to set the parking brake, just to make sure all of the other things are working........ He asked us why would you put the parking brake on, in an Automatic?....... It wouldnt release..... We replied that we were just checking things out...... George, the salesman, continued on griping that we had set the brake, to his co-workers, (after griping at us).... Which, of coarse pissed off my boyfriend, and then he got lippy with my fb, which left George, empty handed... So, George wouldve maybe sold, not one, but two cars that day,.(we had the down payment in cash).... But he was so immature that we left, angry, and frustrated.I would NEVER send anyone, I know, to this dealership, ever.......... Plus, he wouldnt garentee his cars, to bring back if something was wrong..... This was after he said they have a full service garage there on the premises... What the hell?? NOT A HAPPY PATRON OF THIS COMPANY.... WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB, FOR SURE!! I HATE CAR SALESMEN!! This. Is why......I hope that the owner will see this post, and talk to his salesmen about courtesy and politeness. Im not sure this place could have had less customer service if they had tried! A friend and I arrived, cash in hand and ready to buy and were quite blatantly ignored. We parked in front and walked into the front part of the lot-no one came to greet us so we looked around and waited, still no one came to help. We walk inside to talk to someone but were greeted with an empty office but figured someone would come in after hearing the loud alarm telling them someone was there but nope, no one came in. So we walked around the back to look at the rest of the vehicles and find someone to help us. When we walked back there, there was 1 other customer who was being helped by a sales guy and another sales guy walking inside. That one did say Hi! Hows it going?....as he quickly kept on walking never asking if we needed help and obviously didnt care because after walking around the rest of the lot, he had still never came back out. We were actually interested in 2 vehicles that didnt have prices so I asked a guy that seemed to be working there but he wasnt in sales and went in to tell someone we needed help. We stood there for a few more minutes waiting for help and NOONE EVER CAME OUT TO HELP US!!! I like to have time to look around on our own as much as the next person but this came off as rude. I would avoid them due to this because if they were this apathetic towards people that practically BEGGED to be sold a car, who knows what else this car lot doesnt care about

I bought my 99 Ford Expedition from C.O.M. about 4 months ago. The sales staff met with and stayed late with me to get everything taken care of during the purchase. I love my new vehicle and would most definitely shop there in the future!

Although I didnt end up buying a car here, I want to thank my sales guy who was very honest with me about the cars that I was looking at. He didnt try to pressure me into anything, and encouraged me to go home and do my research on the market for that particular car so that I could find myself the best deal (turns out he was actually right). I would recommend it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is likely the shadiest place Ive ever visited. Firstly the vehicle I was interested in was buried in the back corner. I had literally a couple inches to squeeze into the door, and had to boost the vehicle myself as the sales man was too large to do so himself. I was then told they were not interested in taking the vehicle out of the corner so I could get a good look at it or take it for a drive unless I paid a downpayment for layaway or paid for the car cash. It is completely unacceptable to expect someone to pay for a vehicle they cant even open ever door to, or take for a road test. BUYER BEWARE of this place. Oh and the vehicle pictured on the website is a completely different vehicle than I seen.

Spoke with a salesman about a car they had that was overpriced, i was interested in the car and tried to negotiate about being fair about the price and he was rude and didnt want to come down even though the car is 20 YEARS OLD!

Got a used car here and had them fix spark plugs because they were almost non existent. Drove off lot and had to get it towed to a mechanic a week later because it stopped turning and leaked all power steering fluid. Ending up having to replace lines of car, flush out pp, get timing belt and water pump replaced, and refill power steering, additional $1600 on car. Mechanic said this was leaking before buying. I got hosed.

Called reference a truck they had asking if price was firm, after a couple minutes of dealer talk he seceded it was. I told him I had cash in hand and could get a year older with less miles for 1500 less and wasnt interested in financing, so I was just looking for my best deal. He then went on a tirade about not understanding why people contact him and then tell him about other vehicles blah blah blah, so he understands why he wants to make the most money, but not why people want to save the most money...red flag to me, I can deal with dealer talk but a dealer that doesnt understand customers searching for deals? DOUCHE! Dealer fyi if its been on your lot a month, its obviously not priced right!

I just want to thank JR since there are 2 Georges there apparently for being so transparent about their business practices . Ran a carfax on a 2010 Longbed GMC Sierra there that had been tipped over and blown side airbag . Not a big deal, until he decided to tell us that the report was false . Tried to claim a Carfax report was inaccurate . If you want the cliches of a used car dealer this is your place !

These guys are scary and have no problem lying to your face. They get very angry when you have one of their cars inspected and decide to not buy it because you learned that it needs LOTS of work and that it is priced too high. Maybe they think they can make up stories because I am a woman and they dont think I know anything. I will never go back to this place!

First of all, I have to say that I bought my truck from Choice One Motors back in mid-2010. However, I feel obligated to leave a good review for these guys because I had a great experience buying my truck there! I saw a 1997 Ford F-150 on craigslist so I went down to take a look. I already have a car and I wasnt in a huge rush to buy a second vehicle, so I asked George if I could take the truck to my mechanic. He said yes so I actually drove the truck all the way up to Boulder from Westminster!! My mechanic looked over it and pointed out the minor things on the truck (all of which could be expected given the age of it). So after taking their truck to a different city and to a mechanic for several hours, George still accepted a very decent price!! I still have the truck and it drives great!! I dont know if their business practices have changed since then, but I would highly recommend any place that will let me take the car to a mechanic beforehand.

Just look at some of their listings (KBB 1,700 - 4,000 / their asking price, $7,500) . . . Nuff said.

My $6 k truck from choice one didnt last but 4 months before it started misfiring. Wierd electrical issue that turning on the headlights overrides the heat to recirculating maximum heat.

CONSUMER ALERT!!!Do Not buy a car here! I had been looking at a Jeep wrangler they had that was advertised on craigslist as mechanically perfect. They wanted $5400 for the jeep. my wife and I talked to a man named Lee and he assured us that the jeep had gone through thier shop and it was in excellent condition and when I asked him if he could show me any paperwork or any proof at all he told me he didnt need to and then said well do you want it or not. he was very short and condesending with my wife as well. so we ended up buying the jeep and when we went to the finance company the lady let it slip that the jeep was only worth $4000 dollars at the most at auction. Then it didnt even make it back to fort collins. I had to pay to have it towed home. I got it to a mechanic and he told me that the fuel pump,radiator and catallitic converter need to be replaced. so I called goerge the owner at choice one and told him what happend he called me a liar so i had the mechanic send him proof and the fact that there was $1300 dollars in repairs goerge said that i bought it as is but if i brought it back he would detail it for free. This shop is the reason used car dealers have the reputation of being greasy sleezy crooks way to live up to the sterio type goerge.DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. So my $4000 jeep ended up costing almost $7000 I will be reporting them to the BBB.
