The staff was friendly enough. When the first CSR couldnt immediately answer my questions, a second CSR joined right in. There were 3 of them and I was the only customer in the store. I thought I did my research before I went in there, but they were telling me things that seemed different from what I thought I knew. I wasnt prepared to change carriers yet, so I left without going through the process, I need feedback from my other family line members before I switch carriers for the first time in nearly 30 yrs. I plan on going back to this store when I am really ready.

This T-mobile location has been perfect to my grandparents and I. After sprint was bought out by T-mobile it was hard to find a reliable cell company and we tried a couple. This newer T-mobile location features great employees at every level and also a friendly calm environment, the staff at this location has represented and won me over 10 fold. I promise you this T-Mobile store is grade A and I can say confidently that this store is legit.

Just say No to tmobile.No help from the customer service and in store staff including the store manager tried to scam my family .When they tell you “We will change your number in order to Save you money” that means they Are adding another line and accesories without your knowledge.

Although I added some kind reviews about them before, I can no longer say the same things anymore. Our bill keeps getting higher and higher, and there is no help. The payment plan is so confusing, and now that Sprint and T-Mobile have merged, I received another increased bill. Before this, my husband went to this store at least ten times to resolve the matter, but its getting ridiculous at this point. Now were just waiting for our contract to end. Disappointed!!

I can’t tell you enough good things about Raymond Rose. This guy goes above and beyond his job duties he’s a great role model for his staff and he knows how to satisfy his customers. I followed his work and I am a raving fan. I have four lines one iPad and an Apple Watch he make sure that I don’t pay anymore than I have to. His training techniques and the way he works with his staff has always impressed me.

First, there is no manager at all so you are wasting your time if you have any issue because manager is the only one who can help you with your issue. second, there math is always so wrong. they break down your monthly bill before you sign up but when you get your first bill, your bill is way too higher than it should be so when you call them, they tell you, there is no manager in this and they cant help you please call customer service. everyone is really nice who works there especially abdul and christine but there is this guy skinny who claim he is a district manager, never ever trust his words.

I am sorely disappointed in this store. My partner called 2 days ago to ask if I could come in to update my phone. They said yes so I made the online appt. and went in the same day. I was told that I couldnt do it without him present because Im not an authorized user. Okay, fine. So I went on to ask how he could authorize me and they were extremely unhelpful. First of all, they gave me wrong advice. My partner was on the phone with me trying to figure out how to add me and they werent helping us at all. They were lethargic and rude about the whole thing. I left and was finally able to get added (which was not the way they told me). Then I made another appt online today (which is the only way they make appts right now) and I drove in heavy rain and wind from Simsbury to the store. They wouldnt even let me in and I was standing there in the rain trying to talk to them. They told me that they were now only letting people make upgrade appts if their phone is broken. I said that wasnt the case two days ago and they said it just changed today. I told them the website said nothing about this and they said they knew. SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW THEY COULDNT TAKE 5 SECONDS OUT OF THEIR DAY TO CALL ME AND TELL ME ABOUT THEIR NEW POLICY WHEN THEY SAW I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT. I work in healthcare and I am expected to go into work and risky my health and the health of my family and I am expected to do my job. They couldnt be bothered to take just 5 seconds out of their day to call me and ask if my phone was broken because their policy changed. There was no remorse for the fact that I came from so far away. There was no remorse at all. I am not giving Sprint any more of my money and I am looking into AT&T to buy out my plan. I had AT&T before this and they had amazing customer service but were more expensive. Well, Id rather pay more money for a tomato that I can eat then pay less for a rotten tomato. I called customer service but they only tried to sell me a phone. Unbelievable. Im actually stunned at the lack of common courtesy in this store. During these difficult times, I am expected to help others and do my job at the hospital I work at while they cant even have the decency to make a 5 second phone call, text, or email.

Shame on them.Lying staff told me five lines for $ 100 a month, a phone for $ 25 a month, tuo watches from $ 14 each amonth. All these for 24 months. And my bill was $ 270 for the first month. you can do the math.P.S I paid taxes in advance.
