Our sales representative Ruth Cicero was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and explained every aspect of the Tempur-pedic bed and adjustable frame. Things we did not think about asking was brought up and addressed by Ruth to make sure we had the best possible experience in buying the right bed for us. She was extremely helpful in writing up the sale applying all sales discounts and financing that was available. We were extremely grateful to have her help in buying the perfect bed for us.

This store is very good and displays every combination of beds. Ruth is very helpful and explained very clearly the various choices. She guided us through a clear decision process. I visited the Wesport location and tested out several different beds today. ETA: I have to amend my review because while my in store experience was great, they have done NOTHING to follow up. I have no mattress. No one has called. At least Sleepy’s delivered my last mattress immediately.I’ve bought Tempurpedic in the past, but at a mattress store. What a difference it was shopping in the Westport store with Ruth to help me.I like to get things done efficiently. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but it wasn’t quite right. Ruth knew exactly what to steer me to instead and it was PERFECT. Ruth even helped me find a great lumbar pillow I didn’t even know they made.I will add that this store instituted all sorts of safety measures for the pandemic and I hope they keep doing it. They lay down a clean piece of fabric each time you want to lie down to test a mattress. How nice it was to know I wasn’t putting my head where a hundred others had been.

I see youve received many positive reviews and am sorry to have to take exception. Yes, Ruth was quite pleasant, however I feel that I was extremely mislead re: my purchase. I dont know how many times I emphasized my need for an ultra firm mattress; I never once heard that the mattress I was steered to even had the word medium firm in its name, until I contacted the store by phone a week later and was thus enlightened, which would have made this mattress unacceptable to me. The actually firm mattress, which is what I would have purchased had she not merely mentioned it briefly, calling it the rock and making me feel that it was an aberation of a mattress. After trying the two (more expensive) adapt mattresses, which felt comfy in the store, after an hour plus I wasnt about to spend much more time trying the last mattress, which she basically talked me out of by her concentration on the other two and negative attitude toward the firm mattress. After a week of actually SLEEPING on the medium firm mattress my problematic back is in great distress. It is awful for me, way too soft, and after only 2 weeks I wanted to change to the firm which would have been my initial choice and continue my initial trial period with the initial 90 days as promised me. The store to date is not honoring this and I am very disappointed in light of the fact that I feel very misled and not heard by this staff.UPDATE:I am happy to say that I have heard from the store and the management has decided to honor our initial agreement. I will say that my overall experience was very positive and I think there was merely some miscommunication between us.Thanks to the staff for understanding my plight. Much appreciated!

Ruth was such a pleasure helping us find the perfect mattress. She wasnt pushy and was extremely informative and calming. As someone with severe back pain and scoliosis, it was important to figure out which bed offered the best support. We previously had a tempurpedic for ten years and loved it. We made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Casper- which was uncomfortable and painful to sleep on. We ultimately returned the Casper for another Tempurpedic.
