Went in for my 12 month/12,000 mile service plus tire rotation. Waited nearly 2 hrs for the service to be completed. Drove home and parked my car for the rest of the day. Finally went back out a few hours later and it pondered on my mind to check my front right wheel to see if it has been rotated to the rear left section of the car as it should have because I paid for that service on top of an oil change. My front right wheel is the only one out of all 4 that has curb damaged from street parking on a bend a few weeks ago. To my surprise I see the the same wheel positioned on the front right side of the car, clearly indicating the tire rotation was not done. This is a job that is so simple and quick with a lift and power tools but clearly it was far too much for whichever technician worked on my vehicle today. It’s really disappointing to know I’m spending 40k on a vehicle and cannot receive proper service to ensure the life and longevity of the vehicle and its components. I will not return here because, clearly who knows what other things they skip on the checklists for service.
Visited in June 2021 for an issue on Saturday. Did not have an appointment so the waiting time was a little long (I was told that before I left the vehicle). They did the inspection and diagnosed the problem. I was told that a some part needs to be ordered and that it will take around a month. I was expecting a loaner car but unfortunately they did not have one so I took my car back home. Everyone was very friendly and they were kind and patient enough to address all my questions. Will be waiting for the call and get the part installed.Most importantly, they treated my car very clean (not like the previous Subaru dealers I visited) and gave a very clean wash before they were done. I will update this review once everything is done. Do now this Subaru service deserves a five star!
Attitude as soon as you come in. Almost as if you are bothering them. In attentive staff, overpriced. Prepare to wait 3+ hours for a simple oil change.
I called from California to order a specific part and received outstanding service from Mark Jehan. He was incredibly helpful and personable. If I lived in the area I would make it my familys dealership.
Was in here the other day. Mark and his team were amazing. Very knowledgeable about their business and extremely helpful. Mark was very professional and helpful and seems to know everything there is to know about his job. His team was awesome also. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive had bad experiences before at other places and quite honestly I expected to have another bad experience here, but that did not happen. Ask for Mark.
This place is absolutely horrendous. From the service to the staff. I Went in for routine maintenance and a recall for software update, Which Volvo emailed me about. I get there and they had no idea of the recall?? How is that possible VOLVO? 4 hours later I get my car back, and driving home on I-95 interstate - What I can only describe as sounding like a tire is blown!! I’m traveling at highway speed with a truck behind me, almost causing an accident! I get to the shoulder to find out their “staff” DIDN’T PUT THE UNDERCARRIAGE BOLTS back on! 5, yes FIVE bolts missing, allowing the lip to pop down, at a High speed on a highway! This could have caused a major accident, dropping down like a snow plow! - Of course it’s end of day, and NO ONE answers the phone. No way to call for assistance. Now stuck with the damage! I’m DONE with Volvo
Tom @ the Subaru Service Center (I think he runs it?) was super helpful, kind, and professional. I’ll admit it came as a surprise to me that they don’t have a policy of installing any software upgrades whenever they’re available (you have to explicitly ask), but Tom was understanding that I found this off-putting and we worked it out. He always takes such great care of our car, and so I love bringing it in for regular service. Keeps everything working great!
I had an issue with the price of an oil change at Subaru & Volvo White Plains, they were amazing to deal with, and they even helped me out with the payment, what ever issues I had at first, were completely fixed. Big shout out to Mr. DeAngelis he was extremely helpfully, I will continue to use the service department at this dealership, It’s just good to know they really value their customers, thank you all
This place is amazing! I brought my moms leased Legacy in for an annual New York state inspection. They have a beautiful service drop-off area thats clean, quiet and well-staffed. The checkin was seamless. The whole staff from office team, vehicle attendants, service managers, and technicians, were customer focused and professional. Everyone here seemed to take pride in their work and appeared very dedicated. The waiting area was stocked with coffee, and bottled water. There are power hookups at the desks and free wi-fi. If you just want to relax there is a video screen and stuffed leather lounge chairs. The bathrooms are private and spotless. Wait times seemed to vary depending on where you are in the queue and how many jobs are ahead of you. When the vehicle was ready it was brought around to the pickup area washed and cleaned on the inside including tire treatment. When I went to pay the $10 state inspection fee, the service manager presented me with a zero balance invoice and said the charge was waived. While acknowledging that the bar for dealer service and parts departments is pretty low, this was easily the best dealer service experience Ive ever encountered.
Needed state inspection. Made an appointment, when I came, they told me they are overbooked and to come back the next day. Dropped the car off the following day, they promised shouldn’t take more than an hour. It’s been 4 hours, no one called with an update and no one is picking up the phone. No one acted the least bit apologetic, rather as if they are doing me a favor. Never coming back here again

I wanted to edit my original review.Last week I got my car serviced and it was an extenuating wait. During that time, I wrote a very negative comment here.Despite what I reported corresponds to the truth, few days after the event the management of the Service Center contacted me and 100% refunded me of my expenses.While the time I lost cannot be returned, I must admit that their gesture (which I did not demand) showed a clear dedication to customers satisfaction.
This was the best service experience I have had and will definitely be coming back for all my future Volvo needs. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by Albano and his level of professionalism, courtesy and honesty. Best value prices and excellent loaner car provided. Customer service is excellent; however, disappointed that location isn’t easily accessible to coffee, shopping, etc (like the dealership a couple of miles away). The waiting area is comfortable with good space to work, etc.
I just had my car in to Subaru for a 12-month service, and the entire experience was smooth and efficient. I made the appointment online, and when I showed up, they took my car quickly and were able to get me an uber home so I didnt have to wait. Jeffrey, who helped me, was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. They had my car ready when they said they would, gave it a car wash, and took a few coupons to save me a few dollars as well. Great service and highly recommend!
Horrible horrible customer service. I got there at 7:00 and waited in line for them to open up. I was the second car and yet it still took me 30 minutes to check in. People were all walking around but no one was helping checking customers. I was supposed to get a text from the car was ready. It never came so I ended up calling and I was told it was ready hours ago

Great service at Subaru White Plains! I was able to easily make an appointment. I had been having trouble with my AC and Tom helped fixed the issue. He explained to me exactly what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. I received my car back good as new!
I have typically had bad experiences with car dealership repair places. Bad communication, missed timeframe, parts delays, high costs, but I found the opposite here.I booked my appointment with ease, dropoff was quick and simple, told it would be done that day, and was given a nice loaner to use.Well I got a call a few hours later, car was done, and ready to pick up, but they were just giving it a wash, so give them a little bit to get that done.When I picked it up, just as smooth. Dropped of the loaner, and was acknowledged quickly by Jeffrey, I was handed my paperwork, and a clean, repaired car came out within minutes.I have to say, what a great experience. The only negative, if any, is that my car looks good now that its washed, when I was going for that grimy station car look. But really cant hold that against them. Being a nice red, It really cleans up well and honestly havent taken it to the station in months. Now I am going to have to keep it clean so I wont knock of a star for that.

The following incident has only occurred once in 2 years, and they were prompt in their response.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Every time I have come here, service has been excellent. If based solely on those prior experiences, this rating would be 5 stars. However, today was not like the others.Today I have been waiting for 3.5 hours, and counting, despite having an appointment at 11AM. The car was not looked at until 1PM, 2 hours after arriving. The issue was simply to replace brakes under warranty, so in my opinion, not a big enough job to warrant the time invested. 2 stars if based solely on todays experience.
This business has made the road at traffic hazard in front of it.Forcing cars to go one way on a long stretch with cars parked where they were never parked before.People are forced to back up 50 ft at times.Doors are opening when people are driving by.There is going to be a severe accident here one day and let this review be prior notice.

We have been using this service center since purchasing our Subaru in 2017. I have to say that other than the cost of repairs (which is pretty much status quo with other auto repair shops for a subaru), the service is great. Ask for Kimber. She is always polite, attentive, and very helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we can get in for an appt when something happens to our car. I do not feel pressured or misled when discussing necessary repairs. They work around my crazy schedule and dont add on useless costs. We are very pleased.Our lil dog Bogie LOVES Subaru as well.
I loved the hospitality. Kimber was very attentive and made me feel that my tight schedule was her priority. I was offered a complimentary breakfast or lunch while I waited. I was updated at least every 20 min. My crosstrek stayed for warranty services and she worked with my schedule for pickup afterwards. Everyone was polite. The center was very clean. I had work on my bearings and regular maintenance and the crew working on my car noticed an issue with my Ebrake and fixed it on their own. Thats top notch service in my book. Feels like Im driving a brand new car all over again.
I’ve been to Westchester Subaru Service department multiple times and continue to receive excellent service! Tom Cominsky was able to squeeze me in which was truly amazing and helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to explain the issues to me so I could easily understand. My car has come back spotless, and even cleaner than when I dropped it off, definitely a plus! They’ve recently made renovations to their waiting area, and it looks great, it’s also quite in case you need to wait for your car and work. Overall, great experience again, and will continue to visit here for my car needs!
So far so good. I had one recall fixed there and am having another done. This a major job that will take a week. At other dealerships, the wait was so long they had a waiting list to even schedule it.Here I was able to schedule it about 5 months out.They loaned me a beautiful car for the week.They are nice to deal with.

Excellent service, excellent trade-in and lease deal. The salesman, Rocco Chiusano, went above and beyond to make the trade in to a 2020 Subaru Limited seem-less from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Rocco and this dealer to anyone looking for a new awesome Subaru. We have been incredibly happy with the ipdates to the Outback in 2020: the 11.6 navigation, Driver Mitigation, the rear seats recline which is awesome for kids in car seats or booster seats. I’ve been to Westchester Subaru Service multiple times and have always had a good experience! The staff is always friendly, helpful and explains what exactly needs to be done to my car. The staff always makes sure I’m able to get to and from the service department without issue, should this be to work or elsewhere. Will definitely bring my car back for future services!

Volvo service and labor are separate entities that do not communicate with one another and are both terribly disorganized. I’ve been hung up on during transfers and sent straight to voicemail countless times. I’ve shown up for new tires to find they didn’t source them and after waiting for hours came to find the same tires they ended up sourcing weren’t covered under their warranty because they didn’t come from their parts department. Only told me a week later when I got a nail and needed a tire replaced.The latest episode was when they wouldn’t provide me with a paid receipt for parts for an insurance claim and then the car came back filthy with adhesive and dirt all over the interior, exterior, and key fob.There are other dealer service options not too far away. I’d rather drive to those than deal with White Plains’s unprofessional “service”.
If I could write this review with zero stars, I would. Though the service center is modern and clean, from the moment I set foot in the door, I was ignored. The service advisor dismissed my concerns and ended up causing me multiple trips to deal with a very simple problem. This cost me time and money. I will say that the manager was very helpful in resolving my issue - once it elevated to that point, but it was too little too late and I won’t be returning to White Plains Subaru Service.
Went to subaru service for problems with my 2020 ascent. Needed parts for for a faulty window, and they never called me back and still waiting what going on cant use my window and leaving me in limbo bad service!!!!
I have been a dedicated Subaru owner for many years.. this is my first experience with Westchester Subaru but I can say I had a 6 star experience with my Subaru WRX.. Jay Nix promised me that he would get to the bottom of my squeaky clutch and he (and his techs) delivered! My car hasnt run like this in years; with over 100k, it now shifts like its new. I am extremely happy.. thank you Jay!
Very clean and very professional staff. The drop off area is inside so if its raining your fine. They have complementary coffee and snacks. Seating area has comfy seats. They do have loaner cars but you should call and check about availability before you go.

Fine place for regular Subaru service. Off the beaten path. Covered drop off and pickup is nice. Adequate waiting room with free snacks and coffee. Car wash included is nice. Offered to order me a deli breakfast or lunch. Pricy compared to other nearby dealers, but online appointment availability and cheerfulness make it my preferred dealer servicer.
Last week Thursday, I got a flat. In the rain. In a dress. At 5pm!! When I arrived at 5:10, my tire went completely flat and I was told no one was available to help me... that everyone was gone for the day!! OH NO!!Then Jay swooped in and made the magic happen! I’ve been with you guys for a long time. I’ve always enjoyed the service until this most recent time, because it was very lousy. I am disappointed. Hopefully you understand my disappointment, I had a morning appointment at 8:30am for a check up and my car was there the entire day, furthermore I wasn’t told it would take the whole day. Clearly you can see how this is a problem. No communication, completely unacceptable!

Took my 2018 Subaru outback to prestige Subaru in Pleasantville just to ask if I can replace my seat cover that it’s cracking under warranty The service department representative came out to check the seat she just open the door and immediately accuse me having something in my pocket causing this damage and did not care about what I have to say and she told me there is nothing that she can do to help me I went to Subaru service Department in White Plains was my first time going there The service department representative came out to check the car didn’t ask any question and told me to set up an appointment and he will change The seat cover no cost to me A week later I went to leave my car and I was amazed by the service they provide me they took me home 25 minutes ride and then when the car was ready they send somebody to pick me up When I walk to pick up my car representative came with me explaining everything they did and want to make sure I am happy with the service If I can give them 10 stars I will give them In a few months I will pick up a new car from them they deserve the Business thank you Shimon Borobinsky

Jay- service manager runs a great operation here. This is a great service facility that does top notch work. I purchased a new Subaru Forester 2018 that needed some warranty work. They have a nice waiting room with coffee, hot chocolate, breakfast bars and fruit and much more including Wi Fi. They did the job right the first time. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs quality work done on their Subaru and Volvo.

The advisors are very responsive which is big for me. I have tried other dealers and I am always stuck waiting for a call. Top quality work from the techs. The renovated building is really nice.
Do not use them for service! Absolutely no communication, no call backs, and does not answer the phone. Simple service took 2 weeks + for no reason!
Avoid this place!! Had my timing belt and the associated parts changed a little over a year ago. Apparently the mechanic who did the install did it wrong and cross threaded a bolt causing all sorts of problems. I had to have it all changed again at a different location. The mechanic was apparently fired for other reasons but because I was outside the year window by a few months they wont warrenty it. So much for a guarantee of quality work. Their idea of compensation was a free oil change or tire rotation. Avoid this place unless you feel like paying twice for any repairs done.
This was my 1st time at this dealership, the experience and service was great. Never went to a dealership that ordered its customers breakfast.
Longest oil change I ever waited for. From 9:30am to 2pm and still have no update. Will never be back again. What a waste of my time.

No details on the service you’re paying hundreds of dollars for.. instead of dealing with a specialist you deal with whoever is there, in my instance a secretary lady who was filling in and knows nothing about service, nothing against her, its not her fault. But a customer should be speaking to a service SPECIALIST especially when you’re paying so much to service at a dealer

We visited this dealership after making an appointment to see the car we wanted to purchase and was told it was sold. They should have informed us that car was not available prior to making the appointment. We drove an hour and paid tolls for nothing.
BAD. STEALING MONEY. They want to cause an accident by making a tire blowout. In for service and when I drove out, the PSI in my tires were all at 37 psi and higher - one was 40 psi. Unbelievably BAD. LIABLE for an accident if it occurs.
