The condescending Hispanic, 220 lbs., 58, light skin a-hole on the front desk, who is more concern about correcting customers, searched and found the right part, charge my credit card for the right part, then walked to the back and handed me the WRONG PART. So instead of living his fantasies of grandeur while working on an AUTO PART STORE, coach him to focus in what is important, handing out the RIGHT PART.
Its not a full advanced auto. This is mostly geared towards parts. However they do have a decent selection of cleaning supplies and other basic accessories. If youre looking for a full car accessories store you should go to another. But for what it is if you need parts or some basics theyre great 👍💥
These employees are awesome. Our battery light came on while we were on the freeway. It was mid afternoon and on the heels of a snow storm. Being unfamiliar with the neighborhood I googled auto parts store and this was the closest. Never would have found it otherwise. Replaced the battery but the light still came on... Alternator. 🤔 They made a few calls and lined us up with a mechanic that came to us. They went way out of their way to help get us back on the road. Much appreciated. Great job guys!!

William Rose, Bill as he is known, is a very very nice sales person, very helpful and knowledgeable. The other day I need a simple tail light and he was very attentive and told me about led and incandescent differences and witch and one should I buy . Friday he found and ordered a part Ibneeded and was there today, Monday, as he said . Sure enough he was in the store and even busy with another costumer, took time to say hello and make sure I got my core money back . Thanks Bill . I’ll see you again . 👊
I stopped here for the 1st time ever becauseIt was raining and my wipers needed replacing.There were Two white haired gentleman behind the counter talking . I said hello gents and none of them acknowledged me. One was upset with the computer and the other one was calmingHim down. Not once did they look at me orSaid one second or can I help you. After 10 minutes of standing there I walked out..Very Bad place to go and buy auto parts

Stood around and no one seemed to want to see if we needed help. I wasnt impressed with the employees. Customer service should be key to wanting people to go back. Shop somewhere else if you want good service.. Maybe I caught someone them on a bad day?
Staff here is the only auto parts store I have been to in the area where people dont act like they are doing you some type of favor. I especially want to thank the short woman in the grey shirt (I forgot her name) that tested my alternator within 5 minute of me entering the store and. I was refunded for my bad alt and in and out in under 15. Best auto parts store around and open the longest. These employees have to deal with so much BS its unbelievable. Not all heroes wear capes.
No parking lot which is unusual for an advance auto store. Staff dont seem to provide basic services like wiper blade and light bulb installation. Small has a small selection up front in comparison to other stores. If you are going to this location to pick up parts, do just that. I parked in front to change both front light bulbs. Out of nowhere 5 other customers came and blocked me. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for one of them to move so I had enough space to back out
Was a long time customer of Advanced Auto but after this experience I will strictly be buying from Autozone.I am not quite sure who hired Bill but that should be the last guy working behind the counter. Incredibly rude staff.I purchased a faulty new battery which ended up leaking acid all over my carpet and destroying my car.

Bought oil there for multiple cars but refused the used oil I brought back. They told me to go to new Rochelle or port Chester with it. Next time I’ll support the location where will accept the used oil locally.

Stop the normal auto parts store that I usually go to but these guys were able to help me right away sound exactly what I needed had the part on the counter waiting for me when I got there pulled up my account I was out the door in less than 60 Seconds friendly staff member in the area again I would use them if needed

During my last visit I had to wait for service while an employee cursed out all the others about how f@#king this and that, etc, etc... A real class act. Luckily there is another option in town for autoparts.
