Weve bought two beds from here and have been pleased with our purchases. On the most recent trip the store manager (?) Bob A. was most helpful and also a very honest man. When he noticed the corporate office shorted us $205 on our return, he called the corporate office to correct the discrepancy, called me to tell me about it (wed already left and not noticed the issue ourselves) and refunded us the money owed. I feel this was very honest and a great show of integrity...that some other retailers would not have taken the time to find the error, or even refund the money to the customer. The Mattress Delivered was nothing like the mattress in the showroom. The sales rep Nancy was awful to work with. She answers most of your questions with a question. And the few answers she does give are not helpful. For example All mattresses are firm. Sadly she would not point out the firm core mattresses that have a soft pillowtop or outer layer. Truly a painful experience!

If you are shopping for a Mattress, look no further than this store. And, in particular, the manager, Bob DAuria. I live in Queens (nowhere near Westport Ct.). I had an issue with an order and could not find anyone at the store that I ordered my items from. On a whim, I called this store to see if someone could help me. Bob DAuria was the only person (out of several calls to customer service) who helped me, even though I did not make my purchase at his store. I told him my tale of woe, and and I finally got a call back from the manager of the store where I made my purchase. It is obvious to me that Bobs clients come first (and even if you are not his client, he will help, if need be). If I lived anywhere near Westport, Ct. would definitely come to his store. You dont find many people in sales like Bob. If integrity is important to you, look no further.
