If I could give a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. And the salesman, Rob P., was so rude. There has only been one person nice I have talked to there. I called several times for an oil change and was promised a free inspection, and never received a call back to schedule. I called the salesman, Rob, the service department and even a manager. Each time, I was told that I would get a call back. I even sent an email with my concerns and Rob answered it saying he would look at inventory on the lot. WHAT?!? I dont want a new vehicle yet, just an oil change. Never again. They threatened that my warranty wouldnt be covered if I went somewhere else, but what am I to do? I had to pay for my inspection someplace else and now need to get an oil change ASAP because they kept giving me the run around.I will definitely be buying my next Cadillac or any vehicle from someplace else. I should have listened to my friends when they told me NOT to go there. :(

Listen to the other reviews! I went here because my husband had gotten good service in the past. I wont make that mistake again. They did at least wash my van when they FINALLY finished it; but no apology for taking so long to do the work. My van didnt move from their parking lot for an ENTIRE WEEK. No offer to make up for my inconvenience. NOT impressed by their customer service no matter what the hold music says...

Took forever to get my car fixed. They forgot to repair things ... Twice! I specifically told them about items to repair and they didnt. Worse, my conversation with three different people about the repairs was never noted, causing an item to not get repaired. More waiting to get my car repaired. On the positive side, they were always nice. Repairs were professionally done. They tried to accommodate. If you go here, make sure to get things in writing or they write it down and keep on top of them. Get a firm timeline.

I will never go back to this auto shop, they could never tell me when my car would be done or when the parts would be in . But when my boyfriend or father would call they could tell them all the information they needed. They had my car for a month, they said it would be done on the 13th and wasn’t done till the 23rd

So I took my car to have a little repair work done from someone running a red light and hitting my drivers side back. Damage wasnt that bad. When my car was supposed to be done a week later, they kept changing the due date. When I finally got my car 2 1/2 weeks later, there was dry mud all over my backseat!! Along with 2 huge black garbage bags in my trunk! I dont know what the hell they were doing with my car but its the last!! NEVER AGAIN. Later that night I noticed my headlights have overspray all over them! Thanks for cleaning up the mess!!!

BOB ROBINSON IS GREAT & REPUTABLE! Vehicle was hit by a bear near Elkins, WV. Honest! A West Virginia Black Bear. The Black Bear is the officially recognized state animal of WV. While driving down the road an adult black bear was running (very fast) down a very steep mountain side a little before the beginning of dusk. The road was separated from the very steep mountain side by only a 3 foot wide drainage ditch, that is all. Inexplicably it broadsided the passenger side of our F-450 truck pulling trailerd cattle! According to WV DNR the bear died due to a broken neck. The picture is the remote control for the customer waiting lounge. The size was in hopes of not having another remote control grow legs & run away from home.

So I hit a deer, my car dealership said to take it to Bob Robinson collision. Since I trust my dealership, I did. Huge mistake! The repairs were quoted to take 17 days total including weekends. On day 17, my adjuster called and said they were behind because Jambo and all the mechanics were out (whatever.... I wouldn’t have taken the job if I was the manager and knew I’d be down so many staff, but hey I’m not a garage manager). In the meanwhile I have a rental. After day 23 of no updates, I start calling the office to figure out what’s up... no one answers the phone. Call again next day, the office staff will have to get back to me. She never does. So I call her back the following day for an update.... ordered the wrong parts so now it’s going to take longer (okay I get it, things happen). Day 29, I call in... office staff says my car is ready for pickup but the insurance hasn’t sent in the check yet so I can’t get my car. (Again, okay I get it). I call the insurance and they say that the check is at the collision center and has been there since like day 10, and a supplemental check is on the way for some unanticipated repair expenses. I try to call on day 30.... I’m told that the check is not there and I need to call my insurance. (I would think that this is something that the collision center would do, but hey the customer service has been aweful so I’m not surprised). I call the insurance and they say everything should be fine. Day 31, I get a call from the collision center saying my car is ready and they received the check. (It’s about time because my car rental expired that same day).I get there and do all the paperwork, sign the check (which the office staff confirmed was there the whole time), and I’m given the keys to my car. Not evening caring about how bad the customer service was, I start to look at my car and notice a medium size chunk of my front headlight is missing (probably a 2 inch chunk- very visable). So I go back in and a mechanic comes out and looks at it and says “huh I guess we missed that”. I’m like, you guys had the car for 30 days and didn’t notice that. At this point I’m thinking to myself, “don’t you guys make money off of finding additional things to fix on cars after the insurance adjustment has been quoted” but I keep my cool. The guy says he will order the part and call me when I get in. I guess the part was not on the initial adjusters list so it wasn’t ordered. (You would think that they would inspect and take the car apart before they order, but I could be wrong)So I head back to Pittsburgh for work and notice that when I accelerate from a stopped position or punch the gas (because I’m on 70) I hear a loud fan sound that becomes louder and softer based on my acceleration. I’m late getting back to work so I don’t stop to check it out. Get done, work go home and look under the hood.... not a drop of coolant in my coolant tank.....I seriously can’t believe that they don’t have some sort of inspection checklist that gets done before each car is delivered to the owner. ( The coolant line was severed by the deers face ). When the car was towed in their was every color fluid leaking from it, as if that wasn’t a give away that more fluid should be added. The fan noise I was hearing was my engine telling the fan to kick it in to high gear to cool the motor because there wasn’t enough coolant to do the job (I’m not a mechanic but this is what I could understand based on online forums).Anyways, I haven’t gotten to the next part because I wanted to write the review before I let it slip my mind. Guess I’m going to the store for some coolant. The bad part about this is that I read these same reviews detailing how horrible this place is and still took my car here. I guess I deserved it. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
