I have tried for two plus years now and finally thought I would right a review about it. Guys - when people unsubscribe and ask to be taken off - just do it! And if your outsourced IT group cant do it, find someone who can......

They have a massive selection of home decor. Customer service is very helpful as well.

I am so happy to have found Fig Linens! I usually find shopping for home décor online stressful and impersonal. But I saw some things I liked on the Fig Linens site, so I took a chance. I didn’t regret it! The store owner was friendly and responsive when I had questions about my order, and she went out of her way to make sure that I’d be happy with it. She really cares! I don’t usually post reviews, but I was so impressed with the whole experience that I had to share. I highly recommend Fig Linens. Beautiful inventory and fabulous customer service!

I always love to shop at this delightful store whenever visiting Westport. Needing to replace our aging Sferra sheets, the shop owner was extremely helpful, professional and friendly on the phone. (We are trying to stay as close to home as possible AND also trying to support local businesses). The website is easy to negotiate, but I needed some help locating the correct line and pattern. The shop owners advice assured I was purchasing the right thing. She was so nice, I felt I HAD visited the shop. Bottom line: this is a lovely store and resource if you are lucky enough to be shopping in person or on line.

Loved the selection at Fig and quickly received my bedspread and pillow shams. Great doing business with this company.

I ordered 2 pillowcases on November 3 and charged immediately to my Amex card... never heard another word nor did I receive my order as of November 20. No answer to my numerous phone calls.. or my emails...shall file a complaint with Amex.. even Amazon has better customer service and advises immediately when an item is not available.

This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever received. I first purchased a set of pillows that showed as available on their website. I was charged for them. Never received them. When I inquired, they said they are not available (even though they still show as available today). I had to CALL to be reimbursed for an order that was never shipped to me. I ordered another set of pillows that were indicated as machine washable. I washed them according to instructions and the color came off the pillows and they become hard. I inquired about what could be done and they would do NOTHING after several emails and phone calls! The owner I spoke to actually judged me on why I washed them in the first place! They are severely lacking customer service skills and common decency. Go elsewhere with your business - they dont deserve to be in business. UPDATE: The response below from the company is untrue. This was not offered to me as a resolution. After I saw this response, I contacted the company again and have not heard back. They are untruthful and dishonest.

Besides carrying only the best quality products, the staff are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly. This is the only place where the experience is as good as the stuff the sell.
