Never again on line purchase of shoes. Apprehensively went into the Westchester Mall in need of work boots. I was pleasantly surprised to find very knowledgeable sales people who encouraged me to try on different sizes to make sure they were the correct fit. She C.Johnson informed me how to get 10% off and got me on my way inside of 10 minutes. I would have spent more time turning on my computer searching and shutting down; then waiting and probably returning.

Manager was very rude and staff person was clueless.

This the first timberland store that I have ever went to and experienced such AWESOME customer service. It is evident that the employees were trained well. I will always visit this store
