Do you like waking up at 6am on a Monday for a 7am car service appointment only to wait almost 3 hours to get your car serviced!?! COME ON DOWN TO RAY CATANA! Where not only have YEARS passed to adjust to pandemic life but well also infuriate you with our poor attention to detail and customer service. We love wasting your time and money at Ray Catana, and you should too!In all honestly, everyone here should be ashamed of themselves. To require an appointment that is over a month out and then to wait 3 hours at 7am is insanely disturbing. Pathetic.
If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a car from them and had issues within 2 weeks. Car was brought back and fixed at no repair for first repair. Second repair they wanted to charge me for it. After speaking with the gm of the dealership he says don’t worry we will fix it at no cost. Great two months go by car is still having issues so I bring it to another BMW dealership they say the original repairs we never done. So now I have a car with leaking oil pan, leaking oil housing filter gasket, valve cover and valve cover gaskets leaking, front differential needs to be replaced. The car was purchased cash at asking price but has 15k worth of repairs needed. Terrible dealership I don’t think they inspected the car at all and if they did they knowingly sold a piece of junk. I will continue to post reviews about this terrible experience and dealership. Also little footnote I bought the car at asking price and they wouldn’t even include floor mats.
Had a great experience getting my car fixed here. Marco Di Stefano is the best service advisor here. He is very punctual in calling me back with updates, and goes through the time to explain the repairs. The service manager was great as well, going above and beyond to help me with the cost of repairs. All in all, everyone is very friendly and a great visit all around.

If youre rich and you can spend the money, then I highly recommend this auto group. Quality from top to bottom. Reception, sales, service and back office are all essential components of their success. I have had their cars since 2003. They service their old cars perfectly too. Yes it is all wonderful. This all comes at a really high price too. The TV, free free coffee and food are nice gestures but the consumer pays for it in the long run. Everybody is well dressed and extremely professional and you truly cannot ask for more from car dealerships and service professionals. Their standard of excellence is a tough act to follow. You can eat off the showroom floors! Thats how clean the place is.
Always get treated great at Ray Catena Lexus. Everyone is very accommodating, helpful, and polite. Service team is outstanding, most notably Alan, who is wonderful to work with, and an asset to the organization!

Broke down on the highway 9/27 with my nearly 200k mile X5. Motor sounded pretty hurt. I got towed to Ray Catena BMW of Westchester at my request. They treat you like royalty here. I got my poor X5 checked in by Jorge. Great service advisor. My feelings were that this would be some pretty catastrophically bad news on my 4.6. I inquired to Jorge if he felt I could get into a new car today. He said shouldnt be a problem. Walking into the showroom, I was connected with Norman. Wonderful salesperson. We negotiated a great deal on a 2018 X35d. Couldnt be happier. Tim (Supervisor) was also a great help with the financial aspect. Finally, they connected me with Daniel, one of their BMW Geniuses, who guided me through the technologically packed X5. Im very pleased to have purchased my BMW through Ray Catena and their wonderful staff. I know they will take care of my X5 and especially me in the future.
I am a mechanic by trade but buying an almost new car privately made me want to have a good once over by the Ray Catena BMW/Mini. They did an amazing job the first time and didnt try to sell me anything I dont need but their service suggestions are right on the money. I got a blowout in my Countryman and i have run flats and everyone kept telling me BMW would be the most expensive to replace the tire and that is not correct. You may find the tire a little cheaper but it needs to be specially ordered but Ray Catena had the tire in stock and said bring it right in. They treat you as if you just bought a brand new car and they took excellent care of my car. They found another minor issue and called me first with an exact price and every good mechanic or intelligent person knows that once you fix one thing, something else could possibly go wrong. They did their best saving me some money even though I had to replace this pulley that was $600 with parts and labor. If it werent for them really checking my car fully, I would have been stuck at some point and I have a 3 year old so thank you Ray Catena Mini/BMW i will be a customer for life. Highly highly recommend buying a car from them or at least having it serviced there. Oh and they are very considerate when it comes to your car and even though I just washed it the day before, they still washed it again and for that alone I will be a customer for life.

My wife and I were car shopping (both had expiring leases) and were excited to get something new and different. We were at Jaguar of White Plains. They were condescending, snotty and rude. We never even got to drive the car we wanted. We were fed up with shopping for the day and decided to head home. We drove by Lexus of White Plains and begrudgingly decided to try one more dealer and went in. Jasmine greeted us and was so happy and warm, we were in a better mood right away. We walked the showroom waiting for assistance and within a few minutes, Michael Bergman came over. He was funny and quickly made us forget the bad experience we had just had. We got excited again and started discussing the NX 300 F Sport which we drove that night. It was great. We met Nick (sales manager) and felt comfortable, so we went home to think about it. 2 days later we were back, test drove the IS 300 F Sport and got an irresistible deal. We leased both of them and are so glad we did. Joe did our tech setup and showed us every button in the car, he knows his stuff, and we met the service team too (hopefully just regular maintenance) that will help us. Everyone is a part of the process and we felt warm and fuzzy there. We are both glad we went in that day despite our mood, were Team Lexus for Life!

I am currently leasing (my 2nd lease from this dealership) and I feel that the customer service has gone down the drain. The last time i called (car needed to be serviced-oil change etc) I heard alot of no and we cant in relation to requests for dates that worked around my schedule or need for a loaner.I finally got an appt after stating firmly that car was going to breakdown.Once my lease is up i will go else where.
