Stopped in for a women shoe for my wife, the staff were nice but the wait was long . Hardly anyone in the store but the store was stocked . There were brand name shoes as well as off brand shoes

We stop 🛑 in there same-day of the heatwave uno like I said in a earlier post everythings was Allgd, CHAMP didnt have what we were looking for uno so we just Window Shop like 50cents said We are windows Shoppers🛒#

Had a great experience! My husband and I visited the store on 2/16/2018 around closing time and we were unable to find the shoes we were looking for but Anthony was really patient and helped us look on the back room for different sizes and tried to order on line for us. We could buy my husbands shoes but did buy 2 other pair of shoes. He order mines on line because the store didn’t have it and we bough our my nephews sneakers in store. He didn’t care about what time it was and still gave us a great customer experience!I called in on 2/20/2018 around 2pm to find out if they had arrive and associate Emanuel helped me look up the transaction and all. He was very polite and professional. From my experience inside the store and over the phone I can say this store has 2 very valueble associates. Thanks Anthony and Emmanuel for making our Champs Experience one of the best.

Horrible experience! Staff was completely unprofessional! They were on there phones and talking amongst each other and I was clearly standing in front of them with a sneaker in hand and no one offered to help, I went to them. When finally had the sneaker I wanted the bottom of the sneaker was dirty! Went looking for someone to see if they had a another pair and is answer to me was nah, how rude! Never will I shop there again!

When I got home I discovered that the sneakers that I purchase were two different sizes. The cashier should have checked this out. I had to go back to the store costing me time, gas and parking fees. Not a good experience at all.

Good place for sneakers especially basketball. The girl who attended us was nice although a little confused with the prices since I bought a Jordan sneakers that were on sale and I had to remind her since she told me the price was $ 179 when they marked $ 149.
