THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!! I purchased a gift card for my father this past Father’s Day and when my father went to redeem the gift card he was told that the gift card was already transferred to an Apple ID account and even partially used ! I called the Apple customer service line after my Dad was in the store for 2 hours with very little action from the employees. For security reasons they did not give me the Apple ID that redeemed the account but confirmed it was neither me or my fathers. I then called the Apple customer service line and the representative said that there was obviously fraud done on the behalf of the store but that unfortunately they could not issue me a refund because it was a gift card and recommended I contact my bank for a refund. I spoke to the store manager who told me he would do an investigation and get back to me after checking the cameras after I sent him a copy of my timed receipt. It’s been a week and still nothing ! I am literally disgusted that an employee would take it upon themselves to steal my hard earned Father’s Day gift and I will never visit this store again. Worst customer service !

Get ready for a very long waitPurchased several phones, laptops and desktops from this store. Never spent less than an hour waiting - Some sales and geniuses are good and some very distracted and less knowledgeable. So it’s always a toss up for us as a family. If I am alone, it’s worse - an older woman doesn’t get much attention here. But I am locked into Apple products and I will stick with this store as it is convenient and there have been times I have had experienced help, although talked into purchasing something new😊

This Apple store is a joke. Went in to simply trade in my iPhone XS Max for a newer iPhone 11 and was told my iPhone was a replica and has been modified. When I bought the iphone from Verizon brand new and never had anything done to it. Unbelievable terrible experience with this unprofessional Apple store and employees. Would never go to this Apple store again. Zero stars if I could.

The general manager was extremely rude to my mother and I. He refused to take accountability for making a mistake with my Genius Bar appointment, he made us wait outside on a line while others were served before us. He spoke down to customers.I would not come here again.Also, if you need actual technical support go to a computer repair shop. The employees do not know how to operate the systems terminal to access and control the operating system.Everything they do at a store could be done over the phone if you’re unresolved on the phone then ask for them to refer you to an Apple authorized repair shop. I ended up going to a repair shop; what a waste of time.Computer engineers who have computer programming capabilities and hardware knowledge are not employed by this store.

She’ll give you the script and act all sorry. Specialists and Technicians make a concerted effort to help out and support their customers. Clearly, theyre curtailed by their own Store Leaders.After three repeat repairs for a recalled Macbook Pro, the Store Leader suggested that repairs wouldnt fix my device – covered under AppleCare – and that I should buy a new one and write it off on my taxes.Heres to hoping hes pursuing a career move into accounting because service and support isnt reliable or trustworthy from this store.

Recently went to the Apple store in The Westchester to replace an IPhone battery. I had made the appointment on line which made the beginning of the process easy. Every measure was taken for the safety of employees & customers during this pandemic which is not something I can say about the mall. Every employee encountered was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The entire process flowed and was easy because of the organization of how all the employees worked together as a team for the best customer service.

A beautifully re-designed store within the Westchester mall with the best trained staff you’ll ever find in a retail environment. However busy the store is, you’ll always be served within a few minutes of your arrival.Yes, I know I sound rather bias, and yes, I have bought every Apple product ever produced, but more than that, I love the fact the company take customer service to another level, and that’s totally apparent at this store.Always a pleasure shopping here.

Never go on a phone release day. They screwed my husband out of Apple Care + on his new iPhone. We asked for it, told that it was being added, they added it to my phone but not his phone, and now his phone doesnt have coverage and cant be added. I had such a great experience at this apple store! I walked in and was immediately checked in and assisted! Cedric my tech then came to me within a minute of sitting down. He was super helpful, understanding and supportive! He walked me through what he was doing and answered all the questions I had about apple products! This is one of the best Apple stores I’ve been to and I’ve been to many all over the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve been here a handful of times during COVID and each trip has been pleasant and safe. We normally go to the Apple stores in Manhattan but with easy parking and access, Apple The Westchester takes the cake.

I went today to the Apple store at the Westchester mall hoping to buy a iPhone pro max for my husband and I . It was a walk-in . I had explained to one of the Apple workers that I been trying to make an appointment but there is no available time. They treated us like we were dumb they gave us an attitude and were so rude. I had gone a few times prior and was told that they would have all iPhones in stock to come back the next day and that’s what I did . Today they said that they don’t have the phone in stock. People at Apple are either not communicating with each other right or they don’t care enough to even give you the time of day and being rude. I will not be going back at all. Next time please don’t treat your customers like if they aren’t incompetent.

Please stay away from this place worst customer service ever, after waiting in line for 30 minutes than waiting another 20 minutes running a test on my phone the lady tells me she have to send the phone out to the another technician and come back to the store in 3 days, I explained her I drove 45 minutes to get here to please have the phone ship to my house but she wouldn’t care, she was trying to convince me that no one in the store it’s capable of checking the phone, there’s have to be technician at the Apple store I would not accept that.So please just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I’ve been to other Apple store with different issues and they always work it out for me, I guess it was this employee who want to make their customer miserable.

Conveniently located, right across elevator. Now they have line, so inside the store only 1 rep=1 customer. They as always running efficiently, so my wait time was less than 5 mins.Not sure how many people will need this, but if youre in for quick shopping (less than 30 mins) then right at the main entrance to mall they have free 30 mins parking line. Wish I knew it before. Because parking fees are sort of high

Everyone knows the Apple Store is the “cool hub” of the mall, often packed with people shopping and asking questions. This one is no different.It’s recently undergone some design changes and it feels much more organized and open.Staff is always super friendly. You’re generally greeted immediately by an employee asking if you need any help, but all the employees wear the same Apple shirt, it’s super easy to find someone if you need them.Throughout the day they actually give lessons in the back on how to use the hardware/software/etc you might be purchasing. It’s a really cool way to learn and be able to ask questions in person.

Female manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Was smirking at me after informing me she won’t help me claim warranty on defected item. I have had numerous issues with this Apple store location only reason I give my another chance is because it is the closest apple store to me. Currently still have issue and will have to wait even longer to take care of. Other employees in the store apologized to me for how rude the manager was and felt bad that they couldn’t help me because the manager wouldn’t let them. Ridge Hill location is far superior in terms of solving issues.

I realize that they are trying to be cautious, but to have to make an appointment 45 mins out with a service rep outside the store entrance to purchase ear buds? Why not use the same tablet that logged our appointment to actually purchase the item, so customers can be on their way. It just seems to be an ineffective use of time, technology and unecessary lingering versus getting the customer in and out.

I turned in my MacBook Pro to repair a a cracked screen through AppleCare service. . THREE weeks later and consistent incorrect entry of the serial number has prohibited any repair to take place so far. I called the store and asked for a manager as AppleCare told me to do. An employee named Mike refused to put a manager on the phone, told me I “could ask all day” but he wouldn’t connect me. He then threatened to hang up on me which he did (TWICE!!!). I finally got in touch with a manager to figure out what was happening with a simple screen repair.Rude, abusive and truly unbelievable experience. It makes me look around at all of my apple products I’ve purchased for myself and my family and feel betrayed and unappreciated.

He was knowledgeable on the product and the issue I was facing and implemented a very favorable solution for me. Got there at 11:00 am to get a new battery for my i-phone. Was told due to covid I have to schedule an appointment, which I did for later that day at 4:00 pm. When I arrived, they told me I was scheduled for 6:00 pm and 4:00 pm was just the beginning of the 2 hour time frame. No email no text message. Two 30 minute trips at $ 6,00 for parking later I still dont have a new battery. Very bad customer service cant be blamed on covid restrictions. I will not be visiting the Westchester Mall Store again in the future.

Went into the apple store simply because my service was not working. My phone stated searching for two days. I went into apple at the Westchester hoping for my phone to work again. Instead my phone does not even turn on. It is completely off and was told to replace my phone it would be $320. NEVER again would I go back there

Great experience at the Apple store in The Westchester Mall. Although it might be easier to buy a Mac at a local Best Buy since this is in a mall and a little tricky to get to considering the parking lot is about 5 levels, its worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have every model stocked as where Best Buy might only have a few on hand. Nice to be able to just go and look around and play with the new gear. The Genius Bar is very helpful as well.

Horrible. They won’t take a walk in service unless you call to make an appointment. Problem is you can’t get through on the phones to make an appointment! Three calls in three days! On hold 30-60 minutes each time! Their system is broken. And I was willing to leave my laptop with them. I wasn’t in a rush at all. Manager was completely unhelpful. Great product. Horrible service, waited 40 minutes with an appointment to get replacement AirPods and all the employees do is stand around doing nothing meanwhile about 10 cars left during the duration of my wait and none of your employees bothered to help until I stepped out my car and asked for help when I was directed to a parking spot from an Apple employee. I usually find the Apple Geniuses impatient, but I got assistance from Alex at the Apple store in Westchester & he was so incredibly helpful. He stayed with me for almost 4 hours as I had to back up my old phone & get a new one, walked me through it step by step & everything was copied over to the new phone including all my apps! Im very busy so I was so grateful that this could be done in one period in time hooking my new phone up to Verizon & everything--thank you SO much Alex! Excellent service.

Not helpful with repairs. I brought my computer to them twice after a so called repair. I told them I was concerned about the issue because I paid 175 dollars to replace something internally, but it was still happening every so often. They just ignored my concern and didnt even bother to even look at my computer, just told me to record the issue and come back if it happens again. They didnt even touch my computer. After 7 visits dealing with incompetent people at Apple of Westchester I made a Genius Bar appointment days in advance went to the store to get a new phone because my iPhone X has been replaced 3 times and is still not working. I have no idea what is wrong with Apples phones these days but this is besides the point. My Genius Bar appointment was never put into the system and I never got served Jose Golmes and Jeniffer Pesello told me I had to make a new appointment and I did. Then Jose Golmes and Jeniffer Pesello the “management“ were so disrespectful, talked down to me and had no customer service skills! Jose Golmes and Jeniffer Pesello cursed at me and told me that i should just leave the store and buy a new phone online. They also told me they have more important things to deal with. After explaining why I was at the store they told me it was my fault and walked away from me to help another customer. I have 6 apple computers in my office, thousands of dollars in accessories, 3 iPads and 5 iPhones. All of which are getting sold online as we speak. If Apple wants to keep loyal customers they should train staff better. They should be fired!

I went in just to buy an Apple Watch. They told me if I had a cue. What is a cue? They told us to wait 20-25 minutes and we were waiting for an hour.
