We own two Infinitis in my household. We are always greeted by courteous and professional staff. Ive never had any issues with the parts department, the staff has always been helpful, except recently I encountered an issue with DAVID in the parts department. He was not only rude but very shady and tried to scam me on a ordered part. Employees like him, should not be working behind the counter. He definitely needs to learn customer service skills. I will still rate this place a 4 because the other staff members are not at fault but stay away from this guy, he will try to pull something on you!

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted warmly and taken good care of. The Sales Reps name was Joe. What my husband & I liked right off the bat was that he wasnt pushy. He was laid back, allowed us to look at the cars & test drive a few and answered all our questions without being aggressive. The Infinity Dealership in White Plains was spotless and seemed to be well run, very classy establishment. Its a huge upgrade in customer service compared to other dealerships weve visited. We didnt purchase a car there just yet but they definitely gave us a lot to think about!!

Pepe Infiniti was a pleasant experience, however, they did not do my tire rotation which was requested and is normally done with an oil change. They did not even tell me why this service was not performed, this is why this dealership received 3 stars.....
Worst of the Worst!!!! This place has been nothing but a nightmare. We had a QX50 essential style with 360 camera and other gadgets. Lorenzo talked my husband into a car that has fewer gadgets and never really let him test drive the car like every other place does. This is a sales place, waiting to catch the victim and push their product in, without caring what the customer really wants. After all, we are having issues with the license plates. It has been almost 2 months, and we have not received the license plates, we have contacted NJ DMV and they ask us to call the dealer. However, when we call Lorenzo, he tells us that he will return our call. We have left messages, asked to speak to a manager, and nothing has been done. At this point we have a car with an expired registration and no license plates, paying a monthly amount. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, all they want is to catch the sale, they promise to stay in touch with you, they offer their assistance for anything, but when you really need them, they do not return phone calls, or they simple do not answer. I regret every penny that i pay every month. Every where that i go, or anyone that i see that has this brand, i have been telling them my story, i feel like like they really took advantage of my husband. THE WORST!!!!!

Just picked up my 2018 Q50S, Howie the salesman made the process simple and easy..they had that one car spec specific I was searching for ( trim, millage, price ).. Missed out one one at another dealer. I Put a deposit down and knew I had my Car held. Processed approval, insurance switch, deposit down, plate transfer all from 80 miles away. Went into the dealership to finalize paperwork ( Very nice and clean!). Then met with JJ in finance, She is awesome, She went thru everything very thoroughly and I was confident to sign the paperwork with a Smile!. Highly Recommend! Go see Howie and JJ and get YOUR dream car!

Sales department is great. Service department is horrible. I have had my Infiniti for two years already and I didn’t have a single service without delays or any other issues. They tell you that the service will take one hour but the reality is it takes much longer. To do inspection for my car took 2 1/2 hours and they didn’t even wash the car. My previous service took two days To get my car back. Before that I got a loaner car which was covered with spilled coffee. When you book service with them make sure they are clear on timing But I would expect a much better customer service from luxury brand car.

I found Pepe Infiniti in search of a car after my previous vehicle was declared a total loss. I had a short timeframe and needed a reliable dealer that would walk me through the process. Pepe Infiniti was the answer to my prayers. I missed my initial appointment time and lucked up and was assisted by Lorenzo. After test driving the car, I was sold. Lorenzo followed up and made sure I was well taken care of even after I took the car home. I handled the paperwork with JJ and felt comfortable and left with much more knowledge after purchasing the car.
Oil Change, running board loose, cruise control not working. Covered all and only charged $99 for oil change. The car is the huge QX80 so Im sure it takes about $100 of oil, lol. My main man is the manager Steve. He is a cool cat and a great guy. I met him during the pandemic when they were SWAMPED and understaffed for obvious reasons. Steve took care of me, he was in my corner, never in a rush when I talked to him and very down to earth. I highly recommend this dealership, specifically the service department. Very impressive.

BEWARE the bait and switch. I came all the way from New Jersey to check out a used car. Called in advance and made an appointment to see it. It was confirmed that the car was still there and no deposit was put down for it. Upon arrival, I was told that the sales rep I was supposed to meet with was with another customer and the NEW sales rep gave me a carfax for the wrong car. I assumed it was just a mistake but I found out the car I went to see was already sold and delivered to the new owner. Only reason I am giving 2 stars (and not none) is because they were reasonably polite about it and the showroom was very nice.

No hidden fees, most honest dealership. Purchased Infinity QX50 Certified Pre-Owned with a trade-in. Dealt with a team of professional knowledgeable and very accommodating staff - very important!. In NY state, it is against the law to charge extra fees, and all fees must be broken down to the customer to the cent. Every step of the way was explained, all questions answered, most forms are computerized, no time wasted - as we were purchasing before work in the morning; all rules were explained, they transferred our insurance on the spot. We traded in our vehicle and also needed our registration to be transferred To NJ from NY.. They did it for us and saved us headache from dealing with NJ DMV! Big thank you to Howard, Lorenzo, and Judy (hope I got those right)!

Fast forward MONTHS later I still have not received my check and every time I call I get the run around by Howie and the finance manager. The used car manager is new to the situation and has tried to help but to no avail. I cannot tell people enough how terrible this experience has been and continues to be.NEW UPDATE: finally received my check after emailing the head manager. Jorge responded and handled things promptly. If you must do business here, I’d recommend dealing with Jorge and no one else.

This was my second experience with Pepe Infiniti, I worked with Craig and he made the experience from walking in the door to signing for the car a pleasure. Craig spent over 2 hours with me going over what I wanted, taking a test drive and then finding the vehicle I wanted, at no time rushing me or trying to pressure a sale. Pepe has proven again to be a no pressure experience. Craig was honest and straightforward with everything we discussed. I ended up purchasing a QX60 which is now my second Infiniti from Pepe Infiniti and both times I had a pleasant experience. Craig was a model of what a car salesperson should be, he was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. Sam was the Sales Manager I dealt with and I feel as though they both worked to get me the best deal possible within their abilities. I will continue to use Pepe Infiniti for as long as I consider an Infiniti for any of my future vehicles.
I returned to Pepe Infiniti for my second time and had another great purchase experience. I worked with Joe, first on the phone and then in person for an appointment. I do my homework before I buy and he was really respectful of that. Hes a good, relaxed guy and caught a couple opportunities to help me out on things I hadnt noticed or thought about. Everyones like that there. They know theyre selling great cars and really just want to help people buy them. They extended themselves so I could take delivery same day and paperwork kept me there after closing which nobody minded at all. I highly recommend them.
Customer Service is always good but of course its in house and Infinity so prepare to pay a pretty penny for services. They do back their work and always do a point inspection when doing an oil change which gives you a heads up as to where you car is and whats needed.

Loved the convenience of communicating with Christine via text and email. Grateful for a lease sale to allow me to enjoy the comfort of a QX60. After several years of leasing though, the service here is too compartmentalized. If one person alone handles everything from beginning to end, service can be quick and exceptional.

Im soooo sorry for not taking the advice of reviewers regarding the absolutely poor service. I went against my better judgement and paid for the service contract as the sales manager said they made a number of management changes to the service dept. I certainly havent seen any! Ive leased several luxury cars and this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!! Terrible, terrible customer service. Thank God my lease is up in 3mths. I will certainly not be leasing from any Pepe dealership ever again!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from this dealer ship! Starting from Lorenzo with the inconsistency to the manager Todd!!! I paid 35k in cash and wasn’t treated appropriately.. wasn’t explained in fine detail about the vehicle or anything! The car already needs new tires breaks and a wheel alignment, and it hasn’t even been 2 DAYS!!! Definitely escalating this to the owner!! And if not to the BBB because there shouldn’t be any reason why I’m not comfortable, satisfied nor happy about my new vehicle!!! Let alone have to drive in a BLIZZARD with tire and break issues!!!! Very INCONSISTENT and SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I’ve been a customer for 12 years and have bought 5 cars from Pepe Infiniti but no more. Their service has declined precipitously over the past few years. They are stingy with loaners now and most recently, James Murray doesn’t have the courtesy to respond to emails

Messed up my car work and Instead of making me whole and taking accountability, I was still charged for their mistake and even to get a small discount was alot of effort. Should not had to pay anything for their mistake, but what was I supposed to do. Not only that had gone 3 times and had to keeping calling them for them to fix the issue only to get it done over a week later. No Good.
I’m almost a year late but it’s good to do this. I leased a Infiniti Q50 from here last year and I’m very happy with it! I would recommend Steven Wesley to all, he’s a fantastic salesperson makes the whole process very comfortable. He gave me a great deal on my car too, I don’t think any other company could beat the lease that I got!

I got a flat tire and I am calling the body shop for assistance and the first person picks up and keeps me on hold till they eventually hang up. The next one was not courteous at all or assuring and seemed like he really didnt want to do his job. Because I leased a car from there is the only reason I used them for services. Im not sure how people are suppose to lease/buy cars from there if their customer service suck.

Called Service to schedule an appointment for an airbag recall on my 2002 I35 Sport. Spoke to Angela who was very pleasant until we discussed scheduling. I notified Angela to schedule me for whenever the next loaner car was available since the repair would take several hours. She said they didnt have any, and even if they did, it would be months. I said OK, whenever that is.. schedule me for it. Angela then stated that since I didnt buy my Infiniti from Pepe Infiniti, I was not entitled to a loaner vehicle. I reminded Angela that the repair is for a recall, and that the letter that was mailed to me from Infiniti states You are entitled to loaner vehicle at no cost. Angela repeated that since I didnt buy my car from Pepe Infiniti..... Ok.I called Infinitis corporate office, they scheduled me at Greenwich Infiniti (DARCARS Infiniti) for the following week with a loaner car. The process at DARCARS Infiniti was so straight forward at little inconvenience to me. Highly recommended.I am actively searching for a new car as mine is ~20 years old. No way am I considering Pepe Infiniti.
Terrible service provided, just to get a tire changed took 4 hours, another time I had them inspect my brakes which took 5 hours, when I finally had enough, I spoke to the advisor and was told that the supervisor was working on my car but he had to help the other mechanics, no communication at all, I’ll be taking my vehicle to Infiniti of Lynbrook, beware they never have any loaners so bring a snickers bar cause you’re going to be there for a while

By far WORSE service dealership. Long wait and poor customer service claiming short staff.Schedule an appointment twice for an issue with my vehicle. Waited half a day and end up leaving with my car because they wasn’t going to look at it on that day. Schedule another appointment this time with a loaner (a month wait) when I arrived I was told they don’t have a loaner to give me and someone will drop one off for me. End of the day still no loaner or my vehicle being repair. Called multiple times and no one can give me an answer on when my vehicle going to be ready or when I’m getting a loaner.
My car came of lease and i want to return it. Apparently no one is available to check out the car. Now over a week and they cant tell me when I might expect the inspection.. I purchased another new car elsewhere and am now paying insurance for both and had to pay extra because I cant turn in the plates on my old one and couldnt switch plates and had to pay for new ones. In addition, I have to pay a turn-in fee of about $600. for this outstanding customer service. How could they expect anyone to lease a new car from them knowing how they will treat you at lease expiration? If I wanted this kind of treatment I could buy from a used car dealer.One star because i cant post ZERO.

Just recently i decided to stop by to get a new lease, idrove all the way from upstate NY and was taken back from the get go when the salesperson measured me up and down and really tried to push me into a used car when i said i wanted a brand new lease, as if i couldnt afford a brand new car. Then while in the office he repeatedly refused to answer any of my questions, the Sales Manager came in and was straight up rude when i told him i wanted to be under 600 dollars a month and said that we werent in a Toyota Dealership. I asked to speak to the General Manager and i watched the sales manager walk through a door in the back corner of the dealership, come out and tell me he wasnt available to speak to customers and that i needed an appointment to talk to the Manager. I left completely disgusted, wasnt offered a drink or a mere test drive. I am DONE with this dealer. I wasnt going to write a review but i went down the street to the ACURA dealer and received great service and leased a brand new TLX.

I got connected with Pepe Infinifi via Honcker to lease a 2019 QX50. It was the best leasing experience for me. The sales/delivery person Steve Goldberg was the best I have ever seen. All paperwork were coordinated by Steve and Honker. Even though Pepe is ~200 miles away, Steve drove the car more than 2 hours to deliver it. He even give a delicious apple pie as a gift! Thank you Steve for a great experience, the car is great as well. Will do business with you again in 3 years, if not sooner.
