Lines long but employees courteous. Wide selection of merchandise, and for those items not on site, short turn-around time on orders requested to the store. New and used merchandise for various platforms (PC, PS4, Nintendo, etc), and even vintage consoles on sale. This stores entrance is easy to miss in the shopping center. There were two game systems on display, and customers can play demo games.

The person at the cash register lied to me directly to my face. She explained how I was going to get my things delivered two days after ordering them. I specifically asked how long due to the fact that I am going away a couple days after. Now after ordering at the store from Thai said lier my package had said that it will arrive after I would have already left. I ordered my things on the 13 of august and the lady said that it was gonna be delivered 2 days after I have ordered. But now I am getting emails saying its gonna be here on the 21 of august. Nice shipping game stop. You are actually worse then all shipping companies when it comes to package delivery and dont tell your employees that its 2 day delivery when its actually 8 or 9 day delivery. Thanks :(.

Not bad. Woman working the register was relatively quick. But god damn did that store smell like mold. The owner needs to do something about that ASAP

The employee who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. However, the store is extremely musty. It smells like mold and I am now sick after being in the store for about 15 minutes. I had to call out of work because I am physically ill from being in there. I feel bad for the employees.

Worst gamestop ever. Save yourself a headache and go to a different location. They have messed up multiple pre-orders of mine. I will be using a different location now on. I can see this location closing down one day due to their management and service.

Wouldn’t do a trade in due to a line. Proceeded to wait an hour as I am understanding. Then rudely told no trade ins and not to bother them. Awful customer service, especially from the manager Mike. He was exceptionally disrespectful in tone and word choice.

Great selection of games for home console.. Friendly and helpful staff. Also convenient location with free parking and restaurants close by.

Store manager mike is on a power trip zero customer service from this guy. Had me call customer service to so i could return a broken controller under warranty. Customer service told me he was wrong and i did not need my receipt to do so he refused to speak with customer service or take my warranty. Huge power trip very very strange that he just refused to help me even after he was proven wrong.

I like the game store because for small area they Cherry just about any video type games all the high-tech stuff in your plugs high-tech ear plugs and anything else you need for your computer work for your laptop but whatever Im just learning about it my grandchildren have been teaching me to see have to keep up with the times and all that good stuff I really like this place good games

I tried to sell THIS gamestop an Xbox One Headset, employer says Oh yeah we dont buy those and they dont sell well Though, on their website it clearly states they do. I also asked nicely for 2 cardboard boxes Funko uses to ship the POPs in... response was Oh no, we dont get those, they come in bubble wrap Heres the HUGE turnaround: I went to a DIFFERENT Gamestop, where I was treated with nothing but RESPECT. I SOLD my Xbox One Headset AND I got the cardboard boxes, considering they DO have them and they were NICE enough to give me 5 of them. I hope my story helps others and HOEPFULLY this Gamestop turns itself around for the BETTER. Treat your customers BETTER and dont LIE. Thanks.
